I wish there was a Boba Bliss location closer to San Francisco. This establishment would have to be within my Top 3 favorite Boba spots. Though, it is about 45 mins away from SF, the trip is worth it as each time I get a drink from here, they never disappoint! First time coming here to Boba Bliss. This boba shop is really big and clean with tall ceiling. Great selections of drink menu with seasonal drinks and specialty drinks to choose from. Can order from the ipad or in-person. Friendly customer services. I ordered the Vietnamese coffee with honey boba and less sugar. It was creamy and delicious as if I was eating a tiramisu cake. It was more sweet than I was expecting since I chose less sweet as the sugar level. Overall, I will definitely come back next time to try their other drinks. read more

I got the Lychee Green Tea. It came out within 5 minutes. It tastes very overwhelming of natural watermelon with a hint of lychee taste in it after. It tastes natural overall so I was happy with that! Come during nonpeak hours. This is a great place for small group hangouts, one on on meetings, or dates if you want to try. It's right across from Teaspoon too so if you really wanted to compare you can cross the street! read more

The most recent time that I've gone here always gotten Vietnamese coffee with Boba. A perfect amount of creaminess and strength where the Vietnamese coffee shines through. I let my Boba sit out for a little bit, so the texture was a little off, but I'm sure if you drink it straight it would be that nice chewy texture. I always order on the app for my rewards and it's very simple and easy to navigate and the order was made on time and ready for us. read more

I heard about Boba Bliss from my good anh hai and am glad I was able to try it with him for the first time! I got a strawberry milk tea while he got variation of their matcha milk tea series! Both drinks were quite nice and had perfectly cooked boba! I think a lot of boba drinks are typically the same tasting or somewhat similar, but what differentiates or makes a few stand out over the others is how they cook their boba. The boba at Boba Bliss truly was a blissful experience! No stale boba pearls and had a nice sweet coating that didn't make my drink taste syrupy or gummy. I also liked the addition of actual crushed up strawberries for my drink! Some places blend the strawberries to a pulp, but I like that there were some sweet and tart pieces for me to chew as I drank my drink! It was fairly busy on a Friday afternoon, but servers worked pretty quick to get drinks out to all. I love their Brown Sugar Pearl Latte. Always a solid choice to get at Boba Bliss. The drink was creamy and sweet. Their boba is my favorite part of the drink! Small, cute boba place near my taiko studio. I wish they had a larger milk tea selection, but the mango sago drink I got was yummy! Excellent! You order on the pad on the counter (first time here, I was expecting a couple of standup kiosks like other boba places) and there is only one pad so you just get in line to order on it. Chewy chewy boba!!! I got the Tropical Passionfruit Tea + honey boba. Less sugar and less ice. Delivered to me through DoorDash. Great drink overall, very refreshing and not too sour. The boba was perfectly chewy: not too dense or mushy. I'm a big fan of the boba consistency! Would definitely recommend. However though what cost them a star was that nothing was memorable about the drink. This drink meets all the standards, but I can get the same thing at many other places. Would love to see more incorporation of cute packaging or interesting hints of unique flavors. read more

This time I went for their Vietnamese house coffee with Boba. I honestly could've gone for the less sweet option. It had a nice strong coffee flavor and the Boba was perfectly chewy. This place is pretty reasonable for the size and for what you're getting. I decided to order through their app ahead of time and everything was made and waiting for me. They're also famous for their crème brûlée drink, but I feel like that one is more of a dessert type drink rather than a functional coffee or Matcha option. read more

