Let me tell you a story about a cold snowy evening. I preface this with the description of the day as a possible point of forgiveness. I waited a very longtime to write a review referencing this night, as I wanted time for me to be fair. So, this cold snowy evening in January. I had had surgery on my hand earlier in the day. I was on narcotics and couldn't drive, and also couldn't cook. Kid and I decided to have a pizza delivered. I never order delivery, but this was a special need that night. $32. for a medium pizza with delivery charges and tip. The pizza arrives, the delivery person quickly hands it to me and is off. We get it to the kitchen and find it's the wrong pizza. I mean really wrong, something we would not eat. I called the store back, and was told they would remake it. Two hours later I call as the pizza had not arrived. I am told that if I wanted it I had to come and get it. I explained my situation, I could not drive, thus why I paid all the extra fees. "Too bad" I was told by the man representing himself as the manager. "I don't have anyone to deliver it." Finally after nothing to eat the entire day, waiting at this time four hours. We tried to choke down a piece of the absolutely worst pizza I have ever tasted in my life. The dog wouldn't even eat it, and she eats her own poop. I wrote the store, I wrote corporate. I fully realize that snowy nights are when everyone slams them, errors do happen when you are busym, this is also forgiven. So give me a free pizza the next time I am in as compensation--crickets!!! So the next time I am in is. . . Never. Is that $32 worth it to you? It must have been. And plezz remove that abomination Spinach and Chicken from your menu--ick. read more

First time was pretty good. Friendly and fast delivery. Second time, quite disappointing on delivery driver. Pulled up with very loud music and the 'music' had many f words, and m...f.... was said few times, as his whole time getting pizza from vehicle, just left that crap booming. I didn't appreciate it or having my grand daughter hear it really made me upset. A neighbor asked me who the heck i had over, and told her was marco delivery, so don't know that she wants to try it with that kind of representation of company. Being a loud jerk on his time is one thing, but to have your company associated with that kind of representative is a real put off of using again. read more

Ordered 2 large pizzas and a salad. An hour later and I only got one medium pizza and it wasn't even remotely the correct pizza. The pizza I got was like 80% pineapple (I like pineapple, but neither of our pizzas had it and this was DROWNED in pineapple). Now I'm waiting 3-10 fucking business days to get $50+ back in a refund and have to alter dinner plans and figure out what we're doing when we should be eating. Maybe I just got unlucky, but frankly I don't care. I will not be trying Marco's pizza again. read more

I want to give kudos to Serena for helping me with a large group delivery order. She made sure to label all the orders with the person's name. The menu was diverse and the food was great. I loved the pizza combinations- the chicken Florentine and all meat were my favorites. Food arrived correctly and on time Everyone was very happy with their food. I really appreciate the great customer service. If I'm ever back I'll be sure to eat here again. read more

First, my thin crust pizza was perfect! I requested a few simple and normally used items for pizza there were no napkins, no red pepper, no Parmesan, no tamper tape on box, I am in a hotel. Forgot to do this. Pizza a couple of weeks ago. Meat lover thing with extra cheese. Dropped the ball on this one. 2nd time having it. 1st time gave 5 stars. Absolutely perfect Ordered same thing this time. Extremely skimpy on all toppings. Defi4 did not get extra cheese I paid for. Last week did Knolla's like we usually get. Perfect as usual. Pretty consistent. Might give Marco's another try at some point. read more

First time at Marco's The good: online ordering was quick and simple and the delivery driver was very polite, on time and efficient. As far as the pizza, it was hot and had a good crust.........the rest will have me not order Marco's pizza again and am still waiting for an answer on my issues with my order on their survey I submitted last week. The bad: Cheese, Sauce, and Toppings (Pepperoni, Ham, Sausage) had little to no flavor it was the most bland pizza in comparison to the other chains. Don't plan on future orders. read more

I called on 1/2 to make sure they were open. A very friendly young man answered and confirmed that, yes, they were. So I asked him if there were any sales and he promptly replied. "yes". I proceeded to order my pizza and wanted the total....at first he said $16.99, then he said...nope, it'll be $13.99. I said ok, great! Then he said "ahh, make that $12.99!" BONUS!!!! He was extremely friendly and helpful and when my husband picked it up, he texted me and said "You're going to like this pizza!" It was delicious.....no more Pizza Hut or Papa Johns for us! went to marcos on central in Wichita Kansas. The girl waiting on us could not keep from scratching her ears , her hair, her neck and wiping her nose with the back of her hand. the entire time she was taking our order. Really gross . time we placed order was 3:00 on 6/22/22. read more

I regularly recommend Marcos pizza to friends, but tonight I was REALLY disappointed. I online ordered a large pepperoni, mushroom and sausage pizza (with extra sausage and extra cheese). I should have looked at it when I picked it up. It seems there was slightly more cheese than regular, but I can count 4 slices with no sausage at all. Also the mushrooms were only on two slices dropped in large globs. I know from past experience at the location that they can do much better. I will follow up with a phone call there tomorrow to see what they would like to do to make this right. read more

