I've had better coffee for that price...and breakfast burrito was cold
Steve L.

Meh. Coffee was not all that great. Not much taste and the breakfast burrito was cold. They get an extra star for the convenience of being on site.

Horrible taste for breakfast plate!!! Just look at the eggs!! With soggy and wet hash browns and water boiled sausages!!!!

Horrible taste for breakfast plate!!! Just look at the eggs!! With soggy and wet hash browns and water boiled sausages!!! Absolutely gross and Not properly prepared it looks like just defrosted with some frozen signs!!!! Very rude cashier and no customer care services. The cashier charged me large coffee instead small size and extra charge for creamer.

The inside has such a pretty aesthetic, with a few inside tables to How to order is with an iPad kiosk, so card payment only. The menu selection is nice and simple, offering matcha and hojicha options. There are also small desserts like cheesecakes, cake rolls whole or slice and tiramisu. This tea shop is nice to go to after work to relax and decompress for a bit. Items my coworker and I ordered- * Hojicha Strawberry Latte - light sweet, soy milk and less ice. Decor is cute but sleek, vibes are calm, bar seating by window and a few small tables with seats. Ordering is fast at the kiosk front desk which doesn't seem to have a cashier. Lots of tasty drink options with milk choices and customizable sweetness and ice level - much appreciated! Cakes were delicious and filled with freshly whipped cream. We had the hojicha and biscoff ones. Not incredibly busy - a lot of orders were takeout. Cons: A lot of things were out of stock by 1pm but maybe this is due to Mother's Day. Pricey but the items were high quality. Store is a small footprint with limited utilities (no WiFi, bathroom was temporarily out of order). Parking is very difficult- it's on el Camino so the cars are unforgiving if you're trying to parallel park, and the road parallel by a block is not much better. It has an alley and a very cramped space in the back for a lot. Expect to walk.

Outdoor seating is available under the canopy of Sycamore trees and California oak trees in modern cobble stone tile pavers and gravel. I was really excited to try my first coffee flight. The flight was presented by the barista in 4 on shot glasses on a wood tray; starting with a shot of espresso, piccolo, drip filtered coffee and lastly iced filtered coffee. I forget the name of the exact source and blend - although the initial encounter is acidic, a full bodied flavor takes over and lingers in the palette in a beautiful balance. This visit and full experience made my afternoon!!

There are pastries from The Midwife & the baker, some had run out but they still had some choices. I just got an ice coffee, you add your own milk that is off to the side. I also like how there is simple syrup you can add and some yummy looking thick sugar. I got the whole wheat chocolate chip cookie bc I was craving something sweet and eh, I wasn't in a health mood, I need a regular chocolate chip cookie, this did not hit, but I'll def be back when I'm in the area!

I have already been to Covour a handful of times, mostly on weekdays, where I'm usually planted there for a few hours to do some work or study. On the weekends, it can get quite busy, while weekdays are more of a gamble depending on how many people are there. The parking lot is on the smaller side, so on busy days, it can feel a bit hectic. The space itself has a good number of tables to work or study from, along with great lighting. I really appreciate the selection of drinks they have, ranging from fun flavored lattes like tiramisu and burnt brown sugar to matchas, hojichas, and classic cafe staples like americanos and flat whites. Everything I've had here has been delicious and always hits the spot. They also have a range of food and toasts you can order. I recently got the ricotta and honey toast, which was delicious and light! Heads up, though, as expected, they do run low on stock later in the day. I came around 2 PM, and there were maybe four baked goods left. Overall, it's a great choice, and if you're in the area, definitely check them out.

A super thoughtful crew who know how to make a really good tea and I'm sure coffee as well.! As summer approaches, longer days, I believe they will find it will be necessary to implement some structure around the seating Because, we found there are campers on a Friday evening, there were two young women not together and each taking a large table. ,8pm with their laptops open and only a beverage , there was a line of people people searching for tables I would suggest or some sort of signage that they could share a table, not necessarily sit on top of each other, but on opposite sides with an empty seat in front of them, two (strangers) people at one table with two or four chairs. It's not uncommon practice. In cafés. What was happening was that groups of four were having to share tables for two squishing in, I just thought it was a little thoughtless of those two customers to keep their heads down, and they knew precisely what was going on around them, people were giving up tables and shifting around, and neither of them moved or offered to share. There's a polite way to manage those kinds of situations. Or signage on tables. I saw a group of four guys walk out because there was nowhere to sit that would've been a substantial tab There's a way to make people mindful of that included there were other locations for these two individual people to move. Since their heads were in their laptops, sitting across from a stranger, would've been like being at the library anyhow where we do share tables. I noticed there was a seat on the sofa side, or they could've shared a table It would have left two large tables available for people who were in line, groups of people who were in line Something to think about to the owners of Sana! I could see the frustration in the faces of the people waiting.
