The response I received was a sarcastic, "Of course if we're answering the phone, we're open." Most locations are closed on Sunday and that's the reason I had called. As a long-time customer, it is incredibly frustrating to be treated with such dismissive attitude and hostility for asking a basic question. Getting a phone call answered doesn't automatically guarantee a business is open for regular service, and there is no reason to be rude to customers who are just trying to bring you their business. I really hope management addresses the front-line staff's attitude, because great customer service is what keeps long-time patrons coming back, and right now, it's severely lacking.
