I'm writing this review because I've loved Ziggy's Pizza for years and genuinely want to see you succeed. That's why I was so disappointed with my carryout order yesterday. I spent nearly $50 on three pizzas, and honestly, it was the worst pizza experience I've ever had from Ziggy's. The pizzas tasted old and stale -- like week-old pizza left sitting in a dorm room fridge. It didn't taste fresh at all and was nothing like the quality I've come to expect from you over the years. I'm really hoping this was just an off night or a mistake and not a permanent change in how the pizza is being made. I say this respectfully because I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but if this is the new standard, I probably won't be coming back. read more

I was visiting the area for work and my friend recommended me this pizza spot. I am amazed on how much I enjoyed the pizza and the salad here! I enjoyed their signature pizza but also the bbq chicken pizza was amazing and that was my favorite flavor! There are a few stores in the area as well but I would recommend this location for Ziggy's! read more

Come here all the time. Staff normally great. Foods good. But let's talk about making people uncomfortable hours before close. Almost every time before close they put chairs up , sweep , mop etc. Which is fine except it's a hour plus ahead of closing. Blue caps on all the beer a head of time? Food is good but the service sucks. You will sit at your table for several minutes even during slow times before a server helps you. They will stand around running their mouths lookin at you but won't take the order. Management knows and doesn't care. It's a complete mess. read more

Went for a easy dinner last night with my wife. Absolutely love this spot and have never been disappointed. Last night our pizza was overcooked to the point it was almost impossible to eat. The wings were undercooked to the point they were almost impossible to eat. Again love this spot but they missed the mark last night. We walked in and the sign said seat yourself. OK. So we did. It took probably 20 minutes for someone to bring water. A party came in after we did and got water right away. We ordered wings and pizza. The wings weren't very flavorful. But they were meaty. The pizza was OK. I don't know that I'd seek Ziggy's out again. read more

Food - no complaints, good as always Atmosphere - cool, no concerns Bar drinks - either too strong or just weak, no consitancy as it does not appear to be an actual bartender on staff. Many different servers making drinks for their tables. Service - Well this is where it all goes wrong, "SEAT yourself" - ok but clean the tables (Saturday 430pm time frame), with many staff either standing around, looking at phones, gabbing about tic tok videos, we waited an extra bit (10-15) for server to even show up (sitting at high tops in bar). Took menu off another table to read, server showed up we ordered all at once. Ok, salads came out fine, but not ours. Food came, not ours. Finally ours came, we ate fine. No pre bussing, no attention to table service, and just not all there. Serve Safe Training needed - no hand washing, touching face hair phones dirty plates and quickly wiping tables and bring food out. Longer hair not pulled back/up so as staff walked you could see their hair flowing across food. Seems to be a place to hang out rather than ran like a business. Uniform or at least a shirt to identify who works there would be nice. Bottomline, few training exercises are needed. read more

Ziggys is more than just pizza! First, when we walked in we were greeted by the two biggest smiles from two helpful young ladies! I ordered the Italian Salad. I ordered and we got our salad in under 5 minutes! While we waited they gave my daughter a color page and chatted with me, not a lot of places are willing to do that. And, those two were busy answering calls and running orders, but still made time to make me feel welcome, great front of house staff! I've heard so many friends brag about the salad and it was absolutely delicious! I've also had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich, it's amazing too! If you haven't tried Ziggys you need to! Called in an order for carry out two weeks ago. It was a complete disaster, but chalked it up to growing pains. Called in an order for carry out again tonight figuring the bugs would be worked out by now. What a nightmare. I was told my pizzas would be ready at 6:20. When I arrived my pizzas weren't ready. They asked my name multiple times. Finally, at 7:15 I had to ask for my my money back. This is after the guy in front of me did the same. There is clearly no management working. I'm at Ziggy's Pizza in Goddard Kansas even though the map zeros in saying as in Wichita Kansas. This place is absolutely amazing. Sports bar atmosphere, and the food service and atmosphere is absolutely. UH-MAZINING! I initially stopped in just to get a pizza to go on the way home from a birthday party, thinking that I needed some pizza to eat tomorrow but decided to sit back and have a drink while I ordered my pizza to go. When my "Meat Me" Pizza came to the table as I was enjoying a cocktail. I opened the box and it was so tempting. I just had to dive in and oh my God my taste buds are exploding in my mouth and giving me a mind freak. This is the best pizza I think I've ever had and will definitely be coming back here again. Josie is also the bomb and she is one of the best servers anyone could ask for. After doing this review, I realized that Josie is tonight's manager and I'm honored to be served by the BOSS!
