Went here with a large group and no reservation. They were able to accommodate us right away even though it was busy. All of our meals were wonderful. I got the chicken caesar. The chicken was grilled to perfection. It is amazing that they scratch make all of their stuff. We also had a few GF members and the care they put in to make sure there was no cross contamination was amazing. read more

Well, the wine was good. We got off to a rough start when our waiter seated us and then disappeared. Not that he didn't walk through the restaurant several times, he just didn't look our way. After 20 minutes or so I asked another waiter to get him (my wife said give him a break, he's learning). Throughout this and the rest of the meal the bread plates at our setting remained vacant. OK, I guess many restaurants no longer serve bread, but then why set the plates (I was beginning to feel antagonized). The food eas finally delivered by a busboy or kitchen staff, don't know which. Always a bad sign - suggests either the waiter has moved on to others or is hiding out. He did sow up well into the meal and asked if we needed anything (he's learning...) I ordered mac and cheese with pulled pork. It came with ranch dressing drizzled all over it. Who would do that? Maybe it was intended to cover up the cheese sauce, which was redolent with flour and little cheese. The pulled pork was chunky with more than a few pieces of fat, all dribbled with sweet barbecue sauce straight out of the bottle. On top of that was piled a heaping helping of onion rings - soaked in greese. Now, I like each of these things individually (when prepared well) but what were they thinking putting them all together?! Oh, BTW the menu said, "with BBQ crumbles on top." I wondered what those were. I needn't have wondered - there were none. My wife ordered margaritta flat-bread. It came with gobs of green sauce on it. She said it was pesto. I said surely not, must be basil. She said, "No, Pesto." Pesto?! In an attempt to mask that they had drizzled Balsamic vinegar so heavily over it that the crust was soaked. First time diners. Received gift certificate from friends, so we figured "what the heck", let's try it. Both of us had "heard" it was a good place, but neither of us were prepared to be blown away. I've never been to a restaurant that had so many delicious-sounding entrees begging to be ordered. My mind reeled with the possibilities. How could I possibly choose? I decided on the 110 Cucumber & Avocado Tuna. A succulent and rare sliced Cajun-sliced tuna was served over a perfect jasmine rice, topped with avocado slices under thinly sliced ribbons of cucumber and honeydew slices in a light and tasty ginger/soy dressing. It was Heaven on a plate. My table mate ordered the Cuban Swordfish that was every bite as delectable. Both entrees were 10/10! Even the margaritas were albeit a little on the small side, but delicious and refreshing nonetheless. We cannot wait to go back! read more

The food wasn't what I expected after visiting other locations, the plate were messy like they threw the foos on the plate. The service was good but all I heard was a woman yelling and demeaning her staff. I found out that she was the manager, the server said that talks to all the staff that way. The service was poor. We'd made a reservation, then were seated in the bar area. Appetizers were placed and we had no silverware. There was a long wait before the main course arrived. The food was average at best. The steak with mushrooms ordered medium came medium rare (almost rare) and the presentation on the beef stroganoff was not great. The spaetzle was mushy, the dish swimming in sauce. Dessert was very good (we ordered the special, a creme brulee cheesecake) but the decaf coffee tasted burned. We won't be returning. read more

Arrived with family and told it would be a short wait. 30 minutes later bill the manager told our group of 10 they overbooked and we needed to go elsewhere there was nothing he could do. Thanks Bill and 110 grill for ruining a special evening and adding stress to what shouldn't have been a stressful evening. Maybe it was a blessing. We stopped here for lunch today, my wife is gluten-free and they have a huge Gluten free menu that is excellent they have separate deep fryer to avoid cross-contamination. So disappointed! My husband and I decided to go out to dinner. 110 Grill kept popping up on our radar so we made a reservation for 6:15pm. The hostess said she needed to go see who would be our waiter when we asked to be on the patio. She returned with a big smile and brought us to our table.........where we waited for 25 minutes without so much as a hello. I asked another waiter 15 minutes into it if they knew if we had a waiter. He returned and said someone would be right with us. No one showed up so we walked. I understand that there aren't enough workers but be a good manager and don't allow seating if you don't have the staff! read more

Staying in the hotel near here and figured we'd give it a try. My girlfriend has a severe onion allergy and when I tell you we've NEVER been to a restaurant that accommodates allergies in the way they do i'm not kidding. We started with drinks served by Vanessa who was welcoming and kind and served with a smile - the best margarita i've had in a long time. Then Sam took over and got us all set with appetizers (which she made sure were onion free) and entrees and another round of drinks. I can't thank these ladies and the managers enough for making sure that my girl was safe to eat there with no stress. We'll DEFINITELY be back! Usually go to either Nashua or Plaistow and have a wonderful experience. Today in Chelmsford was a total disaster. New server that apparently had little to no training. Shame on management. She was apologetic for everything that went wrong all with a very pleasant attitude. There were four of us but only two of us got a decent lunch. A 38 dollar steak came out well done instead of medium rare. it was as thin as a McDonalds burger, curled up at the ends and chewy. Ribeye is supposed to be tender but this was shoe leather. The second meal was just as bad. Medium rare steak tips were well done. Ordered a double espresso and got an espresso martini???? Our server was very nice and we don't fault her for the epic failure of the restaurant. Probably will stick to Nashua. read more

