Cheapest Chevron gas in Gilroy for sure! Great prices (especially if you have the Chevron card). The station is nice - updated, clean, lots of pump stations and always on sale energy drinks. Not very happy or satisfied. I really liked using the wash here and really was impressed with the Way employees removed dead bugs from front grill and side mirrors. Unfortunately, I used the wash a couple of weeks back and the chain snapped. The employee backed me up from the wash and I went inside the Chevron store. I was given another car wash code to use, unfortunately I tried using it today and the employee said it had already been used. I never used it, and it is possible that I was provided a bad wash code. When I asked the employee if he remembers when the chain broke, he said the car wash breaks every other day. Needless to say, I'm out a of a car wash and will not be going back. read more

My friend recommended I start coming here for my car washes. Unlimited car washes for only $14.95! I've been coming here for a few months now and I absolutely love it. Even if there's a line it goes by fast and my car comes out clean each time because the friendly workers scrub it first and power wash it before I go through the car wash. So this post is not about the car wash itself nor the employees that are there. But for the guy that said he was the owner, "Bob". I had called to cancel my membership in early November because I normally get charged on every 28th. The reason as to why I was canceling was because my car had became totaled. Anyway I had got a confirmation that my membership was cancelled before the 28th, but as soon as the day comes I got charged!! I texted bob and he didn't respond. After two days of no reply i contacted my bank and they helped me. They returned me my money and sure enough bob decided to get in contact with me. (ALL OF A SUDDEN) Bob then informs me that he took care of my membership and that it was cancel for good. Then comes December guess who got charged once again after bob had confirmed with me that I no longer had a membership with them. Me. I reached out to bob about 3xs and I got no reply. I called my bank once again and just asked for a new card so I didn't have to keep dealing with this issue. My bank also reimbursed me and that's when Bob decides to get back in contact with me. I love washing my car here! I pay a monthly fee to wash my car any time which is really convenient and the price is really good. I always have my car clean and it's really fast not to mention they have free vacuum service. Having my car clean all the time for 20 dollars a month? Hell, yes! Worst car wash I've ever had in my life and worst owner to deal with. I read other bad reviews in the area so I thought I would give this car wash a try. What a mistake that was. My antenna was ripped off my truck and in the process it was scratched. One of the workers who I addressed this with told me that he should have taken off the antenna. So then he gave me the owner's phone number to call. I called him and he told me he is unwilling to do anything about it. They do a great job here! They do some prewash before you go through, so the car gets really clean. Even my rear bumper that's always covered in horse feed gets clean! And you're always greeted with a cheerful smile. The monthly rate is such a bargain, too. So glad I found this place! read more

I went for the first time to wash my car here. Omg never again. I paid 12 for a crappy car wash this Saturday. It took about 1-2 minutes. I didn't even see any soap. I don't know if the workers have me the wrong car wash but that was defiantly a shitty job. I don't recommend anyone to come here. I am so disappointed. I feel taken advantage of by this place. Purchased the $12.00 car wash and my SUV was not clean after. I went late afternoon so I didn't notice until I got home how horrible the wash was so I returned the next morning and they said there was nothing they could do since I didn't return immediately. I explained that I hadn't noticed until I parked my vehicle in the garage, but they didn't care. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I won't be back. Terrible service. I was paying for the "unlimited " monthly car wash service but it isn't really unlimited. I went through and my car was not washed properly and I went around and they wouldn't let me go through again. I pay for unlimited for a reason, to use it. I don't even wash my car that much. I cancelled my service and went to the other car wash on first street. Much better service and much nicer people. Stay away from this place! There is nothing wrong with my car I just can't see the p r n d, your precious car wash was not damaged in the least! So don't even say it was! Like I said I have paid for the car wash for over a year. My car has been like that even then and no problems. The display is very expensive to fix. I am not going to fix it just to go through your dumb car wash! You're crazy! My car didn't get clean! Left it dirty and didn't rinse the soap off! Rear window didn't get cleaned. Wheel cleaner didn't do anything. Didn't dry at all...Paid for unlimited washes... Giving one star because I have to rate at least one star. Cancelled my membership a few months ago because of horrible customer service I received from the attendant. I was apologized to and told my account was removed and then was charged the following month. I was reimbursed and insured that the issue would be fixed but here I am again this month being charged after I cancelled my membership three months ago. If I can give a zero to this business...I will. The worst employees any business can hire, the owner of this business better re-evaluate his staff. In particular, the heavyset white young man with a goatee who was working yesterday 6/10 around 3:00pm. I pulled in without having purchased a car wash inside the food mart prior to pulling in. As I pulled forward and one employee guided set my car in the car wash setting, I told the gentleman I wanted a $10 wash. One employee asked the kid with a goatee if they were still accepting cash. The kid with the goatee said no. I then was going to get out my car to go inside and purchase the car wash. The kid yelled "no!!!", he said "you better get back in your car and back up." I said "excuse me???" He then physically approached me and threatened me "you better get back in your car and back out of here, and by the way we don't want your business." I could not believe what I was hearing or seeing. I was on my way out of town and told the kid, I would be reporting this to your boss, he didn't care at all. To physically threaten me and then to tell a customer "we don't want your business, get out of here"...i will be contacting my legal representative to pursue litigation of being physically threatened by an employee. I am sure they have cameras and will be able to see first hand the incident that took place. All for a $10 car wash. Myself, my friends, my colleagues, and every family member I have in Gilroy will never use that car wash again. I hope all who read this will never use that car wash again. read more

First and foremost, i had sign up for the plan 19.99 for an unlimited car wash as it is shown on their website and also on their receipt when you first sign up. I had no clue that you can only go there once every day which was a bit disappointing when they do market it as "was your car as often as u like, UNLIMITED" secondly before my trip back to my country on december 8, 2016 i had ask the guys that works there that i want my plan cancelled because i wont be in town and also due to the rainy season and that i would be back in the summer to sign up again. They guys said there that they will take care of it and have a safe trip. 3/2/2017 i called to leave a voicemail. Got a call back and denies me of calling and that i seem to be making up these conversation? really? ur going to tell me that im lying? when in fact i had payed you for the months before that i didnt even use your service? im not cheap but i needed off because i wont be in town and its been raining. I asked for a refund and he said that i never called and never left them a voicemail. i ask them are you in better business bureau? he said yes and i looked for it and they arent even there. Person name Paul. Thanks. i will never be back in this place. there are times where they wash your car with a hose and when guys gets lazy they do a quick one and let the machine do its work.