The jasmine green milk tea was delicious! Authentic flavors and 50% sweet was just right. Boba was nice and chewy, the way I like it. I arrived shortly before closing so the chairs were being put away but I can definitely see this spot being a great place to chill with other boba lover. I really enjoyed the modern design and laid-back vibes of the space. They had some interesting seasonal and speciality drinks but this time I opted for a simple classic. Edit: the manager of this location reached out to me and apologized for this oversight and said it would not happen again. They are a family business after all. I greatly appreciated that so I will revert back to my usual 5 stars. They do imo have the greatest tea in all the bay. I truly hope this is resolved as she promised it would be. PARENTS BEWARE- I love this places tea but today I was in there, (thankfully alone), usually my 12 year old son is with me. I was waiting for my drink and hear this lyric plain as day "your p****y is a palace and you're crazy in the head". Every single adult had a look of shock then they all looked at the floor and mind you there was a young boy about 10 or so, a younger child... Excuse me?! This is a place of business not an adult store!!! If my kid had been with me, I'd have pitched a public fit! However I was so shocked and then disgusted that I only called. And now writing here because I wouldn't want anyone else to be in that position if your CHILD hearing that vulgar garbage. And no, my kid does not hear that language anywhere else, nor should he. Kiddo wanted boba and I wanted coffee, so Boba Bliss's many fruit, tea, and coffee boba options seemed like a good compromise. She got a seasonal Mango Milk Bar with honey boba (less sweet, less ice); I got the Stumptown Cold Brew with milk, at 0% sweet with honey boba added. Drink ingredients were flavorful and fresh; the lower sweetness options were just enough for us. However, one day when we feel more like a dessert, I want to come try the creme brûlée boba drink -- of the 20ish drinks that came out before ours, about half were creme brûlée, so it seems like the drink to get! read more

Frequent flyer here since I live about 5mins away. I've been here a handful of times now and have tried a number of drinks by now. Today I opt for one of their new seasonal items, the Pistachio Jasmine dream as well as their Ube taro milk. Pistachio Jasmine dream - 5/5, I absolutely love floral drinks. Some may disagree and think floral drinks taste like soap, but I thought the floral-ness of the jasmine complimented the pistachio cream so well. It was so creamy, light and not overly sweet. I opt for regular sweet which I thought was fine. I think a tad less than regular sweet would have been perfect. I added boba and they seem to get the pearls right here. Right amount of sweetness with good bouncy QQ texture. Ube taro milk - 4/5, personally wasn't my favorite. I will say the ube flavor was well-executed. Didn't taste any artificial flavoring. There were real taro bits blended with purple yams(?). However, the ube was quite thick. Texture was interesting and not my cup of tea. The ambiance is nice. Its well lit with great decor. Found another good boba place by chance after having lunch at the nearby restaurant. They have a nice new interior, with two kiosk for ordering. They have the usual staple flavors plus more. I just got the Assam black tea with foam and boba. The boba is good. Soft to chew. The tea is just right, a good middle strength. It was busy during Sunday lunch time. So the wait time is longer. There is outdoor seating which is a good place to just chill and relax while sipping boba tea. read more

Went to Target at Mountain View and my bestie said we should go Boba Bliss which was nearby. Her recommendation was excellent! FOOD 5/5 The brown sugar boba milk was so good! I have not been drinking brown sugar milk every where since they have been mid in many places even at those where I used to like. The boba was so soft and fresh. If heaven had one drink, it'd serve the crème brûlée pearl latte from Boba Bliss. I'm not kidding, this drink left me speechless, and trust me, I'm rarely ever blown away by sweet and sugary concoctions. The workers were absolute gems, still so kind and accommodating even though my group rolled in right before closing. They didn't rush, just crafted our drinks with love and care like we weren't being "those" customers. God, I wish I lived in California because I'd be here daily, worshipping at the altar of caramelized sugar and boba pearls. Consider me ruined for all other drinks. read more

We stopped by for the first time while out shopping. The store was clean, with seating areas and restrooms available. You can order through a machine or directly from the staff. Pistachio Jasmine Dream: This was a limited-time drink, and I added agar boba. The rich pistachio mousse paired really well with the refreshing jasmine flavor. Personally, I prefer chewy boba, so next time, I'll go for taro boba or lychee jelly instead. Strawberry Milk Bar: My husband added agar boba and cheese cream to his drink. The fresh strawberry purée, when mixed with the cheese cream, tasted just like a cheesecake! With so many options on the menu, this is definitely a place I'd love to visit again and again. read more

