You can either have them make what's on their menu or you can create your own so these are made to order. I got the White Album and my friend got the ZZ Top which were $8.50 each plus tax. The names of these had a rock theme which is pretty cool. My pizza was really good. The size of the pizzas could feed about 2-3 people depending on how hungry you are of course. Customer service pretty great. I actually went here because one of the workers went out and about handing out their menus on the pier. Good job on advertising! The only thing is that it's a bit pricey. I wouldn't go here a lot. Maybe every now and then. You should definitely give this place a try and see for yourself. read more

I so badly want this place to be good. The staff is more interested in themselves and were not friendly in the process of ordering. I would prefer they put the toppings directly on my pizza as I speak rather than write down my order (it's so hard to speak over the sneeze guard). Too much sauce and would prefer my pizza crust more crisp. To the owners- check out pizza press in old town orange - I go there once a week for work and they've got the pressed customized pizza thing down. Pizza was fresh and delicious! We tried the slow ride and it was perfect for the kids and then my wife and I shared the good vibrations. Good vibrations had a nice sweet heat. The crust was thin and crispy and they had an awesome selection of bottles sodas. They also give the option to make your own custom pizzas. It wasn't pricey and they have seating out on the sidewalk. First off the pizza is delicious, the service however was subpar. My husband and I were the only guests here and following us 3 different families arrived. All 3 families who ordered after us received their food first some with multiple pizzas. Finally after everyone else was served we watched the guy scramble to make our pizza, when he brought it out to us 30 minutes after arriving he didn't even apologize. Not sure if we will be returning because of the poor service but again at least the food was good. read more

Excellent pizza and customer service! Our family of four ate here on a Friday night. We ordered three pizzas. The first pizza came out in about 15 minutes. The second two pizzas were delayed. After waiting 20+ mins for the last pizza an incredibly pleasant and apologetic employee came over to explain that they had run out of one of the ingredients for the last pizza and they were making more (garlic oil). After approximately 10 more mins the manager brought out our last pizza and apologized again for the delay and our patience. She then credited us all three pizzas due to the delay. We did not have to complain or even ask for this credit she just did it because it was the right thing to do. I was very impressed by this level of customer service. Paid $10 each for 2 pizzas. When I went into the restaurant to pick them up it was so Smokey and reeked of burning pizza that I had to keep a coughing fit to myself out of politeness. The second star is simply because the pizzas were on time and still hot. They were extremely mediocre. Ordered mushrooms as a topping, there were literally 4 slices of mushrooms on the entire pizza. Allow me to say what a treat it was to experience, in my opinion, the best pizza in California! I had a wonderful time devouring the pepperoni pizza and their Smoke on the Water salad was outstanding. I mean their Smoke on the Water salad was literally mouth watering. It had blackened shrimp, bacon pieces, and avocado. I also tried their pineapple and ham pizza and their shrimp and avocado pizza, which in itself blew my mind. The one manager knew nothing and apparently it was too much for her to find out what ingredient was in one of their items for another customer(I was near by and overheard, he was clearly upset). So I would have loved to give this place more stars but UBEREATS screwed it up for you guys! I know it's not ZigZag's fault but you need to get better drivers or quit Uber all together. They get lost then don't answer my phone calls when I try to help them find my place. And my food came cold and my salad was soggy! The taste was really good but it ruined my experience. I will probably come here in person to eat if I felt like it but probably won't because that's the beauty of getting it delivered. We like their pizza and in the past have regularly called ahead and ordered a pizza to go. Last week, however, when we tried to call in an order we were bounced to voice mail - something about they were too busy to answer the phone but if we would leave a message then they would call us back. We waited 20 minutes but they did not return our call. We went into their shop and while it was not empty it was not all that busy either.
