I waited a very longtime to write a review referencing this night, as I wanted time for me to be fair. So, this cold snowy evening in January. I had had surgery on my hand earlier in the day. I was on narcotics and couldn't drive, and also couldn't cook. Kid and I decided to have a pizza delivered. I never order delivery, but this was a special need that night. $32. for a medium pizza with delivery charges and tip. The pizza arrives, the delivery person quickly hands it to me and is off. We get it to the kitchen and find it's the wrong pizza. I mean really wrong, something we would not eat. I called the store back, and was told they would remake it. Two hours later I call as the pizza had not arrived. I am told that if I wanted it I had to come and get it. I explained my situation, I could not drive, thus why I paid all the extra fees. "Too bad" I was told by the man representing himself as the manager. "I don't have anyone to deliver it." Finally after nothing to eat the entire day, waiting at this time four hours. We tried to choke down a piece of the absolutely worst pizza I have ever tasted in my life. The dog wouldn't even eat it, and she eats her own poop. I wrote the store, I wrote corporate. I fully realize that snowy nights are when everyone slams them, errors do happen when you are busym, this is also forgiven. So give me a free pizza the next time I am in as compensation--crickets!!! So the next time I am in is. . . Never. Is that $32 worth it to you? It must have been. And plezz remove that abomination Spinach and Chicken from your menu--ick.

Toppings are probably the best I've had. The mushrooms are delicious. I hate black olives but they were good compared to the ones I'm used to getting on frozen pizzas that taste like dirt. Pep and sausage slices were primo. Each pizza I pulled was just like tv commercials where the cheese pulls. So if you're solo get the single slice. It will more than fill you up and cost less. I think it's $5 and $7 for more premium toppings. While I was eating one of the owners sat down to introduce herself to me. Very friendly and shared a lot of info about the place to me. The owners all live in the same cul de sac, so you know you're supporting a local business. I really enjoyed my time meeting all the different employees that worked there on a Saturday night. Also they had live music which isn't something you find at any pizza spot in Wichita. I will be returning because the food was great and the people were great to interact with.

Though this is not bad, and I can see the efficiency; your flavors are not as mixed as if the toppings had been originally baked on the pizza. If I had just one thing to say about the pizza it would say the sauce is a little heavy on the garlic. Other than that small criticism anytime we have gone in, we have enjoyed the pizza, and they always seem to be busy, so there is something to say that people come back. There are a lot of good pizza places in Wichita, and Picasso's is one of the good ones. Great? I will have to keep looking for that one.

The table for the previous party was still dirty...we saw them pick up the plates...but they didn't bother to actually wipe the tables....the tv with the menu was out of service. My husband tried to order a fountain drink, but it was out of service. I went over there to get water, and the fountain machine was disgustingly dirty....there were two workers there and they seemed...depressed.
