Would I say this is my favorite pizza spot? No. But for a chain? Absolutely. We got the Bleecker Chop Salad (not pictured), CBR square pizza, and the gooey butter cake. We asked for the salad without olives, but I ended up having to pick out about a cups worth of olives when it arrived :( The pizza was SO GOOD though, it made up for it. CBR comes with roasted chicken, bacon, pickled jalapeños, ranch swirl, and an everything-bagel crust. It was more than enough food, and it was thick and delicious. Now for the gooey butter cake.. I won't say it was as good as one you'd get in good old STL, but it made a pretty good pass at it. My bf had never tried one, and he kept stealing bites of it the next few days. Came in around 7:30 pm last Thursday with my little family who just arrived in Fort Worth. We ordered food to go while the kids played. After waiting 45 minutes the wrong pizza came out. The kid that took our order seemed out of it but ok things happen. About 5 minutes later our pasta comes out. We waited another 30 minutes for the right pizza. Talked to the manager because at this point the pasta is cold and we're ready to go. I asked for my money back and she got very rude. The ambiance and outdoor kids area are the only reasons to go. That, and they do have unique pizza toppings/combinations. The pizza itself though is a little below average quality. The crust is tough and chewy, and always seems to come out a bit burnt. The sauce doesn't have remarkable flavor. You're only left then to be distracted from these things by the toppings, and thankfully there are lots of different options. The mozzarella stick appetizers are very good. Sat at the bar, Reagan and Erica was our bartender/server. They let us know we could also split and get half/half pizzas. We got the Buffalo Chicken/Johnny Bananas on one pizza and the other was Spangler with a pepperonis as the extra topping. Pizza is perfectly crispy full of flavor and no complaints. Every bite is savory, and pure deliciousness. Also enjoyed a Disarronno Sour. Also just as tasty Definitely looking forward to coming here more often. School is out and what better way to start the summer than to come for great pizza and a playground! Or so I thought... Zoli's Pizza has great potential however the service is so terrible it's not worth wasting your time to come here. I really really wanted to love this place! The service and the policies make this place a huge NO for me! Unfortunately I won't be returning. The pizza was good, but from the very start when we walked in and the lady had an attitude I knew it would be trouble. They had plenty of open tables in the shade ( I mean this is Texas heat after all), however, they told us we had to sit at a table in the sun that was literally 3 steps away, because they didn't have servers for the shaded area. It was literally walking 3 steps, but ok. So the kids played and we ordered our food and drinks. The kids ran back over 3 times asking for drinks and we still had not received anything. Kelsi was our waitress. She wasn't mean, she just wasn't experienced enough to do well. Or maybe she was experienced and just had a bad day. Her manager wasn't any better so I think it's a trend at this place. The playground was cool looking but there wasn't any shade, so no shade and no drinks equals kids that are hot and thirsty. Lol The concept is good. Your kids can play while parents have a cocktail and watch them play. When the service is terrible it ruins the experience. Again pizza was ok. You can get better pizza for less and be treated well. I heard 2 other people in different parties complaining as well. When my son needed a refill I literally had to walk inside and go wait at the bar to get a refill. I met another lady inside doing the same thing, no waitress in sight with thirsty kids everywhere. When our food was delivered the it was not correct and the waitress acknowledged it was wrong and did nothing about it. They also will charge for a side of ranch dressing and you'll never get it. My ranch was with the drinks and the decent service...no where to be found. Let me say it plainly. The service was terrible, the pizza was ok but your order might come out wrong, the management was sub par. Don't waste your time unless you truly have tons of time and money to waste. Hopefully this place improves the staff because again, the concept is great!! This place is not recommended! read more

I love Zoli's! We order to go here all the time but decided to go sit down recently. We made reservations through Open Table since it was Pi Day. Parking lot was full and cars lined both sides of the street. Once we parked we were seated immediately. Our waiter informed us that pizza was on an hour wait so we put our order in as soon as we sat. We then ordered drink and appetizers which came out promptly and were fantastic as always. Pizzas came out early, about 45 minutes, and were so delicious. I'm glad that when they're busy th are honest about food wait times and check in regularly. Great experience and A+ pizza. read more

