Sometimes, it's the 2nd time that is the charm. One week ago, I had zerorez at my home to do a floor cleaning job that did not end well in my opinion. That crew left my home with sopping wet carpets and stains in certain areas. However, today they returned to fix it, and left my house after correcting those problem areas WITHOUT argument or rationalization. The new tech, Allen, was apologetic about the first experience, and even agreed with me the other prior crew could have done a better job on those areas. To wit, he and his partner immediately corrected the problem to my total satisfaction. Also, Allen is very knowledgeable about the whole "empowered water" concept and the chemistry behind it. Astonished. Seriously, I was blown away. We just bought a house and decided that even though the carpet was only 3 years old, we wanted it professionally cleaned after we finished painting. I moved here from the east coast and always heard about Zerorez there so when this was decided I looked them up here and decided to give it a go. First, Thomas gave me a call when he was on his way and actually showed up a little early (which I thought was awesome, since I had a ton to do that day.) Immediately I could tell the guy knew what he was talking about. Then, I inquired about getting the tile cleaned. Ours was noticeably dirty but we weren't sure what a "professional" tile cleaning would do for it. Thomas actually offered to do a test spot so see how well it would work for no charge. After he did it I was like "holy hell," I absolutely want you to do every square inch of tile along with the carpets. So he went on his way, systematically working from the furthest point in the house cleaning to the entrance. The things was, the entire time I was walking and standing with him asking him 1000 questions (I'm an engineer and naturally inquisitive.) Never once did Thomas seem annoyed or bothered by presence, instead he answered every question I asked and I learned more about cleaning than I ever knew before. Bottom line, the carpets were cleaned very well (trust me, watched the entire time) even though they were newer. He actually showed me the drained water to see how dirty it was. But THE TILE...MY GOD THE TILE...in all seriousness we didn't think it was that bad, but when he was finished it 100% looked like we just had brand new tile installed. I couldn't believe it. Great company! I had the pleasure of Jamie coming out to clean the carpets. Just like the commercials say. The carpet is clean. It smells amazing. Zero crunchy carpet feel after. Zerorez! Jamie was professional and took the time to make sure nothing would be damaged while he was moving the hose all the way to the third floor. And gave me a fist full of booties when he left so that I could walk around on the carpet without one tracking anything back on it while wet and two keeping my socks nice and dry. Roger, the eight year Zerorez technician, arrived right on time and was very professional and confident that he could provide top service. I love Zerorez and have been using them for a few years. Im always impressed. I have two cats and a new puppy. Let's just say the condo needed a thorough cleaning. I've been hiring Zerorez for 3 years now. I've had three different crews come out to some or all of our carpets and all three crews were great. This tells me that the company is doing something right and not just depending on a good team here and there. I appreciate that they have flexible product offerings and that they try to get me the best deal. They are also helpful on time by calling to let you know exactly when in the 2 hour time window you can expect them. And the one time they were ready to come early but I was not ready for them, the adjusted to my schedule rather than making me juggle things to be there for them. Not sure why this business markets heavily on tv ads for $99. Not even close. A 58% increase overall charge. (charged extra if you live on a second floor) It was too late to cancel in time - found out for 25% less than $99 the same carpet cleaning from the apartment management company. The new $50 cancellation fee is ridiculous and is only going to serve to alienate and anger customers. We used Zerorez in the past and were happy with their service so I scheduled them to come out again and clean our carpets. The day before, my son woke up with the flu and so I called to cancel my appointment. It was 24 hours before my appointment. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said things were going to be hectic for the next few weeks so I would call them when I had a better picture of our schedule. I was then informed that they had to charge me $50 for cancelling less than 48 hours before my appointment. They said, "we can waive it if you reschedule right now but if you don't we have to charge you." Basically, we don't care about you or your circumstances, we just need to make some sort of profit off you, even if we provide no service. I completely understand charging a fee if the technician goes to someone's house and they aren't home. That's time and trouble their employee had to go to and should be compensated for. But 24 hours before?! Shame on you Zerorez for instating such a ridiculous policy. I'll pay your $50, and while I'm at it I'll take to every social media site I can find and make sure people know how little you care for your customers. There's a lot of other carpet cleaning services out there. Neither I nor my friends and family will be using yours ever again. read more

We had a bedroom carpet that was so soiled I considered replacing it but after the technician finished it looked like new. He literally put his back into it and worked so hard to get every spot out that I felt compelled to write this. One area rug was under the dining room table and it too is remarkably clean. The person who came, Tony, was professionally dressed in a uniform. He had called about 30 minutes prior to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time and was very friendly. YGWYPF (you get what you pay for) Zerorez is back at my house today for my bi-annual carpet clean-up. I have used them several times and have been pleased with the work they do. They are on time, call ahead to confirm, and my carpets are clean! Their service is a bit more expensive, but its worth it. Carpet/home is an investment that needs to be taken care of and the soapy coupon cleaners are just a waste of money. Not Zerorez. We had a big spot in the hall that kept re-appearing. Zerorez worked on it to get the soap/detergent from the "other" guys out of it and it looks much, much better. No one can make 8 year old carpet look BRAND NEW, but you can make it look CLEAN again with Zerorez. read more

My carpets have never been so clean. I have had them professionally cleaned before and have used a home carpet shampooer. They were advertising a special on a radio station and a friend had said they use a different process that works really well. It seemed in the past my carpets get dirty so quickly after cleaning.
