The Mrs and I were close by so popped in for brunch/lunch. We have been going to the Cape Coral location for over 8 years and have always enjoyed the drinks, food, and general vibe. We enjoying eating at the bar when available since it is just us two. I tried a new item today, smoked beef Cobb salad. Very tasty with very fresh ingredients and a good looking presentation. I added a side of ranch to accompany the Apple Cider dressing. Was a nice blend and enjoyed the salad. My only recommendation would be a bit bigger bowl that would enable mixing the dressing into the ingredients. Recommend the dish! read more

We were a group of five meeting for dinner and we each got different things -- including cocktails. Their adult beverage have creative names and ingredients. And their menu has a wide variety of creative offerings as well. I got their build your own burger. It was quite good -- cooked as ordered. It comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle. I left off the onions and added provolone cheese. For my side I chose mashed potatoes not realizing that they had a lot of garlic in them. They were good, but definitely not a first date order. My husband got their bangers and mash. The fat sausages/hot dogs had a tiny bit of spice with a nice crispy bite to the exterior. He was happy. The smash burger was so good resting in Guoda sauce. The staff is friendly and fun and eager to please your tastes, they stressed that everything is prepared fresh and they can accommodate anything. One last thing that is not food/drink related is this, the bathrooms had signs that said "inclusive". I cannot stress how important and compassionate this is, especially during this time in our society. This shows that you as a company, value everyone who comes in to dine here regardless of who they are. The only negative for this place, and it really isn't a negative, is that you don't have another location in Winter Garden/Orlando Florida. If you did,we would be regulars. read more

Much better than straight up siracha. Black Garlic Pulled Pork Sandwich was sweet, juicy and a hint of acidity but not overpowering. The Bully was big. Great flavor combinations with the cherry pepper relish. caramelized onions, and garlic. It was nice to go somewhere where the kitchen is taking pride in their creations. I didn't really know what to expect from 10 Twenty Five but I was blown away. Every time I'd driven by the Cape Coral location, the place was packed. We went here for a family dinner, the main reason why this location was picked was because it's dog friendly. The setting is very casual, we sat outside and were very comfortable We sat outside and the staff was very attentive and several different people checked in on us. We ordered the pierogis for starters, it was my first time having pierogis period but the flavor was good, not too salty and very flavorful. I ordered the umami melt. It was divine, the meat was very juicy and it was the right balance of flavors. My fiancé ordered the motha chicken sandwich and said it was the best Nashville chicken sandwich he's had- it didn't have too much heat but it was the right balance of sweet and savory. My daughter said these were the best fries she's had in a long time. Will be coming back for casual dinners with the family :) read more

Again, the food was fine; and the whimsical names of the dishes always make me smile. But the exact same reason that I "dinged" the restaurant, during our first review, still exists. I ordered curried tuna lettuce wraps. It comes with 2 leafs of lettuce for what appeared to be 6 ounces of curried tuna salad. (Obviously NOT enough lettuce). I asked for extra lettuce. Got 4 leafs more and they charged me $3 for the extra leafs of lettuce, which was not even premium lettuce. By my estimation, that is a 1500% profit margin on the extra lettuce. They also charged us $1.00 for 1.5 tbspn of spicy aioli. (Are you kidding?) Does Scrooge run the restaurant? Is there a particularly parsimonious economist auditing every order? I still left a 20% tip for the overworked service person (handling bar and all tables at 2 PM, an admittedly off-time), since clearly this was not HER fault. But SHEESH. Do you NEVER want us to come back? That's what it feels like, management. (See previous review, and you will see this is a repetitive critique of one small detail you could easily correct). When the server asked for ID, we handed over our Canadian driver's licenses. She looked unsure and said, "I don't think we can accept these--let me go ask." I thought, surely they can--it's a major tourist spot and we're all late twentys- mid thirtys. But she came back and said, "Yeah, no, we can't read Canadian ID's." So we left. Our experience with this restaurant is exactly why Yelp exists, in my opinion. We were in Ft. Myers visiting FGCU (side note, FGCU does an amazing expo day for potential students). We didn't know where to eat, but wanted to try something new. Check on Yelp, as I always do, and both locations of 10 Twenty Five got great reviews. The Ft. Myers location, on Friday night with a large event in the downtown area, was packed until 9 pm. So we went to the Cape Coral location. It reminded us of one of our favorite Riverview restaurants, 3 Bulls. It was packed, but didn't feel overly crowded. We got a table right away. Restaurant stayed busy the entire time we were there, and with good reason. The food is fantastic. My smoked beef salad, the pretzel and beer cheese, and fish and chips were fantastic. My wife got the onion soup, superb, and the chicken and egg app. I couldn't believe how creative, pretty, and tasty that was. One of my daughters loves mashed potatoes and got a side of them. She said they were fantastic. Service was friendly, quick, and attentive. We will go back, without a doubt, whether my daughter goes to FGCU. read more
