I had never used zerorez . I had them come last month to clean some very dirty stairs ( 2 dogs, 2 boys) and a long hallway. This was my 'test' area. Ta came to do the work and did a fantastic job! (Better than the company I was previously using). So I had them come back today to do 3 bedrooms ( 1 was bad! Spills, etc) Ta came out and again, great job! Even the bad room! ( we actually thought we were going to have to just replace that carpet). I'll be calling them from now on, thanks Ta! read more

Zerorez is the perfect reason to have hardwood floors. I scheduled my appointment and of course the price in the advertisement is never the price you pay. So instead of the $129 I paid $220. Which would have been ok if they had done a half way decent job. Which they didn't. I called to schedule a redo to fix what should have been done the first trip out. The "window" was 10 -2. Who gives you a 4 hour window to wait for a service? I got the call to confirm the appointment. At 9:19am I got the call from Dominic saying he was on his way to my house and would be there in 30 minutes. "If I had any concerns please call." Well, I had no concerns. So need to call. At 10:30 he still wasn't here so I called him. I said, you told me you would be here in 30 minutes. He said he stopped to get food and that I probably wouldn't be ready at 10 anyway! What??? I said why call me and tell me you would be here in 30 minutes if you wouldn't be? He said he left his number and told me to call. No - he left his number and said if I had any concerns to call. He was scheduled to be here. Not get food and come whenever he felt like it. He said he wouldn't be here for another 30 minutes. Which turned into an hour. Like a 10 year old. So not only is the work completely unsatisfactory, the customer service of the technician is completely unacceptable and unsatisfactory. I will never use them again and will be sure to let anybody else know this is not a company worth doing business with. read more

Wow! What an incredibly rude customer service representative. Her name is Jenn and apparently after working for Zerorez San Diego for 3 years, she thinks she owns the company. I live in Warner Springs which is 40 miles away from Poway where they are located. Their website lists communities that they serve; Warner Springs is listed but I was told very rudely that they do not service Warner Springs. Jenn confirmed that they do service San Ysidro which is just 86 miles away. But no Warner Springs. Makes no sense and if the rest of their company is anything like this lady, I would run the other way. Also, the franchise located up in Irvine which I called was willing to service my location; unfortunately their pricing was close to 50% higher. Funny how one franchise can differ so much from another franchise of the same company in both price and customer service! read more

Zerorez is the ONLY carpet/upholstery cleaner anyone should ever use. I have been using Zerorez since they were Aquacare back in about 2003 when they gave a discount after the Cedar fire. My carpets and upholstery were covered with ash and soot and they did an amazing job. I won't use anyone else because they do not use chemicals, spots do not come back and the carpet and upholstery look like new every time. read more

We didn't really know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised with the courtesy, efficiency and quality that we received. zerorez has become our vendor of choice for carpet cleaning. I have extreme allergies/chemical sensitivities. Last week we had Zerorez clean 2 area rugs so I could test them out---no chemical smells at all, and the rugs looked great. Today they came back to do our kitchen tile (floor and counter) and again--great job! (We had another company do tile-cleaning in our whole house a few years ago--I was sick for a week from the bleach.) We will definitely use Zerorez for everything in the future--upholstery is next. I would recommend this company to anyone! Got my carpet cleaned today and the guy (can't remember his name) did a phenomenal job. He called me and said he was ahead of schedule so he got to my place 20 minutes early! The total cleaning time for 3 rooms was about an hour. He was also able to clean my ottoman last minute. I was also notified of the $14 fee when I called to make the appointment. The woman I spoke to was very nice. Overall, I am very pleased! read more

My carpet was a disaster area after 10 months of "potty " training my new mini doxie puppy and in addition I had spilled nail polish in the family room ---- Zerorez had been recommended to me by my daughter so I called for an appt. I emailed Zerorez San Diego, made an appointment for a Saturday morning. I called 15 minutes before the appointment to make sure they will be on time. The rep said I was not on the schedule. She said she personally put me on the schedule but there must have been a computer glitch and my name did not show up. With a bad back, I moved a lot of furniture around to get ready for them...for nothing. What a disappointment! Unreliable, very poor customer service. read more

We have had our wool area rugs and upstairs carpet cleaned by Zerorez, and more recently, our long-overdue couch and loveseat. They turned out beautifully. Sad to say we don't always expect great service or pleasant, courteous help these days, but Zerorez gives both. We are renting a house that had beautiful white carpet! We have a 2 year old. Needless to say our carpets needed cleaning so bad. They were no longer white. Lts of juice and water spots. We decided to try zero Rez because I didn't want harsh chemicals and I didn't want them to reappear quickly. They came on time, were very informative, professional. It took about two hours. I was mainly impressed with the pretreatment or prep work. It came out wonderful. It's been three days and still looks awesome. Haven't seen anything reappear and feels soft no stiff residue. But this morning I had them over to clean my carpets in my house; from the moment they walked in they were friendly and courteous, Ethan was so nice. They were both really professional and explained all of the processes and prices up-front. Our carpets look and smell fantastic!! My carpet was very dingy and had a lot of dark areas. Zerorez was able to get my carpet looking like new and all spots were removed. They even got gum out of it and left no trace of the spot where it had been. The men who came to clean the carpet were very nice and professional. The technicians were fast, orderly, and highly informative. The tech called about a half hour before the scheduled appointment to confirm things. They were on time and got right to the job at hand. I liked the way they put corner protectors on all the door ways. They also very neatly blocked furniture up with special foam blocks so the carpet would dry and no stains would appear from the furniture sitting on a damp area. Pretty good. Had them clean my carpets, and also, clean and seal my tile grout. Good or bad - took them less than an hour for 850 SF condo. Carpets looked pretty good, and better than the experience I had with Stanley Steemer. Tile gout looked really clean, except approx an inch at all the edges. Grout sealing didn't seem very effective, as I re-did it with Aqua Mix Sealer's Choice Gold (awesome product), and the sealer went right in (wasn't very sealed). I'd have them clean the carpet and tile grout again, but don't think I'd have them seal the grout again. Cheaper to do it yourself. Their service is fairly expensive, but probably worth it... read more
