Once I arrived, I was told it would be a few minutes. I waited about 10 minutes and then was seated in a pedi chair where I soaked for about 15 more minutes before my nail tech actually started. I chose the #4, which is supposed to be a 60-minute pedi that includes sugar scrub, sea salt, hot stone, and your choice of gel polish or paraffin. The actual time spent with the nail tech was only about 30 minutes, which was kind of a bummer. I always look forward to the time spent having my legs and feet massaged. My nail tech was very nice, and overall, it was a good experience; it just felt a little rushed.

Another lady came in say next to me she asked on the time frame they said 23-30 minutes sat her down 3-5 minutes later she stood up and said she was here first and he waived his hand and told her sit. A few minutes went by and i left. TODAY I come here and they've had me sit my feet in this cold water for 17 minutes and counting. 17 minutes may not seem long but when your feet is in cold water its a blunt disregard of my time & lack of customer service. Sadly, I went to a different salon but when you get spoiled by nails that turn out even better than imagined - every time - it just wasn't the same. They truly are a skilled team, and they really *work* as a team.  I'm always a happy woman when I leave their establishment!