It was my first visit and I was excited to try the strawberry matcha latte. Upon entering the shop is decorated nicely and is very clean. Lots of seating and space to hang out. The girl who took my order was very friendly and pleasant. I asked for no ice and no cane sugar, but instead more strawberry puree so endure sweetness. She informed me that they can only do light ice, so I agreed to that. As I was waiting for my drink, she had let me know they cannot adjust the amount of strawberry. I understand that she was delivering the message from her manager/supervisor, so by no means was this a reflection of her customer service skills. However, in this day and age of boba shops that DO offer a great deal of modifications... this really left a bad taste in my mouth. To add insult to injury, the drink was almost tasteless and I really was reaching to find the matcha flavor but all I could make out was slight strawberry and milk. I wanted to like Boba Bliss, as it's nearby and would've been a regular spot of mine...but sadly I will not be returning. read more

I've gone here a couple times and have thoroughly enjoyed the drinks I've gotten! The menu is relatively unique and they use high quality tea (from what I can taste). Drinks (5/5): I've mostly gotten their fruit teas and get the lowest percentage sweetness, which is 25% and I'm satisfied with that level. A lot of people were getting the mango sago drink, which will be the next drink I try, it looked great. Service (4/5): Nothing special, they also have a kiosk where you can order your drink. The waiting area for your drink is a little bit crowded when there are a lot of people there which isn't ideal, but is fine. Ambiance (4/5): The set up is a bit tight. They have a few small tables and about 10 seats. A lot of people get their drinks to go and drink outside or leave. There's a bathroom with a code and parking in the plaza that wasn't too hard to find. read more

Wow, Boba Bliss is one of best boba places in the Bay Area! First of all, it is a very cute but small shop. There is few small tables for you to enjoy your drinks with a small group of friends (3-4 max). It does get pretty busy so finding a seat might be hard. We tried their Creme Brulee Pearl Latte and Passion Fruit Tea. The Creme Brulee boba drink is so creamy and the brown sugar boba is chewy. Not only that, they use organic milk! The passion fruit tea was good but a little too tart for my liking. However my partner thought it was fantastic! I learnt that The Market also donated items to one of the nonprofit's fundraisers, and their real and continued support of the community is a huge plus in my book. Since then, I've used The Market for catering 3 times. The first was a mini platter that owner Emel custom-created based on my preferences, and the quality and variety--even at a small platter size--were a surprise and delight. I appreciated her meticulous and hands-on work, and this first order made The Market my go-to caterer. The other 2 times were recent, for 60-80 person events, and I worked with Paola for both. Though the platters seem much less customisable now (maybe it was only possible with Emel), it was a smooth and easy process to select from their online catering menu, which sufficiently and accurately described each item. Paola responded within 24 hours to the online order form and provided the opportunity to review the proposal before taking credit card payment over the phone. She is wonderful to work with: everything was timely, efficient, and reliable. Of note: the grazing board (high quality and luxurious), the raspberry bars (my absolute favourite--I hope they never stop making these!), and the fresh fruit platter (indeed fresh and ripe, elevated with surprising/exotic fruits). We sent multiple messages and voicemails that went unreturned for several days. Just as we were getting ready to change plans and look for a different vendor, we heard back (they had been out on vacation). We decided to still give them a try. (Note: the owner response below suggests that they responded within 24 hours, but that doesn't match our experience - I think this misunderstanding is due to the fact that two of us coordinating the event had reached out to the Market . My initial inquiry submitted on their website went unanswered, and so a couple days later my colleague tried to call and left a voicemail. Eventually my colleague was able to connect with them to place an order. I actually never received any response by phone or email.) The food arrived on time, but the delivery team forgot part of our order. We tried calling both of numbers on the invoice associated with the Market, but they both went right to voicemail. We eventually got a hold of the delivery team and received our missing item halfway through our event. The portions we received were very small compared to the description. For example, "32 tea sandwiches" seems like 4-5 normal sandwiches sliced into 6ths - wild to pay $2.25 for each tiny sandwich slice. The quality of the ingredients seemed mediocre for the price (e.g. the bread seemed like basic bagged sandwich bread, sliced into uneven rectangles). The chicken skewers - the most expensive item we got - were surprisingly small. "Watermelon feta skewers bites" were about a third green olives (not listed in the description) which our guests found unappetizing - we would not have ordered this item if that ingredient had been disclosed. Salad was 99% plain mixed greens (the amount we received runs about $6.99 retail for organic mix at a specialty store). On the whole, most things seemed like we could have gotten similar-or-better quality items for a quarter of the price through Whole Foods. The plating for items was nothing special - again, supermarket take-away platters look about the same. It's really hard to justify the price we paid for the items we received. All in all, we found the service, food quality, and presentation to be unimpressive and overpriced, and the communication/delivery snafus made our event prep more stressful. Perhaps we caught them on an off day, but we were expecting more given the glowing Yelp reviews. Based on the experience we had, we'd recommend working with a different caterer.

