Nichole didn't clearly communicate with me what my eyebrows would look like. I'm very light complected and I don't like how the eyebrows turned out. My ONLY request was that they look natural. They do NOT. In the photos Nichole posted here on Yelp of me are touched up. I wish my before brows looked as good as in the picture. I wouldn't have been there if they did. Naturally, my brows are so blond they don't show up hardly at all. I would have been thrilled if my brows had turned out like in the before photos. I was extremely clear I wanted natural looking brows and, only after the procedure, was I told that with older skin she was limited on what she was able to do to make them look natural. That would have been very good to know in advance. I was also told the initial fee also included the touch-up but when I arrived for the touch-up she told me there was an additional fee. read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service! First of all, Nicole is on Groupon and has instructions to contact her before purchasing. Once you contact her, she gives you a $50 discount not to buy on Groupon. That was my first mistake. Second, Nicole requires a $150 deposit to book her appointment. My medical doctor told me that since I had a deep chemical peel, I should not have the fibroblast procedure because there was a chance of scarring. Therefore, I contacted Nicole to cancel my appointment within the 48-hour cancellation period. Nicole did not accept my phone call and proceeded to text me, telling me she had been performing this fibroblast for four years and knew more than a medical doctor. Nicole would not refund my $150 deposit because it is a non-refundable deposit, even though I canceled within the 48-hour window. This business is about money and not about building relationships with clients. This could be why the name changed from Angels' Lounge Beauty Spa to 11-11 Beauty Studio. read more

I went to see Nicole for fibroblast plasma skin tightening. When I called her to make the appointment she spent a lot of time explaining the procedure as well as how to prepare and aftercare. I felt comfortable having her work on my face because she is so knowledgeable. She is very easy to talk to and when you ask her questions she explains everything in detail. She texted me after my procedure to check in on me. She gave me enough aloe and silver gel for a few days and she sent me some links where I could purchase aftercare items on Amazon. Vianne really cares to customize the massage to your areas of soreness and checked back to make sure the pressure was too my liking. I drove from San Diego to get my eyebrows done by Nicole and I couldn't be happier. She is so warm and personable and makes you feel really comfortable as soon as you meet her. Her studio is decorated so nicely and she even has a warm fuzzy blanket that you can use while she works on your eyebrows which made me feel even more at home than I already did. I was slightly nervous about the entire procedure but when I arrived she made me feel at ease and talked me through the entire procedure. After going through chemo for Breast Cancer I lost all my hair, and that included my eyebrows. I approached Nicole about microblading and the 1st impression of her is that she was truly a professional and knew what she was doing. She asked my if it has been more than a year since having chemo because it was not safe to do it any sooner. She would not take any risks with me. I, therefore, I waited until a year had passed since the last chemo before I called her again. By the time I saw Nicole, my eyebrows grew back a little but were definitely in need of help. Nicole made me feel very comfortable, she has a lovely, gentle manner and is such a professional & caring person. I was a little nervous but as soon as we met, I was totally at ease. She applied numbing creme to my brows and let it sit for 30 mins. I was happy to just relax and chill. She did an amazing job of my brows, I didn't feel a thing. She explained all the aftercare and gave me some balm to put on them twice a day. I was blown away when I saw her work and it is so wonderful to wake up with brows each day. Nicol is a true artist. Let me start by saying that I'm a makeup artist of almost 20 years. I also specialize in brow shaping, am a licensed esthetician, and a permanent makeup artist myself, who NEVER lets anyone touch my face! I decided to have microblading done three years ago, by a very reputable company in Beverly Hills, but over the years it bled and faded out to a reddish/purple color, and in the end I was just not a good candidate for microblading in general, because even though my skin tends to be on the dryer side, my brow area is more oily due to the existing, rather thick hair that is there.
