My masseuse was June who was excellent as well. I've had a few massages at other places being left sore for days. Not at Zellify! We will stick with them. I went in for my an hour long couple's massage last night. I booked it for my BF's birthday. Ana was on my point of contact during the whole reservation process as well as my masseuse. She was amazing from the start. We walked in and they were immediately ready for us and took us back right away to quiet/dark room with relaxing music to soak our feet and have some tea before we go in for the massage. The massage room was cute and decorated with Rose Petals and full stemmed Roses on each bed which was a nice surprise. The bf didn't really care for that but I thought it was a very nice gesture. We both are athletic/very active people and needed a firm, deep tissue massage and we got exactly what we came for. The experience was amazing that started with Amazing Customer Service and ended with a Wonderful massage that was painful but left us feeling more relaxed and way looser overall. I booked a massage with Anna and when i arrived i said i am here for appt with Anna, checked in and all seemed fine, got into room and my massage therapist was not Anna, I had Anna before so I knew her and her voice. They could have told me ahead of time that she was not available and they didn't. Massage was pretty good. When i checked out they said $70 and I questioned that thinking the massage was $65. They never told me i was booked for a deep tissue. Overall, the communication there is horrible! I will not be going back. read more

Sandy was fabulous! Amazing pressure (I like deep pressure, and this was perfect, though they offer other types as well!) Great price too. I had aromatherapy, deep pressure, and hot stones in a 90 minute session, which included some Thai elements (deep stretching and walking on my lower body which was awesome!!) My husband booked a couples massage for our anniversary and it was a great experience. He booked the deep tissue massage with hot stones + a facial. We both hated the facial, it just was not for us. I have super sensitive skin and it broke me out a ton. However, im sure many other people enjoy it! The massage was extremely relaxing. The massage was decent but I didn't like the facial. I didn't like that the woman who did my massage didn't consult me in advance of my massage and asked me what I wanted once I was on the table. The table heater didn't work. I didn't like that she didn't tell me what ingredients are in the facials. One of the masks ended up stinging. It was also unpleasant that the manager demanded a tip when I was planning to give one anyway and they didn't provide water at the end which is customary. I wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

Highly recommend this place. I had a lot of stress and tension buildup in my neck and shoulder. Anne really focused on that area and worked on alleviating some of the knots I have on my back. This is my second time coming here and both times have been a great experience! We had the most enjoyable and relaxing day getting a "couples massage" at Zellify Spa in Laguna Niguel. We were greeted by Ann, and she gave us a "special and delicious" tea, while her and Lisa massaged our feet while drinking the tea. Then, we were led into another "beautiful" and "comfortable" room with 2 beds. They give you the "best" massage with hot rocks, and of course their hands... It always feels amazing, and you walk out , out of there feeling like you're on cloud 9! I recommend any one of you reading this, do yourself a favor and get yourself pampered! I have had a back issue for awhile and went to the Zellify Spa. Massages help and Jeanette was great. I found out that she is also has had some physical therapist training and she helped do some back stretches that were accentuated with pressure and they really helped. Went here for a couples massage and I must say I am very happy with the overall experience. There was rose petals and a rose on the tables which I thought was a really nice touch. It started with tea and grapes in a tea room with a light foot massage that didn't count towards the 60 minutes. We did the 60 minute Swedish massage and I really enjoyed it, they spent a good amount of time on my back and neck which was great but they also hit all the other body areas. Booked in a couples massage for a relaxing 50 minutes, with a slight emphasis on my right shoulder/neck. Wasn't massaged for more than 10 of those uncomfortable and hellish 50 minutes. My body was twisted up into a pretzel shape and my body perspired aggressively to hide the pain & discomfort I endured. Who would have though a 5 foot-nothing Thai woman could inflict such harm amongst areas of my entire upper body I didn't know could move in those directions. As I lay with a woman walking up and down my back and my legs I peaked over to my significant other to see if she was sharing the same experience. She wasn't. She was in a dreamlike state having a relaxing, smooth and oiled massage- so peaceful... compared to my play-doe twisted up body. Not what I envisioned or signed up for. I was fortunate enough to receive a massage as a gift, and was seen at this location a week ago or so. Anna up front was amazing answering any questions I had about the process and scheduling future appts...my masseuse Janette was amazing and really focused on stretching my muscles and targeting my problem areas. Where do I start... I walk in and am greeted very nicely by a young sweet girl, she was so sweet.. Then this lady comes out from the door (guessing she is a manager or masseuse)? Because she sure acted like she Owned the place!!! And ignores me and just stands there while I'm trying to talk with the girl at the desk and I don't think the lady who ignored me spoke ENGLISH quite well at all so it was nice to have the girl to speak to (very helpful). So I fill out the weird Form they have at the front, along with a "Tip" recommendation posted right on the desk...? Big red flag #1.. I began to sit down and the lady who ignored me finally offered me some water when I could of just got it myself.. I got my 60 minute full body massage and it was done by a shorter lady who could barely reach to the other side of my body and was so rough!! The quality of the massage for the price was not worth it. My goodness, I didn't even mark hard. I put medium on that 'form' I filled out. The massage seemed to go fast and prior to this that lady who ignored me asked if I wanted CBD or Oil and I said sure, she then goes on to say 10 dolla extra.. ok?? Then why offer it if it's not even included.. so odd. I then got dressed after my terrible massage and went to go out and pay and there the sweet girl was asking me how my massage went and I told her quietly and she was so apologetic and was very sympathetic and asked if there was anything she could do to make me feel better. I told her no, but thank you. She then rang me up and I told her to put a $15$ tip because that's what the sign said!!!!! She kindly, said have a good day as I left. The only time I felt like I was treated right was when I first walked in and when I left. The rest of the experience was crap! No one speaks English but the nice gal at the front and it's so dark inside and dirty. The robe was oily like it was used before me. And the sandals I'm sure everyone uses and they don't wash them because they looked pretty dirty. I'd give this place a One star for experience. I do not recommend getting the deep cleansing facial here. The women who did my facial was rude and seemed unprepared. During the facial, she was EXTREMELY rough and abrasive - basically manhandling my face. The cleansing and facial massage were done with hand motions that felt as if sandpaper was rubbing against my face. During extractions, the women did not bother putting back the pads on my eyelids when they felt off. Thus, leaving the bright magnifying light pointed directly at my eyes, making me super uncomfortable. Overall, I do not recommend this place. The ambiance is terrible, the receptionist was unprofessional, and the service was less than mediocre. read more

From the moment I walked in, I wanted to leave... But I stayed with the hopes of things improving. It never got better. The entire spa needs a deep clean and to be painted. For the first 20 minutes my "massage" was given by the receptionist. I kept my underwear on and she pushed them down so my entire bottom was exposed. Her massage consisted of a sweep that went from my bottom to my head. I know I should have said something, but I seriously thought it would get better. This place is certainly run by people who take pride in their work. The massage I received was so good I drifted into sleep a few times during the 90 minutes. Ana was my massage therapist and she was great about communication while letting me just enjoy the quiet and peaceful break.
