When he is at the day care I watch from time to time to see what he is doing, and it is always fun to watch. I have never seen any mistreatment at all when watching. If a dog has an accident, they are right there with a mop and towels to clean it up. The groomers do an excellent job of grooming him. On his spa days he always comes home smelling nice and fur is soft.

Of course it was not serious. They were more worried than I was and immediately looked it over. We have used their grooming services as well and price is great as well as the quality. I love that they have cameras and there is always someone with them even at night. The owner clearly is a wonderful woman with a huge heart and knows how to find a great staff. I highly recommend this place for daycare, boarding and grooming. Your dog will be happy and most definitely tired!

It's one thing to deny the connection to KC Dawgs (although it's mentioned on the Precision website...), it's another to try and sweep that together with the primary events described in the review. The incident with my dog happened; it was shrouded with ambiguity & surface level detail, and my questions via email largely unanswered. Precision was eager to move on with as little information exchange as possible--up until I posted my original review on Google--where they presumably flagged it or otherwise pulled levers to have it removed.

He was my 10th adoption and we had never needed outside training before. I was in tears when I came to Keaton and Mike, worried I would not ever know how to control my new adoption. Roscoe had daily fights with my other dogs, tried to attack my husband, we couldn't enter a room without his reactions. Keaton worked with us 1:1 for 12 weeks. I then did a board and train with Precision. Roscoe graduated early for good behavior. Keaton and Mike tailored the program to our needs and our goals with our dog. Roscoe is now a great companion at home. We have systems in place to create a successful environment for him. I joined the weekly training class, and we continued our learning. It was as much for me as it was for him. Roscoe even behaved well enough he was able to take the agility class, too. When we travel, Roscoe is always boarded with Precision because they know his breed, his temperament and I know both trainers and dogs are safe there. I am able to travel and not worry. Roscoe has always been comfortable when I drop him off and trots off with a trainer without issues.

We've been bringing our two Australian Shepherds to Summit Pet Care for a few years now, and for…read moregood reason -- the dogs genuinely seem excited to go and come home happy every time. It's not cheap, but the quality has always felt worth it. That said, we recently had an experience that gave us pause. We dropped both dogs off and mentioned a specific grooming request for one of them -- trimming the fur underneath his tail, which grows thick enough to be its own tail if left unchecked. When we picked him up, it hadn't been done, and we ended up handling it at home ourselves. For the price point and the time we've been clients, it was frustrating. Here's where I have to give serious credit where it's due: Hailey, one of their full-time groomers, reached out to us entirely on her own to follow up on the appointment and check the quality of the work. She didn't have to do that. When I shared our experience, she didn't deflect or make excuses -- she scheduled a time to bring him back in, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and knocked it out of the park. She used our other dog as the reference point for exactly the style we wanted, and that was precisely right. Hailey is the reason we're staying. She went out of her way when she had no obligation to, she understood our dogs, and she made it right. If you go, ask for her.

We brought our recently rescued pup in as she pulled on the leash like crazy and was in her own world in high distraction environments. She is a bit shy, but she grew to love her trainers Melody and Sierra quickly! The bond she built with them was so evident when we came to pick her up. With her new training, behavior expectations are much clearer for her, and we can communicate with her and redirect her much more effectively. Would recommend ADU to anyone who is having issues training their pup or anyone looking to establish a solid training foundation. He went for the 2 week train and board. While I was scared he would lose a bit of his personality, he came home the same dog just extremely well behaved. Goose was walking off leash in public spaces within 1 week of training, and I didn't know that was possible. The frequent report cards filled with pictures and videos made me know I sent him to the right place. I cannot recommend All Dogs Unleashed enough, for your pup or older dog. I will definitely be using them again for boarding and refresh training when I go out of town!

They explained pricing and all services they offer. We decided to go for it. My babies had fun, because I went to pick them up and they didn't want to leave..
