When booking online, the system prompts you to enter your card information immediately after selecting an appointment. Typically, this step indicates that a deposit will be processed, but that wasn't clearly communicated at the time of booking. When a team member later called to confirm my appointment, I mentioned that I had already entered my card information during the booking process. There was no follow-up from the team to clarify whether the deposit had been received, and since no additional communication was sent, I reasonably assumed everything was confirmed. However, I received a text message at 5:40 p.m. on 10/10/25 -- about 20 minutes before closing -- stating that my appointment scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on 10/11/25 had been canceled. I immediately called and texted but didn't receive a response until the next morning when the business reopened, at which point the appointment was already canceled. Given that appointments here are often booked weeks, if not months, in advance, it's extremely difficult to pivot or make alternate arrangements on such short notice. The lack of follow-up and the last-minute cancellation were disappointing, especially considering the time and planning it takes to secure a spot. I'm sharing this feedback constructively, as I understand things happen, but clearer communication and more proactive customer service would go a long way toward improving the overall experience.

My boy is a Papillion so you do his legs , get under his tail to get his hind legs and he gets a shave around his genitalia, trim his chest and the apron on his sides. She utilized PPE to ensure safety and was respectful towards our concerns on all visits until Covid precautions could be lifted. She has always responded when I have questions and is dependable when I have concerns. Her bus is clean and always presentable. Her digital notification and payment system is makes things so much easier than dealing with others. She is highly trained and involved in the dog grooming community. Dropping him off for the evaluation day went great, the front desk was very thorough and even told me that I could call to check in and see how he's doing after 2 hours. Previously my puppy has gone to a different daycare, but at the Wagging lounge you can tell the staff enjoy what they do and love dogs. When we picked him up afterwards he was happy and worn out, and the staff all said "Bye Ted!" on the way out. Overall, great experience for a dog owner and my happy boy. Ended up purchasing their $100 for 3 daycare deal (purchase only on evaluation day). I will continue to take him here!

if i could rate negative stars i would!! this place is where we used to take my shihztu to get…read moregroomed. my family was dealing with a lot at this time, so they never went ahead and took legal action. in april 2023, we took my dog there for his haircut. when he was back home we realized he was pretty sleepy and he took a nap. later that day when he woke up, his eye was red and swollen, which he would not open. we took him to the vet, they said his cornea detached! after weeks and weeks of eye drops around the clock and many bills later, the vet did a swab test which showed the cells in his eye were rejecting the medication! he ended up having to get his eye removed... i was absolutely appalled at the response from this establishment stating "he seemed fine when he left, maybe he jumped off the couch at home and scratched his eye." and basically gaslighting me on the phone rejecting all responsibility.. when all i wanted to know was what happened to him!!! yeah, well how else would my dog get a CHEMICAL BURN IN HIS EYE AFTER THE GROOMERS!! do not send your dogs here, they do not care about your fur baby especially AFTER they send them back home with a swollen eye! and you're probably wondering why i am just now writing this 3 years later. it's because i want others to be AWARE of how they handle pets and will deny any harm caused to them.
