I used Zerorez three years ago after having moved out of a house I was renting. I gave Zerorez five stars. That experience was so positive, three years later, I called them to clean the carpets in my new house. I don't know that the carpet needed cleaning but my husband has taken to sneezing and I thought that maybe cleaning the carpeting might reduce his sneezing. We'll see. This is high-end carpet with upgraded padding. We have no kids, no pets, just two seniors. I'll post before and after photos. Maybe you'll see a significant difference; I don't. Making an appointment wasn't easy. It took a while to get through. When I did, Valerie quoted $159 to clean two rooms + three walk-in closets. Before we could schedule it, we were disconnected. I called back repeatedly and couldn't get through so I gave up. A few hours later, I tried again and this time got a man who quoted $139 for the same two rooms + three walk-in closets. Can I say that it doesn't instill confidence to get different quotes from the same company for the same work on the same day. When I did see the written Estimate, it showed a quote of $159 with a $20 discount, bringing the cost down to $139. Maybe he gave us a "return customer" discount; maybe a senior discount? No idea. A few days before the appointment, we came home and found a message on our answering machine. A woman from Zerorez had left a message. As is often the case, the woman rattled off her name and phone number so quickly, I couldn't understand her name easily and had to play the message twice in order to get the entire phone number. So I called back and, once again, it took a while to get through. The call was to confirm our Monday appointment. Window for arrival was between 1-4 PM. At 11:45, Jasper called and said he could be here in 15 minutes. He did in fact arrive around noon and was done at 1:00 PM. When he started, I asked how long it would take. He said that it'd take 30 minutes to set up (which it did) and an hour to clean the carpeting. It took 1/2 hour to clean the carpeting. Before he left, Jasper said that the carpeting would be dry in 3-4 hours which would be 4-5 PM. When I went to bed at 11:00 PM, all of the carpets were still wet. I really don't see any difference, unlike three years ago when I probably said something like, "Wow! The carpeting looks great." Before Jasper began cleaning, he asked me if I'd like to pay for a carpet treatment to guard against stains. Fair enough. I declined. Jasper did not take that first "No" as an answer but told me that the time to get the carpet treated is now, before it gets stained. I know it's his job to upsell customers, and perhaps he even gets a commission when he does so, but it annoys me when people don't take No for an answer, forcing me to repeat myself. The next few days will be the test as to whether it was worth the hassle. If hubby stops with the sneezing, then it will have been worthwhile. But, at this moment (the next morning during my first cup of coffee), I think we went to a whole lot of effort and some expense for nothing. read more

After posting my review, Zerorez reached out to me and asked me what went wrong. The rep cheerfully asked if they can reschedule another cleaning which I accepted. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule that appointment a few times because I caught covid and had to travel out of town on a few occasions. Zerorez easily allowed me to reschedule without putting a 15 or 30 day time period on the mitigation cleaning. On the day of the mitigation cleaning, Mike and Mario arrived about 30 minutes before my appointment time. They were friendly and at no point disagree with the fact that I thought my tiles were not clean. They got to work right away and took care of things. Mike suggested that I get color seal treatment for my grout and he gave me a rough price. He told me to call when I'm ready and he will take care of it for me. I have used zerorez for years and have always been happy until this time they advertised $28 per room we have a small dog who had went on the carpet a couple of times they pointed out 3 times they upcharged me $175 for a solution and said it should deter him from doing his business on the carpet. The next day the dog went on the carpet. I called to complain and wanted a refund they called the next day and offered me $50. It was not serious as they charged me $100 per room way above there advertised price and no satisfactory resolution l will not use them again I would not recommend them to anyone read more

Last time the carpet was "cleaned"it was crusty and hard after it dried; wall edges were not detailed but yet decided to give them the benefit if the doubt. Called for service, this was denied because time requested was any day after 3pm. therefore Zerorez has one less customer. read more

The worst! Took a total of maybe 20 mins to do two bedrooms, one of which is the main bedroom and quite large, and two area rugs. My carpet is still soaking wet after almost 5 hours and I have had fans going. I have used this company before and have never had my carpets be so soaked. My quote was also raised from three rooms for $100 to two rooms and two area rugs for $200. (It was a special they send to all their past clients). Such a joke and we will never use them again! Scheduled 3 rooms plus 3 area rugs. Tech gave us a $172.00 estimate and stated if we gave home a TIP$ he would clean 3 throw rugs for free. When he finished I gave him 2- $100.00 bills and he said he would email a receipt. Never received the receipt so I called and ask them to send me one. The receipt showed total cost of $150.00, so he pocketed $50.00. He also scratched a new dresser badly with his handle. I've called Zerorez 3-4 times since, wanting my dresser repaired and now I want my $50.00 back. Had my vents cleaned today: Positives: 1) Called on Monday and work was scheduled in 3 days, 2) Zack - very professional, polite, and had booties, 3) gave a good estimate on time it would take to complete job, 4) stayed continually working until job was complete Negatives: 1) while he had a vacuum, dust/minor debris left on tables, bed, and countertop, 2) better planning/questions from office when scheduling could've had 2 technicians instead of 1 - less time for front door to be left open for 4 hours in Aug, 3) left prior to returning furniture/large bed to original location. I'd never had the vents cleaned, so while I watched videos and understood the process, trusting all was done well as nothing is visible. My past work experience required extensive in-home repairs, and the unfortunate part is if the final steps are not completed (cleaning, furniture replacement, etc.), you get dinged while still doing a good job. This was exactly the case. Would I use them again, yes. Would I be pickier (as I was when I selected them over another estimate because that technician did exactly the same thing (lack of clean-up)), absolutely. read more

