Got a new car and looked around for a few quotes to customize my car. I was intro'ed to 02Creations through a family friend and because of that, their high ratings and competitive prices, I decided to go with them. Met Mike and we went over what I wanted, his suggestions on the finishes, and he also looked over my car and pointed out a few areas I didn't even notice until he pointed it out (the exterior window trim is chrome, which he could wrap in satin black to match the wheels). Loved his suggestions and went with it. While he had my car, he texted me suggestions like instead of carbon fiber trim, the work would look more expensive if I went with the black brushed trim instead, which was interesting because I saw that online the night before and thought the same thing, but didn't mention it. I decided to just go with it - I trusted Mike that much I didn't need to see it in person. He even said if I didn't like it, he'd rewrap it for me in carbon fiber, which was a super nice gesture, but I'd never have him do that for free. Seriously, he's too nice. On day 4, I was supposed to get the car, but Mike found that my tire pressure sensor was leaking. I was having a rough day so I was a bit grumpy to not see my beautiful car, but I'm glad Mike kept it for another day and made sure I was safe in my car, which is the most important thing and I can't be moody about that. I greatly appreciate how much he cares for his people! The end result was way beyond my expectations and I have high expectations so it's rare to wow me, but his work, and even better, the way he treated me as a client was above and beyond. When I got the car back, he not only powder coated my wheels but he also painted the calipers just because he knew it'd look better. I could not be more happy and I have a few other projects to do on the car that I'll definitely be back for! Although I also like one of their competitiors, it's really hard to consider going anywhere else knowing how well Mike takes care of me! read more

Total waste of money. They did an insanely poor job with my window tints and chrome deletes on my Model X. The window hand finger marks between the tints so it was blurry. I've gotten my windows tinted many times and I've never seen such a poorly executed job. In regards to the wrapping of the chrome- their wrap job is one of the worst quality out there. Whoever installs their wraps should practice more within 1 week the wrap was bubbling and peeling off. I had to make another appointment go back for them to redo it. Then again the peeling started. Their reply to me was "this is the issues with wraps you have to continually change it". IT WASNT EVEN A WEEK! Horrible customer service and horrible quality. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

Michael took time to explain what he can do and give recommendations on different colors. went with black brush aluminum look for interior trim (instead of carbon fiber) and satin black for exterior. might come back to powder coat rims semi black. read more

At the grand opening, There were a bunch of cars that the owner had customized and i had never seen anything like it. I wish i had gotten pictures of it but the highlight was the car with the fish tank speakers in the back, that blew my mind. There was an Infiniti there that was completely tricked out, the seats had been completed re done with a two tone cream color, it was fuggin dope, it had 02 Forged rims, a 02creation decal on the back passenger side and the stereo system was decked out all the way to the touch screen deck and tints all the way around. All the cars were high quality customized with the finest attention to detail, i was highly impressed. The shop is very urban, with murals on the wall of the whole shop. The bathroom of the shop was like a luxury hotel bathroom lol so its def not the expected piss on the seat and poop on the floor greasy auto shop bathroom. Overall great Business, never seen another one stop shop like this for all your a vehicle needs. This shop does Pretty much any customization you can think of and if they dont offer it, im sure they got the best contacts for it. The grand opening was CRAZZZYYY FUNN!! There was free bbq with "Pops BBQ SAUCE," a DJ, side shows, raffles, and not to mention the good crowd of people that came. I honestly expected somewhere between like 100 to 200 people but there was deff around 1000+ people packed on the street. There was a motorcycle side show with guys doing tricks on Harley's that was epic, wish i could post videos. The owner Michael is a really good guy, very sociable, with all those people there for his shop he manage to get around to everyone and thank them for coming, proving great customer service. What can I say that hasn't been said. Mike and his team are super cool, laid back, down to Earth guys who do great work. Recently had my hood wrapped on my 2019 Charger Daytona 392. I was concerned about putting a wrap over the existing decal on the hood as I wasn't sure how good it would turn out. Of course it turned out great! The logo shows through as expected, super subtle, but that's what I was going for. Also I had them extend the wrap onto the nose/front clip instead of just the hood which most people do. Gives it a more unique look than other Chargers with a wrapped hood. They got it done in the time they said it would take. Pricing is comparable if not slightly lower than other shops. I went with 02 after meeting Mike and checking out the shop which is only about 5 minutes away from my job. I'd definitely recommend them to others and I'm considering doing more customization later on. read more
