John (the owner of Zenith Property Inspections) responded with a very reasonable / competitive price quickly right off the bat when I was looking for home inspection. He didn't just message back with a price but he explained what he covers and what he doesn't right off the bat. Just by the yelp conversation I had with John, he replied politely and understood that I needed to check around with other companies. I was not pressured into going with his company. After getting some response back by the next day with so many other companies that were sort of rude, or just quoted me a price. With no information, as though they didn't have the time to respond. I decided to go with my initial gut feeling from talking to John that this was the right company for me. We were able to set up an appointment and I didn't even need to be there. (Covid-19 with kids on zoom, so that was a huge plus) The report was very detailed with stuff that I had missed when I went to look at the property. Honestly kind of a long report but with an inspection report, being long is good because that meant John went through a lot when inspecting the house. (Example: cracks in the walls, leaks from bathrooms that showed under the house, or the garage door not fully closing etc) After all was said and done, when you have any questions, you could easily call John up and ask him any questions you have that was in the report. (Which I did and that was like a 30 minute call. He did not rush me or try to get me off the phone, he took the time and talked to me in great details about what was in the report that I had questions on.) it was a 30 minute call!
