Beef Tacos, cheese and bean sopes torta, chicharrones, chiles toreados

Loved the beef tacos & sopes (I got the cheese and bean sopes). It's a clean restaurant, great atmosphere and vibes. The lemonade is natural and the mineral water with salt & lime is refreshing. The chicharrones tasted fresh, so was the salsa it comes with. The corn tortillas are handmade. My husband tried the torta so I didn't get to try that one myself. Definitely recommend.

I was there to hear the mariachis for Mexican Independence Day. First and foremost, the mariachis were advertised to perform from 6 to 9 p.m. The times were advertised with a flyer at the restaurant and on Facebook. They didn't come until 7 p.m. I rushed to get there by 6 p.m. to grab a table. The place wasn't crowded at all. Perhaps it's because it was a Monday. Furthermore, I wanted to take my Dad who's in his 80s and enjoys mariachis. Through Facebook messenger, they had told me they don't reserve tables. When I arrived, a big section was reserved for the family of the owner. I understand that part. But there was a second table on the second row reserved too. I decided to order a pineapple margarita. They cost $9 with house tequila. That's pricey for the small one. And it was nothing to write home about. For my meal, I ordered black bean sopes with no onions. They're ok. They forgot the cilantro. And the sopes tend to be dry. I was craving something sweet and got a tres leches slice. Their cake is delicious. However, it didn't come with the mini Mexican flag nor colored red and green sugar it had been advertised as. My friend did enjoy her tacos thoroughly. She's Mexican and says they're really authentic. The mariachis hired to perform at the restaurant for Mexican holidays always put on a great show.

The place is cute!!! Decor is unique! The food truck look inside is awesome!! All the Mexican characters as skeleton's is funny!! If you know you know... let's focus on the food too The customer service is great! They really try their best! The prices are not bad at all!!!! The menu is extensive but I love that they have so many authentic Mexican food!! Ordered the 3 small taquitos de carne asada and the banderitas which is rolled taquitos with beef! Yes small but packed with beef!! Not stingy at all!!! The beef flavor is so delicious, they are definitely doing the right thing here!! The salsas are amazing! Savory and spicy but delicious and yum fresh pico de gallo!!!! Parking lot as a plus for me because lots of areas around here don't have parking! Here plenty!!! Add some background music!! That will be just perfect!

I was hungry and decided to dine in for lunch. I loved the eclectic decor and how I felt like I was ordering from a food truck outside. Service was nice and fast. They give you a buzzer to pick your food up. I got the beef asada sopes which were good. Wish there was a little more flavor and I should asked for a lime. I also got the tres leches with strawberries. I typically don't like tres leches because the idea of a soaked cake doesn't sit well with me but this cake was delicious. Probably the second best I've had (which I guess doesn't say much because I typically don't order it). I also got the horchata which was pretty standard in taste. Overall, I had a good lunch and would come back if I was in the area.

It is a cute spot with a Mexican traditional vibe and very spacious. The meat was flavorful, the portion sizes not so great, hence the picture of the torta. The salsas appeared to be somewhat diluted. When we requested grilled onions for the torta, we were informed that it wasn't possible, which was disappointing. Additionally, the restrooms could have been cleaner, especially considering we visited on a weekday before 5 PM and were one of only three customers.

This taco place feels truly authentic, with amazing handmade corn tortillas that really make a difference. Everything's delicious. The vibe is incredible, it honestly feels like stepping into a taco spot in Mexico City, with so many thoughtful little details. Everything from the food to the atmosphere comes together perfectly.

I came here with my friend after we went to the gym for a nice post-workout meal. I'm happy to say that we had a great meal! I got the chicken mole tacos and the beef tacos and they were fantastic. Freshly made and I could taste every ingredient. I am a bigger guy and 6 tacos were just about right for me. This is an authentic place. The tacos are a bit pricey given that they're not that big, but overall it was worth it. The servers are so nice and the restaurant is huge on the inside - there's plenty of seating, I would return!

I like this place cheap, good and fun. It's a spacious restaurant with lots of TV. Food is good and price range $7-for 3 tacos or flautas. The portion is small but for me was Ok. They change theme decorations frequently so you can see different decor every few months

Good, ig-- price isn't bad. Quesadillas are very small. Yummy ish. No salt on chips or guac, so if ur low sodium that's good ig. Super FUN ambiance and good service though!! There is a howling sound (for Halloween?) that keeps playing, which is something.

A local casual Mexican spot which has been open for years. We came to get some tacos while in the area. The restaurant was decked out for Pride month! Service was minimal, order your food and drink at the counter and pick up when they are ready. There is also a self service utensils and salsa bar. We tried the Pastor taco, spicy brisket tinga tacos, Pastor pork sopes, and chilaquiles. I'm not a fan of either the red or green salsa. The chilaquiles were the best thing we ordered, solid 4/5. The tacos and sopes were just alright, 2.5-3 /5. Overall, the dishes here have pretty good price value, but the flavors and quality of food were subpar compared to other authentic Mexican taco joints.

Same as it ever was. Reliable, with a large menu at a good price. They still have Barbie related decor, which your kids may enjoy, and a 12 foot skeleton inside. The food is good. Better than most fast casual and the vibe remains chill. The drink selection is good, but the non-alcoholic drink may be even better. I had a Rusa that was delicious enough to make me forget it was non-alcoholic.

Have not been here in a few years, we were in the area and decided to stop by. It's obviously a very casual Mexican spot that leans more towards authentic rather than the fusion style. Service is pretty minimal as you just order and pick it up and clean up after yourself. We tried the chilaquiles, Al pastor tacos, and their shredded/stewed meat tacos, and Al pastor sopes. Their salsa bar is very disappointing, both their red and green salsas don't work for my palette. The Al pastor meat is good if you like heavy pineapple pairing with it. Their shredded meat is very subpar and I had trouble finishing it off. Value wise, it's very affordable; it's about $6-7 per 3 mini tacos and about the same for 2 sopes. Flavor wise, it is below some of the other taco spots that we've been frequenting

Also, the pace of the food being brought out was evenly paced, which I appreciate, and our server gave us just the right amount of attentiveness. We celebrated my husband's birthday here, and they sent out a tres leches with a candle on it. Very kind and very delicious dessert. Usually not a big fan of tres leches, but this one was not overwhelmingly soaked in condensed milk, and it has a very fresh tasting peach (seasonal) puree drizzled on top. The experience started poorly with the valet attendants, whom we found to be rude, dismissive, and very unprofessional. It was such an unpleasant first impression that my wife and I mentioned it to the hostess when we went inside. Unfortunately, things did not improve. The hostess seemed completely unconcerned about our experience and simply informed us that the wait for a table was approximately two hours. While deciding whether our party should wait or go elsewhere, I went to the bar to order a drink. After ordering, the bartender told me that if I was only having a drink, I needed to move. Apparently, sitting at the bar required ordering a meal. At that point, we had experienced enough. Between the unpleasant valet experience, the indifferent response at the hostess stand, the two-hour wait, and then being told I couldn't sit at the bar simply to have a drink while we decided what to do, the overall message was clear: we did not feel welcome here. My wife, the rest of our party, and I decided to leave and have dinner elsewhere. A busy restaurant is understandable. A long wait is understandable. What is much harder to understand is making prospective customers feel unwelcome at nearly every point of contact. Needless to say, this was an exceptionally disappointing experience, and we will not be returning.
