Bad customer service. The building moved and I went to the old place by mistake , which happens to be a brow place with the same exact girl who worked at Ziba before. Not even noticing, I got my brows done and then was told that this place was no longer Ziba. I called Ziba and let them know the story , and rather than being understanding about the rather funny situation, Kristen gave complete attitude and reiterated several times that there is a 24 hr cancellation policy and she couldn't cancel my appt with no charge. Of course I asked for manager to call me back , and what a shock, no call. Hope the $19 dollars was worth losing many customers. In response to your comment, I can see where your employees get their customer service skills. Any decent business would've laughed at the mistake I made, said thank you for being a valued customer for over five years after numerous shop location changes, and gave me my $19 back. And any decent manager would have called the customer back , rather than responding on yelp to save face . Glad I found Sarah. read more

So disappointed in the service I received, I booked an appointment with Sarah and wasn't told until I arrived for my appointment that she was not in. I would not have showed up if I knew Sarah was not in, and the service I did receive was not good. My eyebrows are two different shapes and when I tried to speak up about it I was told " that is the way my eyebrow is". And then I find out clients are being told that Sarah decided to not return from her vacation but she is in fact still at their previous location. So sad. read more

She pinched me a few times and get way too close, I'm not sure what she did exactly but when I got home and took off the color they put on with a baby wipe it stung like a MF. I've never had this happen at any other threading place. So now my eyebrow skin is Irritated and sensitive, thanks. Please tell your customers in advance how the appointment system works for Happy Hour. I was disappointed that people that came in after me were serviced before me. Just a horribly run business. My wife went for her 10:40 appoint. Waited until 11:10 to talk to someone, was asked to wait 10 more minutes and 30 minutes later still hadn't been seen, all with our crying newborn because it was supposed to be a 15 minute outing, and instead was an hour along with no eyebrows being done. Overbooking or understaffing, along with no communication or compensation is unnaceptable. read more

ZIBA beauty always does a phenomenal job. I started coming here when they were at the Victoria gardens location. Would only get my brows threaded, then progressed to underarm waxing. When they moved to their new location with sola salons, they stopped waxing for a bit. So glad they brought it back! Both Sarah & Rosie do an amazing job! Their work is very consistent & both are great & make you feel comfortable. You don't have to worry about botched threading or waxing jobs. A few years back one of my girlfriends was talking when I rudely interrupted her and asked how the hell her eyebrows were so gorgeous? She said go to Victoria Gardens, find Ziba, and ask for Pinky. I did so, immediately, and soon my brows looked as good as hers. Then, and only then, were we able to continue the conversation. I no longer wait around an hour for Pinky, that is a luxury I don't have as a Mom. I run in, ask for whoever is available, 15 minutes and $11 plus tip later I am out the door with sleek arches. Had many errands to run this weekend and one of them that I forgot to do was get my eyebrows arched on Saturday so I decided to give Ziba's a try since Little Bit has hers done here. I went when they first open @ 11:00am on Sunday I went to the young lady 3 chair on the left she did a fine quick job my eyebrows look perfectly perched. I did however notice that Monica (last chair on the left) was taking time with her customer like rubbing aloe vera into the brow area and brushing off the stray hair that she had just cleaned off... not so with my person I think her name was Helja (sp) so am not sure I will return it was $18.00 for brow and upper lip and I didn't feel pampered which is subjective right?? I do recommend that if you are going to give this place a try go early like when they first open as I hear from almost EVERYONE this place is a Zoo on the regular but they do a precise job! I don't get my brows threaded on any regular basis, but if I haven't done them in a long time & I happen to pass by a place, I'll get them done. This is definitely the most expensive place. A few years ago, most brow places were $8...here, it's $12. For the higher price, I don't see that such an exceptional job was done. It was nice, but that's it. I know of 3 other places I could go & one of them charges $7. I didn't know who to request & I don't know the name of the person who did mine. I'm willing to try them again & I guess I'll try either Pinky or Bhumi. The employees are average regarding friendliness. I had to ask to be signed up for their frequent customer program, yet I saw another lady being signed up & I don't think she had to ask about it. read more

OMG!! I had this girl who looked like she just graduated high school and JUST LIKE ALWAYS she didn't do it right on the first shot. She finished after five minutes, handed me the mirror and right away I told her I wanted it thinner and more of a rounded arch and she started to suggest things to me like I was quizzing her on how to thread. I asked her to make it thinner and she said, "Well if you want it thinner I would thread it from the top and not from the bottom and if you want less of an arch I would take more off the bottom." I didn't ask for technique tips, just DO IT!! After three try's I left because threading should not take more than 8 minutes at the MOST. I think she was new and scared to shape, so I didn't tip her. Don't encourage over priced threading!!! A month later I went to a kiosk at Ontario Mills next to planet beauty and that lady did a much better job and I didn't have to ask her to correct anything which is how it should be done!! read more

This is the only place I go to. I tried different, cheaper places but they didnt satisfy me as much as this place. I normally go to sunita however if shes unavailable it's safe to safe the other women are just as good. I've been coming to this location for 2-3 years now. Out of all the times I've came to this one, they only messed up maybe 2-3 times...it was when I first started coming and it was nothing big, it was just either hair they missed or couldn't get the arch I asked for on my brows...
