We eat at Huddle House at least three times a week! The food is always wonderful, but if anything is off they immediately do all they can to fix it. Really great staff and cook team. For the last two nights I've been trying to go to huddle House I tipped over 100% of the bill Cassidy was a good waitress on the second night I tipped large again my bill came over almost $30 for one person and there was police activity outside. I went to walk outside to say goodbye to my waitress and the police officer tells me to vacate the premises that I had overstayed my welcome I was just getting ready to order breakfast and another hour or so so I was enjoying coffee and drinking Coke zero so I mean I wasn't disturbing anybody but I was still told by the police officer because your manager told them to kick the two remaining people in the store out on their ass after they after I had paid for my meal, I will never step foot in that store again I was embarrassed and they made it a spectacle out of my patronism. read more

Meh. It wasn't bad, but there is plenty of room for improvement. Eggs were over cooked and the toast was obviously prepared before the rest of the food and left to sit and get cold and somewhat soggy. Bacon was paper thin, but tasty. Grits were Luke warm, but not too bad. I doubt seriously that I will return to this location. For over $12 you can get better for less elsewhere. read more

Scrawny middle aged white waitress with kinky dark hair has a nasty attitude. Seemed to get incredibly offended when i asked to swap my hash browns for grits even though she hadn't even put the order in. She stood and gawked at me with disgust then rudely said "It's a good thing I didn't put the order in!" then she angrily read my order off again and like "have i got it now?!!" Was pretty much snarky the whole time she waited on us after that so she didn't get a tip. Between the attitude over nothing and tbe mean mugging between the forced smiles, i guess the election didn't go her way yesterday and she's taking it out on customers. My husband figured the $3 charge for cheese on eggs could account for the only tip she is worth. Won't go back to this location. Last time we came another waitress was here and very kind and well mannered. I even tried to apologize for the inconvenience of me swapping out the hash brown with grits but she just angrily scribbled on her order pad, she had no problem doing it for my husband but I guess I just really unnerved her. Probably an issue with my ethnicity... It's a shame that such bitter nasty people are always working service jobs. It really leaves a bad taste in ones mouth. The food was so-so. So I stopped by the evening of 24 FEB at 11:40 P.M. to get a late night dinner after getting off from work. There were three ladies sitting at tables talking when I walked in and sat down. I waited patiently for 5 minutes and was never even acknowledged. I figured they were doing prep work for the next day so I waited patiently for another 5 minutes. After waiting a total of 10 minutes I got up and left. I can't rate the food since I never even got a chance to order, but I can tell you that the service at night is terrible. Went a few blocks down the road to Waffle House and had my order taken within 2 minutes and had my food in less than 5 minutes, even though most of the tables were occupied. Looks like I'm never going back to this particular huddle house again. read more

Stopped by here on the way home for breakfast and really enjoyed our food. My breakfast was well made and left me feeling very satisfied. My wife had so much food left on her plate, as the meal was so large, she had enough to take home with us. The staff were very friendly, as were the customers. I know if I am ever in the area again, I will stop by this Huddle House. read more

Came here to attempt to eat..all the vacant tables were dirty, trash on the floor, and the large party table was clean but some mysterious looking bug was occupying it. My grandmother asked about a table being clean and the waitress just said it's up to you -_- read more

Well I've never ate here before but I'm sure this will be our last time. Like the other people are saying the floors are nasty as well as the tables! There were 4 people working it wasn't busy so they should've had time to clean you would think. This will be the first time that I have felt it necessary to write a review on a resturant. I have never in my life been so appalled at a resturant. One staff member was being so tyrannical that our waitress was shaking as she brought us our drinks. I understand that it was late, but this man had me so upset. Our waitress did not know that a chicken sandwich didn't come with cheese. In my book, that's a very small mistake. My party and I had no problem with that small misunderstanding. The way this guy talked to this woman however, made it seem like she had given peanuts to someone allergic to them. He was overly critical and cruel. Later he had something to tell the waitresses and yelled across the whole resturant for them to "come here." One waitress was with customers discussing payment. Her customer was counting out money. The man called her again and she said that she would be there in a minute because she was with customers. He then called her a third time and she left her customers to see what he needed. When she tried to explain why she took so long, he said "I don't care, I called you." The couple mentioned earlier left after that and seemed to be in a distressed state. On top of all that, the tyrant as I will call him, cooked our meal. The hashbrowns he brought to my party members were more onions than hashbrowns. My chicken sandwich was a little undercooked. Overall, we were not a hundred percent content with our food. Our waitress was sweet, but in obvious distress. I cannot stress how horrible this man was. I wanted to say something, but feared he would treat me as he treated his coworkers. I thought this the best place to express my concern. I hope it does some good in the future. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The food was decent. The service was adequate. However, when we went in, there were maybe 4-5 tables with customers. The rest, 12-14 or so, were piled with dirty dishes. We did find a booth in the corner with plain view of the cooking area. There were several plates at the staging area that had apparently been there for several minutes but the cook didn't know who was supposed to pick them up or where they went, which turned into a rather loud "discussion" There was trash all in the floor, with the workers at times having to kick it out of their way. There was something greasy under our table made my shoe slide-down slick that didn't wear off until I scuffed it off on the asphalt outside. There was some kind of plumbing/drain issue that they were working on and some woman in a bright orange dress (I think she was an off duty employee) was helping mop up. Just a random observation but if women her age are going to wear dresses that short, they turn their backs to customers before bending over! All said, even though I only live 5-6 miles away, this was my first AND LAST visit. read more
