Additionally they will ensure it is completely sealed on the edges since the opal is bezel. I will not recommended this place any more to friends as the expertise is no longer there. After a couple of days, he handed me a very professional appraisal, beautifully cleaned and polished rings, and added his advice about making copies (for insurance purposes, etc.) I was so impressed with his knowledge and honesty, I have asked him to assess Mom's entire estate. Along the way, I have learned a lot from him and enjoy his company, his expertise and the value he brings to help me. Scott repaired a pair of wanted earrings making them wearable again with his lacquer painting skills using his myriad of working materials and tools hidden behind the curtain.
