The person who cleaned our carpet was clearly not experienced. He was in training--which is fine--but the person with him who was showing him the ropes left him to do the job and went back out to the truck. When he came back in to check the progress, he corrected the guy doing the carpet and told him what he was doing wrong...but again, went back out to the truck. We were told it would take as much as six hours for the carpet to dry; it took a full week. I took an extra pair of socks with me to work because, after walking on the carpet every morning for a week, my socks were damp. My wife called and complained after three days; this was on a Thursday. They offered to come out again on Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. This was not acceptable and besides, we didn't want them to clean the carpet again which is what they offered to do. We wanted it dry. Therefore we told them, "No, thank you." Then, a couple weeks later, they called and asked for payment. My wife paid with a check the day of service and apparently they lost the check. I'm glad others have had a good experience with this company. We, unfortunately, did not and I would not recommend them based on our experience. read more

The person performing the service called to inform me that he was 30 minutes out. He then called approx 30 mins later and informed me that he was at my home, but he wasn't. He had been given our old address by the office and had gone there (25 mins away from were we currently live). My hisband and I had both provided our new address when we spoke to the customer service person when obtaining a quote and then when scheduling. So this was slightly frustrating. Once he arrived at the correct address everything went very smoothly and he was extremely professional and did an amazing job. He reviewed our quote provided to him by the office and they had added an extra service of fiber protection (at an additional cost) that we hadn't requested. He removed that with no issue. We had one room where the carpet was horribly dirty and the results were out of this world. My only regret is not taking a picture when he was half way done in that room. Wow. Just wow. Derek reached out about being able to come earlier if that was convenient for me. He arrived in the time frame he mentioned and used his booties when he entered the house. I showed him the areas we needed cleaned as well as any thing to watch for like urine, glitter glue, and slime. So. Fun. He didn't cringe or flinch at the problem spots. He said he would do what he could. Dude was clearly just being modest. He did so much more than I expected!! My daughters bedroom looks BRAND NEW. Y'all can't possibly understand how overwhelmed am at what a good job this did. I now wish I had done a before and after. Living room looks wonderful and that is saying something since it is by far the most heavily trafficked room in the house. The basement mess? like it never happened. Did I mention my daughters room? Zerorez is completely different than other carpet/floor cleaning companies. Since they don't use soaps or chemicals, I was doubtful about how well they'd be able to remove 14-year old stains from my light beige carpets, but they did! We thought our carpets were nearly unsalvageable, but they looked BRAND NEW after Zerorez's technicians worked on them, and the whole house smelled completely fresh and clean. I love that they take the time to explain how their whole empowered water system works, AND that they even showed me the junk that came out of my carpets after they were finished. The carpets were dry in just a couple hours, and they felt soft and clean - not crunchy and caked with dried chemicals. And they cleaned tile/grout in my bathroom too - it looks amazing! When I bought my home, the previous owners had put in some pretty cheap, almost white carpet. And, I have a four year old that manages to spill everything on the carpet despite the fact that there is ceramic tile throughout half of my house. I am amazed by Zerorez! My friend recommended them. I tried Zerorez to clean the carpet in a few rooms of my house. One room was my son's bedroom. A few years ago in the middle of the night I dumped an entire bottle of bright pink Benedryl on the carpet. I had it professionally cleaned the next day, but the stain came back every time. I had given up hope it would ever be gone. Then Zerorez came. OH MY! I walked into his room and couldn't believe it. The stain was gone, it's been 2 weeks and it is still gone! This is the 2nd time I've used Zerorez and both times the technicians did a great job cleaning our carpets. I also had them clean and use protectant on our recliner, recliner sofa and the dining room chairs and they all came out wonderful. The Zerorez staff was polite, helpful, and super professional. I've tried many other carpet cleaning companies and solutions in the past and was never fully satisfied with the outcome. Sometimes the carpets would look great for a week or so but then it was apparent no matter what chemical, soap, or process used, they would be dirty and look worn soon after. I just had to say THANK YOU to Zerorez for being so awesome! A couple years ago I spilled some Benedryl all over my son's carpet in the middle of the night. Of course I did a terrible job cleaning it up because it was the middle of the night. I used another cleaning company to clean it up, but the stain would come back, sometimes even worse than before. I was able to schedule an appointment for the day before Thanksgiving just a little over a week before the big day! I was shocked! My carpets are probably 15 years old. I have had many children, big dogs who like to drag in mud. The carpets looked amazing! I think even the technician was shocked at how clean they got. He even got out an old dog "sick" stain! I was pleasantly surprised with the job. They were prompt and professional. Explained what they were going to do and how they would clean grout and tile on bathroom floor. We had an issue with pet stains on closet carpet. They went over how they would handle, with no guarantees of course. But, they did get 99% of the stains and there is no odor, thank goodness!