Decided to give Marco's delivery a try tonight. Cold called here for dinner, with no menu, or any info on pizza style or deals. The gentleman, Sam, who answered the phone was polite, and very helpful. Helped me order what became​ a pretty good pie, for being west of the Mississippi. Chicken, bacon, mushroom, and BBQ sauce on a thin crust that was cooked perfectly! On top of the pie being pretty damn tasty, the guy even threw in a discount for being a first time customer! SCORE! Delivery was supposed to take 45 minutes, but was at my door in half an hour! Bonus tip for the driver when this happens! Very good experience here, and will order again when I am in the area. Minus one star for being a bit stingy on the toppings. read more

Awesome Pizza. My go to is the XL Big Cheesy. It melts in your mouth. I explain it as buttery. Trust me its sooo delicious. Sub sandwiches Mushroom Swiss is to die for. Fresh salads lots of toppings. Meatball bake we love. We enjoy a different twist to the bread sticks or wings that everyone offers . Meatball bake try it and the chocolate brownie. Horrible service...pizza is ok. Ordered a pizza and wings at 5:50 pm one night and it said it'd be delivered by 6:20. Did some things and realized it was 7:00 pm and haven't heard anything from them. Called and they said 15 minutes. Called them back at about 7:40 since I still didn't hear anything and they said they had it ready and asked if I wanted it remade...so apparently it was sitting there a while...I said sure and then thought better of it after 10 minutes. Called and cancelled the order. Not even two minutes after I hang up, their delivery guy shows up and he apparently just got the call that I cancelled (gave up on them as he put it). They offered a few words of apologies but that is it. I did not trust then not to do something to the food after all that time and having to call them three times. They could have easily called and informed me about the delay. Most places would have given me the food for free after waiting for over two hours for the food. Nope this place didn't give a damn that they lost my business. I will not order from them again. read more

I called to place a take out order and the young lady who answered clearly seemed to be a new hire which was ok but than I think they forgot to tell her how to mute the phone or put it on hold. All I could hear in the background was somebody repeatedly using the same curse words over and over. I didn't know if if was directed at me or not but I just hung up. Ordered from our hotel. 28 min later (earlier than their estimated time), the food was delivered nice and hot to our hotel room door. Delivery person was Kayla, who was friendly, courteous, professional, and safely masked, which matters to us. The food itself was absolutely delicious and finely flavored. Highly recommend Marco's. Ordered The Works pizza yesterday while watching the KU/WSU Game. They said delivery would be 45 Minutes to an hour. Pizza arrived within 20 minutes. Probably the best pizza that we have found in Wichita. Will definitely be ordering from here again. read more

Right next to the Family Video at Central and Zoo Boulevard (they even have a "order a pizza for delivery, we'll bring you a movie, too" deal), this is a fast-and-friendly, carry-out/delivery pizza-subs-and-salads spot. Online orders for carry-out take 15-20 minutes, with total pizza customization through the website. If you don't like one of the toppings on their assorted specialty pizzas, just eliminate it and substitute something else. Split the pizza in two differently-topped halves, switch red sauce for garlic sauce - it's all doable. If you order one of their special deals, it even comes with a free movie rental. And, by the way...the pizza's great! Three thicknesses of crust, stringy mozzarella cheese, decent amount of toppings, this pizza is like if Papa Johns and Dominos of 30 years ago had a love-baby pizza, although the closest comparison would be the old Pyramid Pizza up in Lawrence back in the early 80's (don't know if they're still around, pizza's probably not that good anymore...) My brother-in-law also gave me a left-over half of a Phillie Steak sub from here, and even warmed over, it was one of the best cheese-steaks you can get in Wichita. Overall, I have nothing bad to say, except maybe they need a bigger parking lot and to offer cheese & pepper flakes, but I hope they expand in the Wichita market, we could use a good cheesy, chewy pizza option city-wide. read more

Oooh.. Mama-mia! Did someone call Mario? This is the greatest pizza place in Wichita. It provides great service and their pizza is amazing. It has wonderful quality. It's the best pizza I've ever had in Wichita. My wife and I always get this pizza and we tend to always argue on who's getting the last piece. She said she deserves the last piece because she can put up with me and I said I deserve the last piece cause I can put up with her, I feed our bichon frise puppy, I do the laundry, I vaccume the house and I do the dishes. I wish I could have given this pizza a negative 10. We ordered a large 1/2 sausage and 1/2 meatball from the Woodlawn location. Within 3 hours of eating this pizza I was vomiting it right back up. I can't even remember the last time I threw up but this time will be in my memory for a long time. I will never eat from this place again and I will tell all of my friends of my experience. read more