It was super convenient having them coordinate the table design at their warehouse, including the linens, plateware, and glassware. While the design meeting isn't a "boutique" curated experience, their warehouse has plenty of options to choose from if you already have a general color palette and vibe in mind. On the wedding day, the staff was extremely attentive and brought us hand rolls before cocktail hour even started to ensure we actually got to eat. The live hand roll station was a massive hit with our guests and absolutely delicious. I also appreciated how open they were to our custom cocktails; I provided my own recipe and li hing powder for a pineapple li hing margarita, which they executed perfectly. Cost-wise, this is not a budget vendor and is on the more expensive side. However, the full-service, high-touch planning and day-of experience, from the tastings to the seamless coordination of all design elements, completely justified the price. You truly get what you pay for, and we have no regrets. If food is a top priority for your wedding, we highly recommend Michi's. Their expertise made our day so special, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!

The DIY Vietnamese Noodle Bar was a huge hit. Everyone kept raving about how delicious the food was, and it was so rewarding to see people enjoying something I had envisioned for the event. To top it all off, the catering team was incredibly kind, accommodating, and professional. As we all know, great food and great service go hand in hand, and D-D Delight nailed both. The food was exceptionally well executed. The beef was perfectly seasoned and tender (not chewy at all!!) and had that wonderful smoky flavor from the char. We wanted a taco bar for our cocktail hour and they were able to deliver some authentic Mexican style street tacos and my husband's family who are Mexican were blown away! We also had a family style 8 course meal and every single dish was delicious!! Guests raved about it for days! Top dishes I heard were the Lion King Salmon, the steak, and the fried rice! Overall I highly recommend DD, the communication was also pretty good. Adrian the person behind the emails was attentive and joined our call with the venue last minute and was cool about it.

I visited this boba shop yesterday and overall had a pretty good experience. They offer some unique menu items that are a bit different from the usual boba spots, which I appreciated. The fresh milk brown sugar boba (black sugar series) was especially good and definitely worth trying. However be aware they have two black sugar series, one has tea + milk and one just has milk. The staff seemed friendly, and the shop itself has some seating available if you want to stay and relax. One thing I noticed, though, is that ordering can get a bit backed up--they only have one tablet for self-ordering, along with the register. Adding another tablet would probably help speed things up during busy times. As for the downsides, the biggest issue was the boba texture--it was slightly on the harder side. That feels like an easy fix, but it did take away from the drink a bit. Another disappointment was the passion fruit tea. It's advertised as having tropical fruits, but it included apples, along with lemon and lime slices. That felt misleading, since those aren't really tropical and made the drink seem like a cheaper version of what it's supposed to be. Overall, it's still a solid boba shop with some standout drinks and a nice vibe. With a couple small improvements, it could easily be a five-star spot. read more

