The pizza was good... would recommend ordering to-go Friday/Saturday night. It was a bit on the busier side when we came in so sat at the bar for immediate service. Came in for the square pizza so after sitting down we confirmed they still had some, and ordered our starter and pizza. Not too long after ordering our zucchini fries came out and since we ordered all at once we assumed our pizza would be out shortly after. Unfortunately it took just over an hour for us to get the pizza from the time we had ordered it. Our bartender noticed our dinner hadn't come out about half way through our wait and apologized saying it should be too much longer. When he brought it out he then apologized that simply no one in the back was starting our order for the large majority of our wait. The manager (assuming) came by to apologize again and then we paid and took the rest of our slices to-go. Overall food was good but with the kitchen just not making our food it would had been nice if at least the up charge for the square pizza was take off or would have been offered a drink for our wait (or even a coke). They have so many unique pizza options to choose from, it was really hard to pick. We got half honey bastard/ half chicken bacon ranch (cbr). It's a little complicated to do half and half pizzas there, bc you have to match the sauce with the other side or they won't make it. I like the style of their pizzas and the thickness of their crust. The honey bastard was really good. I enjoyed the sweet and savory combo. Our pizza crust came with "everything but the bagel seasoning" on it. I love the idea of this, but it ended up being way too salty. On the CBR pizza they were also a little heavy on the ranch "drizzle". It was too much ranch in my opinion. These were minor issues and besides those, the pizza was really good. We would opt out of the beagle seasoning on the crust next time. We got the brookie for desert- brownie cookie combo with ice cream on top. It was super yummy, warm and soft. I'm honestly stunned right now. Grabbed some food to go tonight. When we get home, I'm looking at my husband's chicken parm and my rigatoni alla vodka. And I'm like... why is 1/4 of my container empty? So I open it up and I'm like "oh dang, they forgot the peppers, sausage, and ricotta. That makes sense why there's so much less food." I'm fixing to get in my car and drive back to have it corrected when my husband suggests I double check the ingredients listed online. And to my surprise, it's only listing rigatoni and vodka sauce. Which is wild because I've ordered this many times before and know I love this dish so much because of all those other things. So before I diagnose myself with early onset dementia- I go to menu pictures on Yelp. And let me tell you, there's some real Fyre Festival stuff going on here. And in the words of Ja Rule (about Fyre Festival) "I too was hustled, bamboozled, hood winked, lead astray!!!" What fun place to eat, especially if you have kids that are still little and like to play at parks as they have great outdoor activity for the kids to do. The food was really good and will definitely be back. Was sad they didn't have any of the dessert we wanted but we'll just have to come back to try it. Our server Quinten was awesome, but he was put in a situation that wasn't fair to him. I didn't ask or talk to him about any of this, I just observed. He was the only server there while they had 4-5 people at the bar talking and laughing. There were 5 people running food and bussing. I understand it's a busy night, but I noticed Quinten serving all tables with the manager helping out with only one table. Give Quinten a raise!! He seemed overwhelmed but still checked on tables with polite customer service skills and got them anything they needed including us. Maybe the others aren't trained as servers, but again that's on management. The management needs to do better at delegating because there was literally always 4-5 people talking and laughing at the bar while 1 server was waiting 10 tables. And then I look to the kitchen, 5 more people standing, talking and laughing. The food was good, though we waited 30 min for our pizza which I assume is due to short staffing in the kitchen. The cheesy bread was really good and we got the 12x12 pepperoni pizza. Wish we would've gotten the regular crust because the 12x12 was a little overdone on the outsides but overall 7/10 for the appetizer, pizza, and cherry sours. The guy (Maxwell) at the window had an attitude for no reason and should really think about working on his customer service skills. One of the best pizzas I've had in a really long time. Tried the pineapple chicken square pizza. It was amazing... the dough (definitely different from the regular pizza chains) was baked to perfection! It was so crunchy and crispy, yet still airy and bouncy.. neither undercooked nor overcooked. Not dry or hard or tough. Did I say it was cooked to perfection?????!!!! The dough, sauce, chicken ..just everything came together so nicely and complimented each other. I'm giving 3 stars specifically for PLAYSPACE My 8 and 3 year old made friends and played but we showed up with them being starving and we had to wait for over 1 hour while tables around us ordered after were served I don't think they have a good ticket procedure also this is a solid beer place don't bother with the craft cocktails. This was our go to pizza spot on Fridays. We hadn't been in a while so we went a few weeks back and order our usual. The garlic knots is no longer garlic knots (waiter said they are switching things on the menu) those were delicious so we were sad to see them go. We were even more sad to see what they tried to replace it with. It's a long piece of garlic bread with melted cheese on it. Equivalent to slapping a slice of velveeta on bread. Would not recommend taste like it's from the gas station. Now the pizza is looking different too. As of today. We always get the square it's much better & bigger. Now it looks small and low quality. We ordered the Pizza and Pasta family combo with garlic knots, house salad, Spangler pizza, spaghetti & meatballs and gooey butter cake. It was plenty of food, we will be having leftovers tomorrow. The garlic knots are the perfect ratio of crispy and doughy in the inside I love dunking the pizza in the remaining marinara sauce from the knots, like every other pizza they just don't have enough sauce on it for me. The cheese on the pizza was on the thicker side, not my favorite but the crust was great. My all time favorite part was the cake! It is definitely goey but the top is so crisp. Service started out ok then as bigger parties (we were 3) arrived it was as if they became priority and didn't have enough server's....we have visited before and enjoyed the food. My wife and I got our pizza at 1:30 and the last part of our order came out at 1:59. Our waitress kept coming back and explaining why it was taking so long. She did a very good job but the fact remains it's just pizza and 45 minutes is a long time and if course by the time they got theirs mine was not hot. I guess it was a good pie but I know it should have been hot. Normally I would write off a place that is maybe 20% occupied and still can't hit the mark but as I said our waitress was such a star that I'm gonna go back and try them again in hopes they'll get it right. read more

