Counter lady stood with her back to a line of customers for 3 minutes and causally turned around with no enthusiasm asking to take orders. Wasn't impressed as I was in a bit of a hurry. There's no organization to order taking. Other people just stood in the way and customers behind me just walked around us all and cut in line. You've been so you know about the food. I went to this location tonight to get a salad Off the salad bar, But everything looked terrible honestly. The cauliflower had black stuff growing on half of it. The tomatoes look like the water they had it in. Had been setting in it for at least two or three days did not look appetizing. I already paid for my salad. So I got a few things, not my money's worth. I asked the girls at the front about it. They said they would let the manager know. I said that's not going to help me. It would have been nice if they would have got some fresh tomatoes for me, but they didn't offer only to speak to the manager for the future people possibly. I felt like everything's just looked disgusting. And I always loved going to this location. To get my salads, i'm glad I have my own salad dressing at home because the salad dressing didn't look appetizing either at this point. I will not be going back. I have always loved jason's deli. We used to go there with friends. In fact, when I pulled up, I thought I need to have my friends come here for dinner Next month because we get out and go to dinner once a month. We ordered from here for the first time. I don't know why we never tried them before. One of the best services we ever had from anywhere. We had been trying to order online from them, we wanted them to deliver cash we wanted to pay cash for our order. After fighting with their website which was working fine until you go to checkout, It freezes up. We needed the food here in time for my husband had to go to work and I called and talked to Brett (Manager) he took our order and I expressed that we need the food before my husband went to work, he had to leave by 7:15pm. I placed the order with him at about 6:23pm and the order got here about 6:37pm. We're very impressed and the food wow every good. What's more impressive is the wide variety for the kids menu is awesome we love the wide variety for kids. We Ordered Fire Roasted Tortilla Soup, Spicy Seafood Gumbo Soup, Chicken Pasta Primo, Spinach Veggie Wrap, Club Royal and Two Italian pasta salads. The Fire Roasted Tortilla soup was Awesome great flavor and just a small kick to it. I was afraid it would be too spicy since it had jalapeños in it, cause I can't handle spicy food. The Spicy Seafood Gumbo (my husband said it was out of this world and so was the Fire roasted Tortilla soup.) Everything was so so good. And made exactly as we asked. This is really important for me cause I have swallowing issues because my esophagus muscles don't work and so I have to eat certain things differently with lots of sauce if it's pasta or rice. I can't handle dry meats or foods, and it has to be cut up really small bites. I can't get over the awesome flavor especially on the Chicken Pasta Primo with extra sauce they sent. It was awesome. The sandwiches were excellent also. Everything was packaged great no spills or mistakes. We are most definitely eating here again. read more

Friendly service with fairly fast service at register. The salad bar is good and it's always a plus to have ice cream at the end of your meal. The pj and j sandwich with gluten free bread was bad. Barely any peanut butter and jelly and the bread was super dry it was hard to eat. read more

We arrived at the restaurant it smelt delicious! We were so excited to finally get some soup that wasn't at Panera! We were very disappointed when our server refused to carry us to our table. I simply told him the best deserve the best! After WALKING myself to our table, my husband and I waited for our soups to arrive. I got the French onion, it tasted like hotdog water. Not to mention it took them 10 MINUTES to get the food out, that is far too long!! My husband Bob got the potato Soup, he said it tasted like they threw a garden into boiling milk. I tasted my Papa Verde and was good and Grandson liked his chicken tenders but for us, was not worth $50.00 for 3 sandwiches, a tender meal and 2 taters. Had a couple of sandwiches from Jason's and wow, were they delicious. My husband had the New Yorker, full of pastrami and corned beef. So big that it was hard to have bread on both sides of the meat, with every bite. I had the Reuben with corned beef and that was filled with meat, too. I highly recommend this place, and as a caution, always check your order if you're taking out, because something could be missing from your order. The 5 stars I gave was just for the food. Very clean place. I opted for the salad bar. The ingredients were good and well thought out. But you have to go to the counter to trade in your plate for a clean one, which is puzzling. Also no prices on the soup. I wanted to try the gumbo, but I didn't want to get surprised by the price. Is this seriously an organic salad bar? If it is, this is awesome. For between $7-$8 you can get a delicious and filling salad buffet along with ice cream. The spinach and mixed green were both fresh with minimal wilt. The options I liked the most were the quinoa mix and corn mix. These were pretty flavorful, so that you don't even need salad dressing. There was also cornbread and spice bread muffins. They're perfectly bite size, so you don't end up over-eating. Honestly, the plate size is pretty large, so I was sated after one plate, but it's a buffet...so I got another plate and half...great dinner. I'll be back! read more

Great for jasons, terrible for wichita, they have the towns best if not only seafood gumbo, pretty darn good replica of Houston or Nola style minus copious amounts of crab, nice dark roux, but than downside is there muffaletta sandwich, always rock hard burnt bread scimpy on olive dressing and no mortadella meat, but at least they try to do something cajun, Why Wichita is there no cajun food? And dont tell me there is Da Cajun Shack please, thats as cajun/creole as Popeyes sides and chicken they call cajun, everything doesnt have to be deep fried and what the hell is that stuff they call gumbo and jambalaya?
