This is an excellent and reasonably priced local massage therapy spa. The location has easy parking. The entry and rooms are spot clean. Has a nice tea room if you arrive a little early and want to wind down. All therapists are professional and very strong if that is what you want. Hot stone treatment is available and although I usually say no elsewhere here I get it done. They will also use CBD oil which is great for back pain. Their pricing is so fair considering the nearby other spas. Also if you go for the first time on Groupon no need to go back for more Groupon discounts. I have been coming to Zellify since it opened as I have continuing need for back and leg massage. So I try different therapists. And I also like to read reviews over time since unfortunate comments, or an isolated incident, can hurt a business when it does not truly represent the state of the business reviewed. I have read the review by J.H. and entirely disagree. The spa is clean, warm and conducive to a relaxing experience. There is not a single hint of uncleanliness and I feel totally comfortable in the environment. As to the described massage, let me tell you that the "sweep" massage described, at times given by the owner, is incredibly great in relieving pain as it stretches the muscles in long deep strokes, the entire length of the body and very beneficial. Many therapists just do a small area at a time but these "sweeps" are incredibly soothing and you feel the relaxation from head to toe. As to any inference that there was something improper intended by the adjustment of the underwear, or there was something improper intended by the "There is more..." comment, that is just nonsense. This is a true professional massage spa (and facials) with skilled and professional therapists. And the proof is all of the positive reviews that precede these comments from men and women who have appreciated the excellent service, at an incredibly reasonable price. My boyfriend and I just got a couple's massage and we both were not too impressed. They worked on our shoulders and necks which we both requested on the sheets in the begging, but everything else was almost pretty much neglected. She would put lotion on me and then immediately wipe it off which made absolutely no sense to me. My boyfriend only got one of his legs massaged and she forgot to do the other one. They only used their elbows and palms and barely used their fingers to work on pressure points. I really needed my lower back worked on and she instead started to bend me like a pretzel which only made it worse. Went here the first time and as soon as my massage started someone was yelling and yelling and yelling in a foreign language inside the salon. When I asked my therapist why someone was yelling he didn't understand what I was talking about. Which was the beginning of my discovery of a language barrier he didn't speak any English. His massage technique was not bad but every direction I gave him for more intensity and so on he had no idea what I was talking about. So I thought I'd give it another try with a different therapist, A second time and this therapist was a senior citizen her massage consisted of rubbing on lotion and when I asked her to do it a stronger intensity she said she was just warming up the muscles but it never changed in addition, I was supposed to get a 90 minute and she only did a 60 minute and I was grateful to get out of there. I question whether these people are even licensed truly I wonder. The price is cheap but the old saying goes you get what you pay for. This is definitely not a spa. My mother called this location to schedule a massage, calls went unanswered. This location ended up calling my mother back with the first words asking if my mother is Groupon. My mother tried to schedule an appointment in the afternoon on any day and they would refuse stating they do not offer services other than morning to Groupon members. When she finally found a morning time she was being forced into having a male massager stating she cannot have any females since she is using Groupon at that time. When my mother asked for a day the lady went haywire stating policies, Groupon, and generally refusing service. She stated my mother had to come in at least 5 times in the morning before being able to book in the afternoon. You may ask yourself why does this review seem all over the place. It's because the call was and the lady needs to work on her customer service skills. The manager also never called us back. read more