While their tea selection may not be the most extensive or impressive, their bobas are truly exceptional. Their boba creations are simply outstanding. Without a doubt, this is indeed THE BEST bubble tea shop around the bay. What sets it apart is their incredible boba pearls. These little tapioca balls are warm, soft, and fresh, elevating the overall boba experience to new heights. The consistency in the quality of their boba pearls is truly impressive. Every time I visit, I can count on them to deliver a fantastic boba experience. The attention to detail and the dedication to maintaining the freshness and warmth of the boba pearls make it a cut above the rest. I recently visited Boba Bliss and tried their Taro Ube drink, and it was absolutely delicious! The drink had the perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess, and the boba pearls were chewy and satisfying. What really stood out to me was the friendly service I received from the staff. They greeted me with a warm smile and were happy to answer any questions I had about the menu. The atmosphere of the shop was also very welcoming and cozy. The only reason I'm giving Boba Bliss a 4/5 rating instead of a 5/5 is that the drink was a bit pricey for the size. However, the quality of the drink and the great service definitely made it worth it. The best boba in the bay area. I've been going to their Dublin location for a while now and was excited to hear there's one in south bay now too. This location maintains the excellent tea and boba quality as the Dublin one. You can either make your own drink (choose tea, milk, sweetness and toppings) or you can choose from a speciality drinks menu with all of this preselected for you, though you can make substitutions. So far I've stuck to the specialty drinks because they are expertly made! The boba is chewy, good size and served in the right quantity. The drinks themselves are also great - the tropical passion tea is my favorite fruit tea in the bay. The chocolate cookie puff cream is rich and a good option if you're looking for something sweeter. Although they have a small offering it is a crafted offering focusing on QUALITY. Their Seasonal Drinks are ALWAYS a must try! Right now the Pistachio Jasmine Dream is one of their seasonal drinks that I am enjoying a lot! But of course, you can never go wrong with their Hojicha Latte (it is chefs kiss!) Staff and their customer service here are top notch always willing to help out and ask any question they may have! And as for the atmosphere it is simplistic yet modern! read more

I recently visited Boba Bliss and decided to try their Taro Ube Latte. Unfortunately, the drink didn't live up to my expectations. Despite being labeled as a Taro Ube Latte, it predominantly tasted like coconut and milk, with the taro and ube flavors barely noticeable. Additionally, the drink lacked sweetness. On the positive side, the service was commendable. The staff was friendly and helpful. While the service was great, the disappointment with the drink itself brings my overall experience down. I'm giving Boba Bliss a 3-star rating for the friendly service, but I hope they can work on improving the flavor accuracy of their drinks. read more

Boba Bliss is one of my favorite boba shops in the Bay Area that serves top-notch and delicious drinks. Their drinks are consistently delicious, with high-quality boba that always has the perfect texture and chewiness. I've visited this spot several times, and it never disappoints. Store looks clean. staff are very nice and friendly. I was here with my hubby, he ordered a caramel brulee latte with boba, they made his drink wrong but remake another one pretty fast. The drink was pretty good, not too sweet, boba was chewy! he does not even wanna share with me;/. I ordered a lemon black tea which was very refreshing, I like it. Epic fail. I asked for orange green tea with honey boba, and they gave me a grass jelly smoothie by accident. Okay, whatever. But then they tried to 'fix' it by playing some kind of boba surgery. They basically scooped out the jelly, leaving tiny grass jelly shrapnel all over the place, and dumped in a boba mountain. And get this - they sucked out all the liquid, so it's like drinking a boba paste. Oh, and the whole cup is sticky with spilled juice. Just...wow. read more

The best boba ever! I can't get enough. The customer service is awesome. They are extremely popular for a reason but it because there's no one who can compete with the quality and taste. I love the creme brulee pearls because of the presentation and best part is they have oat milk! I have yet find a better one around here. Boba Bliss in Mountain View was a great experience! Parking was easy, and the store was clean and well-maintained. Ordering was super simple since it's done through a screen. I got my usual strawberry milk with boba, and it was just as consistent and delicious as at other Boba Bliss locations. My drink came out quickly, which was a nice bonus. read more

Tiny entrance to a kiosk outside and one inside. The menu here is so overwhelming because they have so many options. I wanted to try something different but opted for the matcha. My family also got different drinks too. Kiosk is pretty straightforward. Zero human interaction. Since the inside is tiny I waited outside. Our family had several orders so I went in to ask for the ones that were ready. I came back to grab another drink and checked back on my drink that I saw on the table but no one came up to me after they handed me my first couple drinks even though I had asked for an update and could see the drink on the table. After several minutes and getting drinks for other customers I got their attention and got my drink. Matcha was fine. Same flavor as the first time I had it. No space inside to enjoy their drinks but plenty outside in the blocked off street. Service could have been more attentive. 3 people and it was super busy with customers coming and going. Zero interactions with anyone while ordering since kiosks are available. Hoping for a more efficient experience if I visit again.
