I went in for powder brows which I was rather nervous about because I already have rather bushy eyebrows, but there were spots that I wanted filled out more and for them to have more shape. This brow studio is absolutely beautiful and very clean. I've gone in to see Kim for my powder brows my first appt was two months and my touch up appt was this past weekend. Covid rules and guidelines followed. When I parked I texted her that I was there and she told me to come on in. We both had masks on as she greeted me by the door and checked my temperature before taking me to her Private room. Everything was super clean and styled very cute. Now to the brows! Kim is an incredible artist, an amazing teacher, and an all around phenomenal person. I have been going to her for the last few months and I cannot say enough about her and the comfortable, calm, and relaxing space that she has created. I've been a model for both the GEL lash and microshading trainings, both of which I loved and plan on doing again. I thought about doing brows for years before I finally found Kim and Zen Derma on Instagram through a friend who had posted about going there. Looking through Kim's client photos, I was excited to see that the style of the brows she created were exactly the natural look I was going for. I made my appointment right before COVID shut all the business down. Unfortunately, my appointment was cancelled and I had to wait 4 months get rebooked. Kim was in touch regularly with updates on the studio's status. When I finally got into the studio, the experience was worth the wait! The studio was nice, clean, beautiful and relaxing and followed all the safety standards for COVID. Kim guided me through the whole process, constantly checking with me at different progress points to make sure I was happy with the color, shape, darkness of the shade, symmetry, everything! It definitely made me feel confident that I was going to be happy with the final result. I'm about a week into the healing process and she has been checking in on me and my brows. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kim a couple times on the phone as well as via IG messenger and I want to say how impressed I was with her professionalism and knowledge of various types of eyebrow procedures. I am a male and I suffered an injury when I was younger which left me with a scar on my eyebrow. This scar has made me self conscious about my appearance as I am in public speaking.
