    Spicy Roll Combo ($13.95)
    C. H.

This restaurant has a confusing name. One banner says 104 Sushi & Co and then there is another that says Sushi Zion. We stopped by just before the dinner rush and seated ourselves to a corner of the restaurant. Menus, and tea were dropped off shortly. We ordered the Spicy Roll Combo, Sashimi Sushi Combo, tamago nigiri, toro nigiri and amaebi nigiri. Food arrived in good time. Seafood was fresh. Spicy rolls were actually spicy. My only complaints was that I had to flag staff to refill tea. Staff were quick to refill all the other tables once we asked. They dropped off a sliced orange for dessert and I found that to be nice gesture to finish off the meal.

My favorite, spicy tuna combo for less than $13

Yummy! This place is near my work and I was having a sushi craving. As you know by now, spicy tuna roll is my favorite roll! I ordered the spicy tuna combo and it comes with 8 pcs of spicy tuna roll, cucumber roll, and spicy tuna sashimi. What I love most is how soft the rice is and how saucy it is! I would give the spicy tuna combo a 5! Im definetly going back here for sure to get the same combo. So happy its near my work!

It's great to have a sushi place in the neighbourhood!!!

Great, friendly service! Prices are decent and the menu has a good selection of food, including some Korean food, too. Very glad to have a good place to go here in Fraser Heights! Give this place a try!

    Chicken Teriyaki Donburi

Good quality food. They serve both Japanese and Korean cuisine. Only 1 server though. Approx. 6 tables, each seating parties of 4. For those of you who are not too adventurous you can try the chicken donburi, Yakisoba, or their boxed tempura meals. For those of you were accustomed to raw sushi their selection is good and fresh. The place is bright which is accommodating to families with kids. If you're looking for a dimly lit romantic evening dinner this is not the place for you. They also serve sake and beer for those of you who would like a drink with your meal. We have been here at lease three times as a family and our experiences have been good. The parking lot has only three dedicated parking stalls for the sushi place. However there is generally ample parking at adjacent stalls and nearby businesses.

    Spicy korean bbq on rice

An odd name for an odd restaurant. The place advertises as a Japanese restaurant but its best dishes are korean. My favorite is their spicy korean bbq pork on rice. It is a lot of food and good value (good quantity, taste, and price). Their katsu was again pretty good and nice size for the price. Dynamie roll was good and their sushi/sashimi was of really good portion - taste was ok. Still for sushi and sashimi, I would go to Hanako. The price will double for the same quantity at Hanako but it is definitely tastier/fresher and better quality. Certain meal took time to make. Sushi and sashimi was quick. Deep fried stuff was quick but their hot pot (soft tofu hot pot) took a sweet time. If you live nearby I would give it a shot.

Hot Korean chicken bowl. It's hot and spicy! Yummm

This is our favourite sushi dining place in Surrey. The food is good and tasty. My wife and kids come here for the California rolls and teriyaki chicken dishes. I particularly enjoy the Korean cuisine they offer too! The staff are friendly and the place is clean.

Owners wrre nice enough to give me a free pop cuz they knew I was going to br waiting for a bit. Really great customer service!

The server was super nice and knew I was going to be waiting for a bit to get my order since the rice wasn't ready. They offered me a free pop! I hope I have more time next time instead of ordering a to go order. I'm definitely coming back with family to really experience it as a sit down restaurant.

I spent over $100 on take out and it wasn't FRESH and it didn't smell very good. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Tenpura - seafood (slice of fish, seafood stuffed vegetable and vegetable(shiitake) 9 pieces of sushi Daily miso soup - clam Dessert - kinako and mitarashi dango Chawan mushi was great. I can taste fish based broth and egg custard was very silky and smooth. Decent amount of ingredients sush as shrimp, slice of fish , bean and shimeji mushroom. I wish they served it slightly cooler than too hot. Ankimo - Great item. Monkfish liver was rich and paired with scallop and shrimp so well. Sauce was just ok. Grilled black cod was another great item. Crispy and juicy, just perfectly done. Blue fine tuna was covered by salty marinated sauce which was great when wrapped with seaweed. Cooked egg was just ok Tenpura - Seafood stuffed vegetable was my favorite. Others were also decent. Highlight and stand out item was 9 pieces of sushi. Honmaguro(bluefine tuna) was good. Shari(sushi rice) was nicely seasoned with vinegar, very mild and which I liked it. Tuna was delicious. Sea breem(MADAI) was another good piece. Delicious. Aburi Toro was nicely seared. I wish this item could be a bit more softer and buttery, but it was still good. Akaebi(red shrimp) and Hokkaido sea urchin - Lightly torched the top of sea urchin and its smokiness brought out more sweetness flavor of Akaebi(red shrimp) Hokkaido Scallop - Very smooth, soft and nice texture. Delicious. Kinmedai(Gold eye snapper) -- My favorite. Texture was very soft and chewy, It was great item. Hokkaido sea urchin - Actually, this one was just ok. I wish it could be more creamy. We love Japanese cuisine so I decided to surprise the hubby with an omakase for his birthday in January. Unfortunately, they have a 6-month wait and I was not prepared so I ended up booking it for our anniversary in May. The food was phenomenal and delicious! I love the chawanmushi loaded with goodies inside. The ankimo (monkfish liver) dish was so tasty with the scallop and prawn. Black cod was cooked to perfection! The nigiris are all so fresh. We quickly put ourselves on the waiting list for after September so we can come here again soon! There's a parking lot just next door. The place inside is small and intimate. Service is great!

The variety or options on their all you can eat menu is very limited but the quality makes up for it. I came with a friend and her son. Her son is 12 years old. If you have a kid remember to bring ID or some sort of proof of age to try the all you can eat. One thing to note is that there is a limit on the sashimi which is 10 per person. The kid doesn't have sashimi. But again it is $1 per age of the kid. The food here was very delicious. The sashimi was a bit on the small end but it was ok. They have prawn tempura in their AYCE menu. I came here for lunch so it was only $32 per person which was not bad. I like how you order through an IPad so there is no trying to get a hold of a server. Overall, I recommend this place for AYCE.

The restaurant is in the middle of the long building on the S side of the parking lot. Parking is plentiful in the strip mall lot. No problems at all. The inside is quite pretty. Feels like an outdoor patio in Asia, with the wooden pergolas and fake cherry blossoms. Special mention. Staff are friendly. No complaints. They have a regular menu, but my buddy and I were here for allyoucaneat. They have a lunch and dinner menu, but no late nite. Last call is 30 minutes before closing, so don't come too late in the evening. Sushi here is quite fresh. Selection is not the largest, but it's pretty decent. The one glaring thing that stood out is that other than chicken/beef teriyaki, there are no hot food items (skewers, karaage, ribs etc.). I'm not going to hold this against them, but it's definitely something to keep in mind before showing up. On the other hand, there is no limit for the ice cream scoops at the end. Beautiful. They have chocolate and vanilla. Worth checking out if one is in the area. Recommended.
