From time to time I make my way down to Anaheim for business dealings with Mickey, Minnie, Daffy, Goofy and the rest of the Disney Gang. They're a rough bunch, sadistic some might say but they pay well, so I 'sack up' and go meet these animals. Doing business with the Disney Gang is dangerous and that's why I usually stay at my safe house when in Anaheim. Luckily for me my safe house happens to be right across the street from the Packing District, which houses a food hall inside. "Darn it!" I guess it's not a safe house anymore, oh well... There are a little more than a few worthy places to eat inside this food hall but one of my favorites would have to be the delicious and crunchy Roman-style pizza from ZeroZero Pizzeria. I don't know what Roman style pizza is but if what I eat at ZeroZero is it, then I like it. The ingredients seem like real food which you would assume from every food establishment but in actuality is a rare occurrence. I can make my order online, which is protected by VPN just in case that maniac Mickey is tracking me, and then I can swoop in and pick up my pizza from the lovely lady who is the epitome of customer service and be back in my safe house, hidden from the evil Disney Empire. Stay safe and eating delicious pizzas my friends....

The Pizza here is delicious!! ZeroZero39 Pizzeria is located in the Anaheim Packing District Food Hall. My family and I finally had a chance to visit Packing District Food Hall coming in from Las Vegas on a Thursday evening. ZeroZero39 Pizzeria is known for their Roman Style Pizza. It's a taste of Rome through their signature pizza! The Pizzeria emphasizes authentic and fresh ingredients. The original location is in Huntington Beach California. The menu has a variety of Roman Style Pizza sold by the slice or shareable portions. There are options like the Truffle Porcini, Mortadella, and Burrata. If you're looking for alternatives to Pizza, the restaurant does offer salads, pastas and desserts such as homemade cannolis! My family and I ended up trying a few slices of their Pepperoni Pizza and Cheese Pizza. We didn't wait too long for the slices to warm up, about 5 minutes. There were a few tables nearby where we were able to sit at and wait. The atmosphere inside the Anaheim Packing district is so much fun. While waiting, we were listening to a local band sing holiday themed songs since it was a few weeks before New Years while we visited. I enjoyed the pepperoni and cheese pizza slice so much! The crust had a crispy exterior and a light airy interior. The sauce used was scrumptious! It was so flavorful. The peperoni and cheese was fantastic! The basil on top of the cheese pizza was a nice add! I don't remember the last time I've had a Roman Style pizza slice before. I'd go here more often if I lived in California! The team members here are amazing! Service was great!

Pretty good by the slice pizza. Food was nice. Basically order by the slice and they heat it up for you and add a bit of olive oil. Flavors were popping and it wasn't overpowering. Service was prompt. They do have a couple of tables but i would go upstairs for the ambiance. Not bad

Pepperoni slice This pizza is amazing !! 10/10 would come back !

Tried this place using the Too Good to Go app. They have a stall inside the Anaheim Packing House. Parking is a bit tight so account for that. They specialize in roman pizza which has a thin crust and comes in rectangular slices. The staff is nice and efficient. I got a slice of pepperoni, hawaiian, and proscuitto and arugula. Pepperoni- A classic! The pepperoni slices are nice and meaty, with a decent amount of cheese. The crust has a crispness to it, particularly on the edges. Hawaiian- The ham is savory and the pineapples pieces give a burst of sweetness and freshness to the bite. Proscuitto and Arugula- Not my favorite flavor profile but the proscuitto is tasty and fresh. Arugula adds a sharpness to it. This is best eaten while hot and not meant to be reheated. Great experience overall!

Stopped by Zero Zero Pizza at the Packing House after Grinchmas at Labu'Tique around 10:15pm (they close at 11). Pro tip: the closer to closing, the bigger the slices, definitely a late-night win. Limited seating in front of the shop, but tons of seating throughout the Packing House and outside. Even that late, it was still busy. Tried three slices: Zero Zero ( I always like to try any signature dish named after the restaurant), Truffle Porcini, and Prosciutto. All solid, great crust, and well-balanced flavors. They have salads and pastas too, but the pizza is the clear star. Shoutout to Gaia (pronounced Yaya) at the register--friendly, knowledgeable, and made it even better. Perfect late-night pizza stop.

For some Roman style pizza, ZeroZero has a ton of vegetarian choices. They are heated up and served for us hungry patrons. Calzoni is baked fresh and takes about 15 minutes but the result is... MASSIVE. It's been a while since I've gotten to try one but opening the lid made me have to pop my eyeballs back in. Rasputin would've been proud to call this a proper pocket pie. The cheese is overwhelming when you try to cut into it, let along trying to eat it with one hand. Really yummy dough, especially dipped in their simple side marinara. Having fully enjoyed the Roman style pizzas, I do wish there was more sauce and less cheese, understandably a decision made for the general public who gets off on seeing edible cheese lava, it really does become quite a.. game of rope around, lassoing your food. But I have no regrets and would order the same all over again because the lady behind the counter has a way of melting my heart.

