I arrived on a Thursday afternoon around 3:30pm, took a number and went to the lady by the camera. She was very sweet, gave me the paper I needed to fill out and took my pic. They called my number before I was even done taking my picture so I walked up to the window. Yajaira was assisting me, got all my documents together and scanned in. Unfortunately there was an error with ADOT accepting the forms and the system was asking to scan a document that was not needed. She said the error sometimes happens and they had to call the MVD to clear it out and it could be 30 min or maybe even the next day, but she would call me and let me know as soon as it was taken care of. I did get a call and VM about an hour later saying all was fixed and I was okay to come back. She said if I was coming back that day or the next to just come to her window. The next day they were calling me again, which I thought was odd since she had left such a detailed VM. I answered and she said "I just wanted you to know you'll need to retake your picture." I thought that was so nice! Who wants to have an unexpected DL pic? I definitely did not anticipate having to retake my photo so appreciated the heads up. I returned Friday afternoon just after 5pm. I walked up to her window and she sent me over to get a new pic. By the time I was done she had everything ready to go. I was in and out in less than 10 min. I appreciated the great service!

I've been coming here since because everyone is always so helpful and friendly. Katie was awesome this time and really helped me out. In addition, I left my glasses and they actually called me to let me know. I really like how they do their name plates using license plates and then cut up plates for letters in their names. It's really cool. The color scheme inside the office is god awful however, it definitely is a conversation piece and always makes me feel calm... Maybe that's the point. Anyway, I highly recommend any of their locations because I've never had a bad experience so if you need a title, or a license, or whatever, check out Desert title service. 5 stars!!!

I walked in for a service greeted by the a person went to the window and asked for renewal to a registration. I was directed to the right path was treated as I stole my own vehicle the Supervisor didn't even mentioned that you can get a permit online when you need to renew a registration and emission is needed or here listen there are other options; there are other alternatives; not even hey let's try to help you figure this out. be aware of your rights and how you are treated and looked at.

The attitude of the lady (not sure if each had their own desk but the desk with the woman at on the far right) was out of this world unprofessional.
