I called a new plumber out. Mark installed the cartridge wrong, he damaged the seal when he put the new cartridge in. I called the company and they still have not returned my call. I feel robbed now. I paid 375 for their guy to damage the cartridge while he's installing it. Maybe they did that on purpose. They knew I would call them with the leak again. Then to hit me with 1700 to change valve out that takes 10 mins to do is crazy! New cartridge correctly installed was 200 bucks from the guy who fixed Master rooters work.

They needed to come out before quoting but there was no charge. Spencer came out and looked over the equipment and agreed with the suggestions but the cost was $1000 less. He would be able to return the next day, Saturday, to do the work at no additional weekend charge. I got discounts because I was a senior citizen and for the multiple items I needed. He showed up right about the time he had estimated the day before and got right to work. He was able to get everything done without completely shutting off our water.