After several years of cleaning my carpets with a different company (no complains), I decided to give zerorez Las Vegas a try, mainly because of all the radio ads. First, the 1 star is for the scheduling people. I was able to schedule service at a reasonable time within a reasonable time frame. I was given a price, which was slightly higher than my previous company but I was really curious so I kept moving forward. When the technician arrived, he said that my living room was oversized and it would be extra. Ok, reasonable enough, although previous company never complained about the room size. Next, he started offering a bunch of addons. Standard practice. I decided to add some "deep cleaning" (which was $35 extra per area) to the main traffic area. The final cost went up to $190. Almost double than my previous carpet cleanings. First disappointment was that even with the so-called "deep cleaning" this guy got all the carpet done in 40 minutes when my previous company takes about 90 minutes. Ok I thought it would be a more efficient process. At the end, of course it looked clean, it was wet, so I thought it would be ok. Next day, when it was dry, boy, carpet looked exactly the same. Even worse in some spots, it looked like dirt was just brought to the surface and left there. Even the area with the "deep clean" looked the same. Same traffic dirt patterns, same everything. I have no pets and carpet is in decent shape. Never had this problem with my previous carpet cleaning company, so this is probably my last time with zerorez. read more

I paid over $400 for them to clean my carpets and explained to them before that there is a really bad animal urine smell in the carpet. They were very confident they could remove it at first. They also said they have a 30 day guarantee .... Which idk what that means because the smell is still in my carpet but they didn't offer any of my money back for not being able to remove it. They were unsuccessful, came back again and tried to clean it again and wasn't able to. I was told I have to pay extra for them to use a different chemical which was $65 per gallon for only a 2x2 sq ft area. Which the area probably needed multiple gallons. So I have to pay hundreds of more $ to see if they can get the smell out... but they're no real guarantee. If you have any type of animal pee in your home your trying to remove. Very bad job done, I had to redo all areas with my non commercial carpet cleaner and the company will not refund. They do want to come out and redo but I had to get it done that night. Also, reason why I found this was that carpets were very wet and thought of picking it up with my carpet cleaner. I trusted them to do a good job the first but I should have check yelp because the reviews here are very bad. I also saw them on channel 3 and just though this must be a good company, what a lie. I requested twice for a refund and yet they offered $50 what a joke. The corners of my stair corners are marked black where their tube was rubbing on it. Poop everywhere.... Yesterday we left the boys with My husband for a short outing .... just some innocent kid free time for the mom's.... We have been gone for 40 minutes max when my three year old poops on his floor. Straight up took his underwear off and pooped directly on his floor (and his baby doll) then the seven year old "fell in it." Then my son went to the bathroom and attempted to wipe his own butt, he thought it smelled bad so he gagged and puked Cheetos all over the bathroom. Neither of the boys decided to say a thing to My husband who Was downstairs with the baby. He came upstairs for a moment smelled the poop then finds both boys running around naked. Carlos and his team did a great job cleaning my son's carpet and the stairs and didn't even bat an eye at my grotesque story. They also Cleaned 100sq ft of tile for free which is a current promotion. I picked the dirtiest area (the kitchen) and it looks great! Thank you thank you! I also got a quote on doing the whole house. It is pricey but definitely worth it. I think I will consider having it done before my baby starts crawling. Finally, I had asked if they are able to clean my driveway. My HOA wants the oil stains cleaned off that were left by the previous owner. They said that they do indeed clean driveways but due to the severity of these oil stains they weren't sure if they would come up. So they actually cleaned a test spot to see if it would work before charging me for the whole job. Always so grateful that Zerorez exists. I am in the process of flipping one of my rooms so recently emptied it and realized this would be the perfect time to have the carpets cleaned. Sure enough, I called about two weeks ago and was able to get an appointment right when I was looking for. I have a 3 year old dog who loves walks and loves running around the house (let's be real - it is his house, I just live in it) and this can make my home a little bit more dirty. When I think of carpet cleaning. I think of a carpet looking pretty new or clean as it can get. The employees were nice and friendly. I only had 2 small rooms. It's been a while since I seen carpet cleaning. The steps were vacuum, spray and use cleaning vacuum. The carpets weren't to dirty, but some areas were a little dirtier than others. Overall I do feel like it could have been better. What I didn't like is that I had a dresser with tv on it and couldn't move it. They promise to clean area and put blocks underneath the shelving. Well I guess they didn't have blocks that they moved shelving and cleaned area and placed back without blocks. I asked about them, but employee said he didn't wet that carpet area much. So there's light wet rug underneath my shelving? Not happy about that but he should be the expert. I should have took before pictures but I was a little occupied. ‍‍ read more