Was a big fan of the original Oak Cliff location and was overjoyed to find the Ft Worth and Addison locations at the end of last year. We have been three times and will not be back. First two visits were OK, but nothing like what i remember. The visit for lunch today took over 90 minutes for one pizza, one salad, one appetizer and water. After ordering, water took 30 minutes, salad came out at 45 and pizza and appetizer were served at just after an hour. Food was cold and had been sitting. Not super happy with quality for over $40. Maybe the Addison location would be better but I'm not sure we'll give it another go. read more

Excellent pizza sauce, a good amount of cheese, great pepperoni- not too salty. We ordered a salad and some pasta. A second pizza was "the white." All good, best we have had in a very long time. First the good: - The pizza is great! We had the Christian Pescroni and Meat Fight and both were delicious. - The server was a chill dude, who you could tell was trying his best, much respect to him for trying to make the experience enjoyable. - The fenced in outdoor play area is a god send for those parents looking to kick back and enjoy a cold one while the kids play. Now the not so good: - Right off the bat the server tells us there's an automatic gratuity on parties 8 or more which is understandable but our party was 3 adults and 5 kids... cmon man, not cool. - This is the 3rd time we've been and every time It's always been understaffed which can get pretty frustrating when waiting on food and pizza and seeing a bunch of tables that are available but haven't been bussed yet. - Lastly, this might be related to the understaffing but I preferred a Dos Equis and they said it wasn't available because the keg hadn't been changed, a little annoying but oh well. Overall the experience was ok just wish they hired more people or actually scheduled the people they had to cover peak times. read more

I got the Thin Crust Spangler which is a cross between a Neopolitan and a NYC style cheese pizza. The sauce was really nice and tangy, not sweet or over spiced but not just a bunch of plain unseasoned tomatoes. Great quality cheese and the crust was perfectly chewy and cooked perfectly. I really enjoyed it. Will definitely be coming back. I didn't think I'd find a place like this here in Fort Worth. But this place would even make it in the NYC metro area. High praise. read more

The food was outstanding and it's a very family friendly restaurant with a huge area outside for younger kids to run around and play as well as ample seating on the patio for adults. The pizza was outstanding. We opted for the Heim Time Supreme and asked to remove the hot peppers because the wife doesn't like spicy stuff. Wow, was it good. We got the square pizza, so it was deep dish and oh so tasty. It's the perfect thickness, and not too dense. I tend to stay away from deep dish style pizza, but this one knocked it out of the park. It had sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, basil, bacon, and caramelized onions. Damn, it was good! We also had the garlic bread appetizer, the fried cheese appetizer, and the brussel sprouts appetizer (we were with a group obviously). My girls had the kids pizza and the pasta. Both were scrumptious. They also have a great drink menu and an ice cream shop connected to the building. This place is fantastic! read more

Worth the drive!! Okay so I'm pretty much down to try a good looking pizza. I came across this place on Instagram (Fort worth love list) and I thought we'd go try it! So today we did and immediately loved the atmosphere. Friendly service from the moment we walked in to when we left. There's art painted on the walls which kept my baby occupied for awhile (so that's always a plus in my book). We had the zucchini fries (no picture), pizza, and butter cake. All delicious! The pizza was good... would recommend ordering to-go Friday/Saturday night. It was a bit on the busier side when we came in so sat at the bar for immediate service. Came in for the square pizza so after sitting down we confirmed they still had some, and ordered our starter and pizza. Not too long after ordering our zucchini fries came out and since we ordered all at once we assumed our pizza would be out shortly after. Unfortunately it took just over an hour for us to get the pizza from the time we had ordered it. Our bartender noticed our dinner hadn't come out about half way through our wait and apologized saying it should be too much longer. When he brought it out he then apologized that simply no one in the back was starting our order for the large majority of our wait. The manager (assuming) came by to apologize again and then we paid and took the rest of our slices to-go. Overall food was good but with the kitchen just not making our food it would had been nice if at least the up charge for the square pizza was take off or would have been offered a drink for our wait (or even a coke).
