I am so happy to have found Mark through a property disclosure. I could tell by the level of detail, the amount of flaws he discovered, and the variety of tests performed that I was going to get a comprehensive inspection. Mark arrived on time and got to work right away, inspecting the exterior with his drone. He followed it up with a walk around inspection, getting on the roof at some point, checking the AC and electrical systems. He found cracks in the sink basin that were only visible from the back of the vanity, and pointed out areas of the ceiling where there was previous work done underneath the recent patch work. 20+ years Real Estate Broker here: 818 is great. They have an easy scheduling and notification system. It does not bombard you with repeated reminders. I can't stand getting requests to confirm an appointment more than once. I'm not a kindergartener. If I schedule something, I put it on my schedule. The pricing is reasonable. The ability to add on services is great too. I've worked with both Mark and Jae. They are each knowledgeable, professional, thorough, friendly and easy to communicate with. Extra points: Jae is a skilled drone operator. For awkward or two story roof views this has been really beneficial. Extra points: Mark is a contractor. His experience/background in the construction craft is useful. Neither gets overly excited about findings. They share the findings in a straightforward, factual manner with no fuss or drama that would unnecessarily worry a buyer. Called to inquire about their home inspection process. The guy who answered the phone was very dismissive and didn't provide much information. Also seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. From my research I've been told to clarify how long process will take and they told me it would take 1 hour for the house which seems far too quick. Mark Gresham falsified documents and refused to refund me. Beware!! I wanted a mold inspection for my home. The website indicates that the mold inspection includes multiple labs. I was only given the air quality test. When I asked for the additional labs he refused, although his website offers numerous mold labs that are included in the price. I went to my bank for a refund and he falsified emails to show that I only asked for a mold air quality test. Nothing in my email said I only wanted an air test. I asked for a mold inspection. Mark told me that a mold surface test, which is what I wanted, would be extra. He told me this after he only did the air test. The website does not say that a surface test is extra. Horrible business, lied to my bank, and falsified emails with things I didn't say! -My results have nothing to do with this at all. The website does not state that a surface test cost extra. That is the absolute truth. Your website does not indicate the different mold tests as being separate from one another. The website advertises mold inspection that includes multiple tests. It does not state that each test cost extra. If anything the website needs to be updated to indicate that each mold test is an extra price. read more