I arrived on time for my appointment - nobody in lobby - so waited. In lobby there is a TIP JAR with the $ amount of tip for each service - the minimum tip for a massage is $10. Finally, somebody came to the customer area. The massagist led me to a massage area - not clean - dirty robe was hanging on a hangar - the floors were cold - the flip flops were dirty - not off to a good start - oh, the massagist left the sliding door to the area open. The massagist was so short she leaned on my head over and over again. I asked her to stop. She put a towel on my head I had trouble breathing. I stopped the massage at this point and left the establishment - NEVER to return. I am a 61 year old man and want to give kudos to Zellify Spa, more specifically Anna my therapist. I have significant scar tissue in the neck from radiation therapy a few years ago and I am in constant pain. Anna has helped me a great deal and I usually come in every Sunday. They ask questions and respond to any special requests or problem areas you'd like them to concentrate on. The atmosphere of the spa is very relaxing. Had my first experience here with a Groupon and place was great. It's simple and super clean. I'm a bit baffled by some of the reviews on 1. It's dirty (perhaps I was there on a good day but place was immaculate) 2. Complaints on a tip jar at the front (standard at EVERY spa, at minimum there are always envelopes so you can leave a tip). I will say the rooms are pretty dark, so unless you are inspecting with your flash light every inch of the floor, it's pretty hard to see yet pretty dang clean. I had a one hour Swedish massage with Tina. I was hoping for a bit more relaxing experience yet I also said I wanted a bit more than medium (only because I am ticklish). I could have spoken up and asked for lighter yet she was very focused on some knots, which isn't a bad thing for a masseuse. I think this place is great for a local last minute massage either to relax or get some much needed knots out without the crazy heavy price of a spa. A little disappointed that there were no showers (again, would probably be more expensive) and no wet towel after to at least wipe off the oil yet I live close, so it wasn't a deal breaker. Perhaps if they read this they can offer at least a towel to wipe off, in case you are running off for some errands. Furthermore, if a client pays for a Swedish massage, they should probably stick with that. Sometimes you just need to relax instead of having some painful knots worked out I will go back. I loved this place before but after the fourth couples massage I can honestly say that all of them were inconsistent. The first time when we went into the tea room are feet were soaked and massaged but we weren't given any tea. The second time our feet were massaged and soaked and we were given tea but no heated neck pillow. The third time was perfect we got everything that they said was part of the couples massage. This fourth time today we were 5 minutes late to our appointment so I understood having the tea time get cut short. What I didn't understand was that it was a 90 minute massage starting at 10:15 AM. The male therapist finished massaging me before my boyfriend which didn't make sense because the massages started at the same time for us both ‍. Again I used to love this place and that is why I kept coming back, but the inconsistency and lack of structure is probably not going to make me come back. read more

Wife got us the couples massage via groupon and we enjoyed the first Massage, afterwards we spoke to Abraham who offered us a deal for 4 couples massages with the 5th one free, we jumped on it but it went downhill from there...scheduling was a nightmare when we called, kept telling us "use website" but the website wanted a credit card however, we'd already paid for that massage package and didn't want to use our CC. Each time we called to schedule no one would understand us...we asked to speak to Abraham but to no avail, only to find out later that he no longer owned the place, guess he was a partial owner at the time we were sold the massage package? 2nd time we went...we were told to be there 15min early but then due to scheduling issues, it seemed they were not expecting us and we felt cut short of the 60min just ok massage... 3rd was the straw that broke the camel's back...not only was scheduling a mess with the language barrier but the massage for my wife started with Anna (overly friendly) who left her mid way, proceeds to leave but left the door open with her partially exposed! I was not happy that anyone could have walked by including a young man that worked there. The person that replaced Anna was someone who we think was cleaning up in the back...obviously with little or no massage experience. My wife said all she got was light taps...not what we were expecting as compared to our first experience! Kinda taking your chances here...ymmv, depends who you get...I'd refrain from Anna as she owns the place now, likely just leave partial way through and become overly friendly with her apologies if you mention anything. My wife and I had a couples massage this afternoon. We had a completely different experience. I had a female massage therapist and I thought she was great. I did put on my paper light to medium. I also mention my back was sore. At times she really dug in and it kind of hurt but I feel my back probably needed it. I felt very relaxed and according to my wife I even started snoring at some point. Now my wife would give it a one star from the beginning. She called to verify appointment and they said we will have a male and a female massage therapist. My wife told them that she does not want a male. She was told we'd get females but turns out she ended up with a male. My wife decided to just go with it. On her paper she wrote medium for pressure. I will say I'm the wimp in our relationship and can't handle it too hard, but she usually can. After we were done she told me that was 60 minutes of torture. As we lay here at night she is still complaining about how much her back hurts from the massage. Of course I don't see any signs of bruising but she says she feels like her whole back is bruised. I told her my girl asked if the pressure was ok, didn't he ever ask you. She said no and of course she didn't speak up. I almost went back in to get the name of the therapist that had done me so I could go back but my wife had such a bad experience that we probably won't be going back read more

Beware is you have a Groupon! I called requesting an appointment, the receptionist asked if I had a Groupon. when I said yes, she then told me they were very busy and could not take me in anytime within the next few day's. I called again a month later requesting an appointment, first thing the receptionist asked was if i had a Groupon. I said yes and she responded that they were very very busy and she can not book a massage for me. She told me to book online. I went online and they have two separate booking options Groupons and non Groupons. When I clicked book with Groupon I got very limited options, a few morning openings available up until March!! I have a full time job, I'm not available in the morning, I wanted an afternoon appointment, yet none were available even after March, months in advance. I decided to look at non Groupons availability and guess what! They have EVERY time open for booking! I couldn't believe the receptionist, told me they were very very busy, yet there online booking system says otherwise.
