Never go here, go to Desert title n tag because this is ridiculous. My boyfriend bought his drivers license here for $55, and they couldn't even send it through the mail, correct address and everything. Then we had to go back about a month or so later asking where it is, and they tell us it'll be $35 more to resend it. How are you going to tell me it's MY fault when I requested and bought a drivers license to be sent to me and then it isn't and I still have to pay?? Dumb. read more

This review is way overdue since we moved here back in June, but I was hoping these people would make things right. We moved from California and was thinking that this place was like AAA back home about registering your vehicles and we found out the hard way that it's not. They are very devious and the reason I say that is because I asked multiple times for an itemized receipt and was not able to get it. After speaking with the folks at the local DMV, we found out that these places way overcharge for services. Although I still don't have any idea how much I was overcharged I'm extremely upset that I was not able to get an itemized, detailed receipt, which I explained to them I needed for reimbursement of moving expenses. I called multiple times to speak with managers to never get a phone call back. if only I would've read the reviews on these locations before we came, it would've saved us the hassle. Please do yourself a favor and go to the DMV. It was quick and easy. This place deserves negative reviews over the lack of Full disclosure and poor response to ANY of my concerns read more

I will never go to the DMV again and sit there for hours. This back was fast and they answered all my questions. Everything completed no mistakes at all to complete getting the new title to my daughter's car. The AZDMV website was no help in this process to get the title from our state. I went in to get an updated license while my brother was taking his permit test, the test went great, super easy to get even at the official ADOT but it's super expensive here. We were served in just a few min on a weekend. You're paying a premium price for a quick process. I paid $30-40 to get an updated license, I kind of regret the price because I was basically already done with the process when they told me that price. read more

This place tried to upsell me extra attempts for my two kids road test when we arrived. I hoped that didn't mean that they were full of it but they are. They failed both kids road test. Each test was 20ish min and they came back with "violations" such as "fully stopped before turning but too close to inner white line" "should use your blinker for longer while merging" "turned too tight and may have touched the white line" "didn't have speed completely down to lower speed limit before passing the new posted speed limit sign". This place is trying to rack up attempts. just wait for the real DMV. read more

Stopped in to send Western Union. Girl at the counter namd Jennifer was so rude to me. Jennifer lied to me and said that Western Union was down...so i phoned Western Union and they said they have no service outage in Arizona. Jennifwr then told me that she had lost her Western Union login. When i asked her why she lied to me, she admitted Western Union was nor diwn and that she just did not want to be bothered with sending because she had not been trained how to do. Wow totally threw me off that you can register your car here. We walked right in, no line no wait. I got my car registered and my plates! I gave this place 4 stars because there is a convenience fee of $22 to get it done!! But worth it if you don't have time to wait 1-2 hours in line at the MVD. read more
