The people at this business are very rude and pushy. They are constantly trying to get you to buy additional services. Do you want you chairs cleaned? How about your Sofa? Would you like protectant? I noticed you have tile would you like to get that cleaned? And so on and so on. But they are just rude about the way they ask and even after you say no they just keep on pushing. They give you the big sales pitch about how they are the best. They will even give you a brochure outlining the 12 step process they use, then go and skip steps, like the pre-vacuum. I don't mind paying more to get superior service but I feel that I paid twice as much as anyone else in the area and there are plenty of other companies I can go to that would have done a better job.

I called around to almost every company in the area and no one wanted to touch it because it is a delicate cotton/polyester material that is apparently difficult to restore. The companies that (reluctantly) agreed to do it wanted charge me upwards of $600 and didn't promise exceptional results. I was about ready to throw the couch away and give up! I got in touch with Master Clean and not only was he extremely helpful on the phone but he offered to come by for a free inspection to see if there was anything that he could do...he was here within one hour on a Friday afternoon! After looking over the couch, he agreed that it was heavily soiled and that the material was tricky but that he was confident he could make it look a lot better and at 1/2 the price the other companies quoted me with much less enthusiasm. He offered to squeeze me in the next morning, arrived on time, was super informative, thorough, and quick! My couch looks so much better than I anticipated was possible and it smells super clean! He gave me great advice on how to maintain the couch in between cleanings as well. We will be using Master Clean every time we need upholstery cleaning done in the future and are having him back soon to do our carpets! Thanks again so much, saved us a lot of money and stress.