I thought going on a Saturday night was a good idea, but apparently a lot of other people thought so too. There's not much parking and the wait to sit outside that night was 45 minutes. After an hour, we asked to just sit inside since the wait was shorter and the host said "oh, we didn't sit yall yet?" Our kids were so hungry and rowdy by then, so I am thankful that the wait for the pizza wasn't too long. it was hot and fresh and so delicious. Our server was on it with the refills and constantly checking on us, which was great when we needed another pizza asap for these hungry kids. She even brought us a pitcher to refill our own drinks to avoid waiting on her while she helped other tables. I like the concept of a pizza place with an outdoor playground and a bar, but I would highly recommend coming when it's not as busy. The frustration of parking and having to entertain my kids for an hour while waiting to be seated was definitely a no for me, however, the service was good and the food was delicious. read more

FINALLY, somebody in Texas made a great NY style pizza. I got hooked on NY style pizza while living on the east coast, and coming home to Texas, the pizza was disappointing, to say the least. There are a couple of great Neapolitan pizza joints here, but for whatever reason the NY style pizzas just haven't been up to snuff. But we tried Zoli's tonight, and everything was right. The crust had the right amount of chew and crispness, the toppings were excellent, the sauce was just right (lots of places around here make the sauce too sweet). We had four pizzas, and every one of them was excellent, with the Dope Sope topping the list. Also, the Li'l Bastards (roasted Brussels sprouts appetizer) was awesome. Best Brussels sprouts dish I've ever had. Service was great - the waitress was friendly and prompt. About my only complaint was the decor. They decorated in a minimalist style, but I felt like the decorator didn't do a very good job. It didn't feel minimalist, it felt bare. Also, the lights were way too bright for my taste. It wasn't terrible, but wasn't great - I give the ambiance of the place 3 out of 5. Food and service, 5 out of 5. Overall, 4 out of 5. We will be back. read more

Their ingredients are written in snob fashion, but the servers are great about answering questions. They have both thin and pan crust options. Lots of beer on tap. Prices are reasonable for the area. The best surprise was the Brussels sprouts appetizer. Oh, yum! COVID stuff Lots of distance between tables. All staff were masked. They were cleaning between customers. During our most recent visit to the Dallas/Fort-Worth area, we happened to discover Zoli's Pizza on Yelp. We wanted a quick bite before driving back home. We came to Zoli's to order a pizza that both my wife and I could enjoy (she's vegetarian, so it's difficult to agree on food). However, after having the pizza (as shown in the pic) here, I can definitely say both of us were satisfied. The cheese and tomato sauce were delicious, and the peppers actually packed a good amount of heat. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza was.
