I had my first issue today and tried reaching out for it to be fixed just to be told there's nothing they can do. I purchased some mpx badder and it was all saucey looking and not badder at all. I called and was told there was nothing they could do wich is b.s. since the receipt even says exchanges or returns for credit within 30 days and I called less than half hour after my purchase. Excellent customer service. As a new patient there's usually paperwork to fill out, but she did it all on her computer making it a more personal service from the receptionist to the budtender. Well I just went in there and usually they are awesome but today I go in and I'm told I talk inappropriately cause one of the employees seems to be having a bad day. When she talked to me the same way when I come in with my wife beater on. Then I am approached by a manager said it was a couple times. I asked from the same girl and he said ya. I would avoid this place at all cost. The staff is not well educated at all. The first girl, with a heart tattoo under her eye, admitted she had no clue about oil cartridges and kept annoyingly repeated that she was only a "flower girl", i repeatedly said i was only interested in cartridges and after about 3 minutes of going back and forth i had to repeatedly ask for someone else who was versed in cartridges. The guy who I then worked with was even less of a help and said he didn't know what all the strengths meant on the cartridges but could help me with flowers if i wanted. I finally just left, which is a shame since its right near my house. I will stick with Urban Green house. Very uneducated sales people who are of no help. stay away, much better places in Phoenix. Went to Emerald at 5:30 and waited until about 6:15, went up to the door to see what was the problem. I had a absolutely fabulous customer service experience with check in. So warm and nice and Laura was beyond cool. I needed someone super fun like her in my day and she was the icing on the cake. Got me set with some AC/DC that I was wanting. recommended a product that I never thought I would buy and now I am coming back to get it when I get more money. Excited to try the capsules from love karissa for my pain. The entire experience was faster and more happier than any other dispensary experience I've experienced in my seven seasons as a cardholder. Based on my experiences at this dispensary, I would give it 5 stars. I like the people and I like their products. I am, however, finding it impossible to use their menu these days since they've passed it along to Leafly. I find it important because I try to research the strains before I buy. it was my second visit there and I bought 2 pre rolls both 1 gram each, one emerald store brand preroll and one other company, I get to the bus stop and look at the product and notice the preroll from emerald was 25% shorter than the other i got so i went back to the dispensary and asked to speak to the manager, she comes out and you can tell she dont like her job. she was rude blunt and no customer service , i explained im not looking for a hand out or a freebee i just wanted a sorry and try not to do it again but she kept saying what it says on the preeroll tube is the weight, and clearly it was %25 shorter and asked for them to weigh it and she said no and she treated me like i was a piece of crap and i said im never coming here again and she just said OK and said next in line. i called the phone number for emerald and made a complaint and the lady on the phone had me on hold for 30 min and came on and said because sometimes its a different flower it weighs different, I told her that makes no since if it says it weighs 1 gram it should be one gram and not smaller than the other, I just feel very disrespected and that company is poor, I know its just a pre roll but I deserve better service, it hurt my emotions pretty bad . they have great reviews but that manager or supervisor needs a job not requiring customer service, god bless read more