First time eating here, very friendly staff and really nice for her to finish off the pizza by putting sauces after heating it up. Delicious pizza, reminds me of Golden boy Pizza in the city

Located in the Packing District with a small but awesome variety of pizza. Our son chose this place to order food from. Typical pizza place- choose your pizza from the counter thats been made and they heat up for you. Our son ordered the pepperoni and sausage and he devoured it up real quick! Service was great- the lady helping us was super friendly and helpful. Seating can be found all over Packing but no seating dedicated to customers. Overall it satisfied our sons cravings and would order again.

Amazing!! Soo yummy!! We are big fans of getting slices of pizza and these are big slices for a good price! And it's in cute little market place! Def recommend!

Delicious food, great service & the best Maritozzo (traditional Roman sweet bun, a soft, brioche-like bread split and generously filled with fresh whipped cream) I've had since Italy.

Perfect little stand and the perfect time. The smell drew me in. The visuals of pizza display sealed the deal. Great customer service, super sweet. I got the truffle mushroom pizza. They heat it up in their oven. It was perfect lol.

    Pasta Al Pesto
    Tian107 L.

We ordered Pasta Al Pesto, pasta bolognese, and a Pepperoni (Large). The Pasta Al Pesto was exactly what was described in the menu. If you don't want any meat, I recommend going do that pasta if you wanted meat then maybe choose a different one. My friend was craving pasta so they ordered the pasta bolognese that included meat, tomato sauce and penne pasta. I liked the bounce of the pizza and it was good. They provided cheese packets and pepper packets as well. Service was good, and the overall ambiance was nice with the seating area near by to eat.

When my daughter had a dance competition in the area, I knew I had to go!!! Its located on 4th Street in Santa Ana but I've heard they also have a food truck that goes out to Anaheim as well. The place on 4th street though has street parking, be prepared to possibly circle around a few minutes to find a spot. Also, make sure you have coins to feed the parking meter! My daughter and I came on a Saturday evening and must've got there at a good time as there was only a handful of us in line. After ordering, it did get much, much longer! As in, right out the door! Its not a huge place...several tables along the wall to the left while on the right is the area where the magic happens! This is where they make the churros and towards the back, right is where the ordering is done. We ordered the Churros with ice Cream, Don Churro style with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of nutella and a full thread of regular churros. I will have to say that these have got to be the best damn churros I've ever had!! They make them on the spot and not until you've made your order. They're so light, airy and not even oily!!! They're just soooo sooo good! We brought our boxes of churros home for the rest of our family to enjoy. There was so much that we couldnt finish it right away so we air fried what we had left the next day and it was still pretty darn good. For what you get, prices are quite reasonable! Now i'm just trying to get back out there sometime for their deliciousness! If there's a line, its worth the wait!!! Two thumbs up for Don Churros Gomez!

The red chocolate on the outside was too thin and was breaking into to many pieces. You DEFINITELY don't get that crunch sound you hear on social media. Too thin. The cream inside was not the right temperature, making the milk cream taste almost gamy. I question the quality of the ingredients. My guess is loaded ingredients. My group all got a mix of flavors and everyone enjoyed their joe Latti as well. Customer service was great. They answered all our questions since it was our first time here. The place is always crowded, and there is limited seating and tables in front. We were lucky to get a table. There was also kids revving and speeding up and down the street, so just an FYI. The self service, pre-made lunch bentos, sandos and sushi area is fine, but once you need assistance from a worker, it starts getting ridic. How so? You speak to whomever is attempting to assist you OVER and UNDER a twenty-four year old counter area that holds the pastries and/or through a tiny hole in the cabinets. You can hardly make eye contact with the person, because all the pastry is in between where you are standing and where they are standing. Some people are tall, some short, but regardless, there is NO WAY to have a conversation with them. They are trying to see what exactly you are possibly pointing to in the case, but as noted, you're talking thru a case of pastry. This is also true at the Fountain Valley location, where they only have a very small counter to check out with many people standing in line trying to have someone collect their order from the back. Maybe also ask WHY there is never any KINAKO donuts? I was there at 11 am and I got THE LAST ONE! If these are so popular, why don't you make enough to sell throughout the day? Every other time I've been here, you were already SOLD OUT! SMH HAS ANYONE HERE SEEN THE SELF SERVICE process at 85 degrees? All their pastry is individually wrapped and you calmly walk through the SELF SERVICE pastry area with a tray and tongs to help yourself. If you'd like to pass the person in front of you, it's easy and doable because there is plenty of room and it doesn't make anyone feel like you are taking "cuts". Once you get to the end, the cashier totals up your tray and puts it in a bag or box for you. Done & Done. Let me reiterate that your pastry and food are all above par and I know you've been in business since 2002 and let me commend you for 24 years of service, but it's time to CHANGE IT UP to a more user friendly process. It's not appealing to anyone in this busy day and age that there is a line out the door, ONLY BECAUSE THE PROCESS INSIDE NEEDS HELP! It's also more sanitary that the pastry and breads are wrapped ahead of time as I saw a fly inside the case today. Ugh.
