DONT COME!!! Horrible quality work, I promise most of these reviews are probably written by the employees themselves. I came because I saw they had good reviews and are close to my house. I asked for a simple COFFIN SHAPED black set and was quoted $55 I did not mind the price but once I saw the quality I immediately regretted coming. A man with dark short hair did my nails and when I kept asking for him to fix it the lumps and uneven edges he simply kept going. Once I asked management for someone to fix them they stated that their was "nothing they could do". After firmly stating that I did not like my nails because they were not shaped correctly at all and standing my ground they stated they could do 20% off the original price. I would've rather had them just cut them off because they were HORRIBLE and UGLY but management just kept saying there was nothing they could do. As soon as I got home I snapped pictures to warn other girls not to come and then took them right off. $44 down the drain. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS NAIL SHOP THE PLACE MAY LOOK NICE BUT THE NAIL WORK IS TRASH. read more

I was getting this set done for my birthday and absolutely loved how they came out. I went in on 04/23 and now about a month later they're still on and look good minus two jewels falling off. The first time I went here they said the could do an ombré French. I wish I took a picture but it was HORRIBLE. Choppy, uneven. Just ugly. They are very expensive. I got 20% the first time but be careful because they gave a sign up now that says 15% and they will say it's only for a purchase of a gift card??! Anyway, this time I decided to try again they could not do a holloween design to save there life. She even blamed me and said it because I wanted something from Pinterest and not what she has in her phone??? Well then don't claim to be the best at designs? Very fancy and clean style nail salon I for sure felt comfortable at how clean it was everything felt luxurious I was drawn by the sign that said 20 percent off lol and they were playing America's got talent on the tv which was nice to sit back relax. The only con I had was ... - my pedicure I chose was supposed to include a hot stone massage and the lady did not do that so I was kind of bummed. I don't think she understood which pedi I had though and due to the discount it didn't matter. So I won't knock it off unless I was to pay the full price. **Update: after I posted this review I got a call from one of the owners saying she'd give me a refund, all I had to do was come get my cash back. When I got there, I was told I couldn't have my money back. She puts me on the phone with her partner, he then tells me that he will pay me a courtesy of giving me my money back if I pay them the courtesy of removing my review. As I'm on the phone with him, the other owner and another woman take out a phone and begin to take pictures of my hands and feet without my permission. Now, I get a response on Yelp saying they wanna talk to me and fix the situation? You guys are hilarious! Wanted to try this nail place, and saw 20% off services for their soft opening special. I went for a pedicure and asked for regular polish, I was only seeing gel. The woman at the front said she would find the color in regular. She hands the technician the box of gel color I picked. Again, I state I only want regular, I don't like gel since it ruins my nails. Again, they Insist it is fine. I look the brand up, D and D polish, and see that every polish they have listed is gel. I ask to see the box and she tells me just the top coat is gel, but they both say gel, the directions notes they are gel, and the website says it. So I just said no polish for me today. I guess that made her upset because the massage was barely a minute and only had 3 of my 5 toes trimmed on each foot. Guess they consider that the 20% off services because I was still charged full price, despite the big sign at the front. Very disappointed because it's so close to home and so nice inside. read more

Amazing service, greeted so nicely as soon as I walked in. It smells peaceful in the salon, a hint of lavender. It was such a relaxing experience for me. The owner helped me pick out a color for my gel manicure because I needed something really light and natural looking that wasn't on their sample nails. She was very sweet. The nails are done beautifully and the place is very clean but they tend to be very rough. I got mine done today and I bled several times. I tried to ask the lady doing it to be gentle but she said I was just "afraid" :/ such a bummer. The nails come out beautiful but there's cuts everywhere as a result. read more

I booked 2 Pedicure appointments a week in advance and scheduled them on a Monday because they advertised 30% off on a week day appointments. When we arrived the morning of our scheduled appointments they had only 1 person working and she was helping the walkin client who entered before us. She made a phone call and told us that she called in employees to do our pedicures. Hummmm, ok ..... So she filled 2 pedi tubs and had us take a seat and soak our feet while we wait. She began to work on the other women and informed her that there was a $3.00 increase on her service that morning. I said, so the pedi's today are 30% off right? She said, nooo!! I told her we schedule on purpose because of their advertised discount. The client she was working on confirmed that she was there also for the discount. She proceeded to call the owner and ask, the owner said, "NO DISCOUNTS" I have been a working cosmetologist for 37 years and never would we conduct business so poorly. I felt for the young women who was working and realized she was victim of a poorly managed nail salon as well as us. So we took our wet feet out of the pedi tubs and slipped them into our flip flops and took our business elsewhere.This is one of those places that have spent so much on appearances and not enough on how to run a service oriented business. read more

Very ordinary experience, which was disappointing since it's a new spot that I was excited about trying. I got a basic manicure that was finished in about 10 minutes. It felt rushed and no massage (slapped some lotion on the tops on my hands and that was it)...not sure if it was worth the $15. The organic pedicure was again nothing special. She did a good job but my overall experience of the place was not exciting and I probably will just stick to the mall nail salon. read more

They had a nice bar section on the wall and customer service was great. New place that has the usual getting started kinks but overall, I really like this place. I've only had a poor experience with an older gentleman that did my buff and shine manicure. He pretty much did nothing to my nails even though I asked him to really clean up my cuticles. However, ALL of the women that have done my pedicures have been fantastic and I have been 100% happy every time. They have kid sized pedicure chairs that are so adorable. Wish my kiddo was still little enough to use it! Only complaint would be wish they had people with a bit more experience with nail art. My kiddo loves to get random designs on her toes but even the basics that they do are cute and the people are all so nice it makes up for it! read more
