Junior cheeseburger, Fried Mushrooms, Bean & Cheese Burrito
    Monica C.

Came back to Zorbas, recently, and purchased a junior cheeseburger, bean and cheese burrito, and fried mushrooms. The fried mushrooms were great and not too greasy, Everything was really good, with the exception of the bean and cheese burrito. Though it was packed, the beans were very dry and hard to swallow and I wouldn't get that again.

Zorba's is one of those hidden Riverside Gems approaching SB County Line. It would be easily missed unless you are familiar with the territory. The Lamb & Beef Gyro is worth a try.

Anything on the menu is really good. One of the burger places I go back to. Fries are perfect size golden perfection. Service is fast even when busy. Nice comfy dining area old school feel, TV in dining area.

Amazing food, can't beat the prices for what you get! The california burger, pastrami sandwich, zucchini fries & chili cheese fries were all so tasty & good! We also had a chat with one of the owners and he mentioned that everything was made fresh and from scratch, even the ranch! Excellent customer service, everyone smiled and seemed friendly. Will definitely have to go back!

Disappointed for the price thin piece of steak ...

Steak sandwiches are not worth the price here it's more bread than meat so disappointing

Zorba's is a staple in the Highgrove area. I've been coming here since I was a kid. A couple years ago they changed ownership and the changes were immediate. I haven't been there in years since. I went today and it's even worse now. The prices are RIDICULOUS! The quality has vastly dropped, the service is not welcoming, the ambiance is a mess. The food is ok but I wouldn't recommend going at all anymore.

I love trying out local burger joints that aren't franchises They usually have huge menus, and this place was no exception - they had hoagies, burritos, sandwiches, breakfast plates. I got a breakfast burrito and I was pleasantly surprised. The size was good and it was tasty. The salsa was excellent. Onion rings - HUGE portion, very good. I recommend this place!!

Just came here for the first time and it was so good! The service was really good and the food came out very fast. The workers were so sweet even though we came 20 minutes before they closed, they still served us so sweetly and positively. This is exactly what I think of when I'm craving a charbroiled burger. The onions rings were fire too Definitely recommend this cute burger spot. It reminds me of getting burgers with my parents at a young age. Plus it's very vintage inside! Super cute

Our party kept growing throughout the meal as more family members joined, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and kind about adjusting our table each time. The brunch options were fantastic with both sweet and savory choices. My personal favorite was the omelet bar it was fresh, delicious, and made exactly how I wanted it. They also had great kid-friendly options like fries and mac and cheese, which made the little ones very happy. The service really stood out. The staff kept our champagne glasses filled and were attentive without being intrusive. I also loved that they had aguas frescas available for guests to serve themselves, which meant no waiting around for refills. And the sweet bread selection was a perfect touch to round out the meal along with their chocolate strawberry fountain and ice cream. Overall, it was a great place to celebrate a special occasion. The ambiance of mariachi singing and dancing in the back also added special element. Excellent food, wonderful service, and a very accommodating team. We'll definitely be back!

We purchased several drinks and were sitting inside when the manager asked us to move outside because my toddler was being loud. While I understand he may have been disruptive, he wasn't running around or causing damage. What disappointed me was the manager's unfriendly approach. We moved outside as requested, but all the tables were in direct sunlight, which wasn't practical since I had my newborn with me. After going out of my way to visit a place I had supported for years, I left feeling unwelcome and disappointed. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Location is near Mission Inn on Main Street. Price is on the higher end so plan to pay an average of $30/person. The only thing that was a bummer for us was the loud music for lunch hour experience. The music was loud and made me think it would be best for a club atmosphere? Maybe it was just me but I felt anxiety eating because the music was so upbeat and loud. Music is a big part of the eating experience. I know some people may be fine with it. For example, we had breakfast at Tio's Taco and the music was spot on for the dining experience.

As far as options go, I think there's a decent selection of more unique syrups for coffees. They do change it up throughout the year. The drinks here are definitely more of a premium price point, but I think they're generally good. On this particular trip, I wanted to try their new syrup flavor (it was some form of orange zest, or something similar?), but noticed my latte had no real flavor in it after a few sips. Upon looking at the receipt, the person who took my order just gave me a regular cafe latte and didn't add the syrup I requested. The coffee was fine, but I would have liked trying something new. I have gotten several of their food options before, and I think that some of them are well-priced for the portion and some can be more on the expensive side. I think the avocado toast was pretty robust and was a good value. The steak and eggs are somewhat hit or miss, and I have had it multiple times. The cut of the meat can be chewy at times, and then also more lean and tender other times. Sometimes it comes with large pieces of chewy fat, which isn't quite to my taste. The sandwich options generally are a good value. I do kind of wish they switched up their menu a bit more often, since this current menu is rather basic and they have had more interesting food options before. Overall, a decent choice for a more premium coffee, tea, and food for the Downtown/UCR area of Riverside. Service is okay, and I have had somewhat mixed experiences with that. The employees generally seem pleasant and they're nice, but I have gotten incorrect orders at least a couple of times. During this particular visit, in which the photos are from, I had to ask two different people to get extra napkins. Our actual server was the first to acknowledge, then possibly forgot and didn't come back.