It's been a EXACTLY a year since my husband and I first walked into the newly opened 110 Grill in Chelmsford. Last week, I received an email promotion from the restaurant featuring their latest food specials. Once I saw $1.00 oysters and .50 cent wings, I excitedly forwarded the email to the hubby with one sentence "Let's go Sunday!" We wanted to get there early in fear of the oysters running out (because it does happen at Burton's in Nashua!). The special for the $1.00 oysters and 50 cent wings only ran between 3- 6 PM Sunday through Thursday. After 6 PM, the oysters are two bucks a shuck! We arrived at the restaurant a little before 4 PM and sat at the bar. The restaurant had a few tables occupied along with a full function room for a baby's Christening. They do private functions as well. I had my usual glass of wine and my husband had his usual glass of scotch. We started with a dozen of oysters. They were actually big and succulent. My only disappointment was that there was no horseradish or vinegar mignonette sauce. We went through the batch pretty quickly and got another round of drinks and oysters. The wings were 50 cents each and came in 3 different flavors: Hoison Terriyaki, Maple and bourbon and the original buffalo. After we slurped up the oysters, we ordered 9 wings. I loved that there were no rules and minimum amount for each sauce. (Most places make you order 8-10 wings per a sauce) The wings were plump, crispy and flavorful. We liked the Asian inspired hoison terriyaki ones so much that we ordered a few more. The Happy hour deal was definitely a wonderful cap to a great weekend. I'd definitely go back for the specials. I stopped in at 110 Grill for dinner and for their Grand Opening celebration, which took place on January 16, 2014. 110 Grill is conveniently located in a small strip plaza, just off I-495 at Exit 34. This casual restaurant and bar serves up American cuisine for lunch and dinner, plus breakfast on the weekends. The regular menu offers appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, steaks, seafood, poultry, pasta dishes, and desserts. The prices here are fair and moderate. The place was remodeled with a modern and casual atmosphere inside, bar area and dining area in the same room with picture windows for natural light and big artwork on the walls. There's also a fireplace and function room. The place was a bit on the noisy side due to the volume of customers present on my visit. I arrived here around 5:15 PM and the bar area was busy with staff passing out complementary mini appetizers such as crab cakes, quinoa cakes, and bruschetta, which tasted pretty good. Also, there were trays of cheese, veggies, and fruit, which were self serve. I decided to be seated in the dining room, which was not too busy yet. The waitress offered me a drink as I was deciding what to order. I was given a big warm slice of chewy ciabatta bread with olive oil and spices for dipping. For a starter, I went with the 2 Fish Tacos ($10) served with one side (I chose sweet potato fries) and dill pickle spear. The fish tacos came in toasted soft shell tortillas filled with a sweet crunchy slaw and crispy fried pieces of haddock (flavor lacking) with cilantro sour cream drizzle. The thick cuts of sweet potato fries (similar to steak fries) were really good and the food was not greasy. For dinner, I ordered the Create Your Own Pasta ($8), which I chose fettuccine with alfredo sauce and added choice of two vegetables (add $3) choosing broccoli and carrots, I skipped the meats ($5-$7 each). The pasta dish was served in a bowl with soft cooked pasta topped with a smooth creamy alfredo sauce, firm vegetables and parsley on top. The portion was just right too, but since I filled up on the veggies, cheese, and fruits and the mini appetizers passed around by the staff, I got some of the food to go. I also passed on the offer for coffee and dessert. The waitress gave me free refills on the Diet Pepsi when requested. I was promptly given the check, but I was charged $3 for each vegetable times two equals $6 instead of the $3 for two vegetables as stated on the menu. It took the waitress a while to get the check adjusted and finally took off the entire charge for the two vegetables. The check total for the fish tacos, pasta dish and Diet Pepsi came out to just over $21 with tax and before tip. Overall, though not perfect, the food I had was pretty good, which I give 3.5 stars. The service here was efficient during my dinner visit with my food being served in timely order. I did get $3 net total off my check for pointing out the glitch in charging $6 for two vegetables instead of the proper $3 charge. The friendly staff also stopped at my table to give me additional mini appetizers. I will have to try again for breakfast. read more

We moved to Chelmsford 4 years ago and when we looked up local restaurants on Yelp, 110 Grill had only 2 stars so we decided not to visit. Two weeks ago, on a Friday, after a particularly grueling day at work, we decided to have dinner in the Burlington area because we noticed a lot of new restaurants popping up over there. We put in our zip code and 110 came up but this time there were almost 5 stars so we wanted to know why it had gone from 2 to 5 stars. We headed over there for dinner. Wow, what can we say, the food, service and drinks were awesome! I can't remember the name of our server, but she was amazing, so sweet and professional. Great service can take a restaurant from being just okay to phenomenal, I hope they invest in their people so they want to stay there. On to the food....I had the salmon burger and sweet potato fries. The salmon was a real piece of salmon fillet, perfectly seasoned and executed, not a minced salmon "patty" that some places like to use. I liked the high-end bun and all the embellishments. The sweet potato fries are the best I have ever had. They were light and crispy, not oily at all. Don't know what their secret is but they better not change it, LOL. My husband had the turkey burger with bacon and avocado. He liked it just as much as the one at the Cheesecake Factory, which says a lot because he loves turkey burgers. His fries were good too. We are picky about our fries. They have to be hot and crispy and these definitely delivered. Oh, I almost forgot about the buffalo wings. Our wonderful server recommended me order them well done and I'm so happy we did because they were out of this world good. She also recommended I get the pear martini. It was so good, I got a second one, which I usually don't do because I like to try a different martini for my second one. We are going back today. I'll update my review later. read more

Dined on a Sunday evening, 6:30 p reservations. Outdoor seating was available so we (hubby and friend) opted to sit outdoors. Host was not very high energy but accommodating. Menus and specials were given to us as we were seated. We were greeted fairly quickly by our waiter who offered drinks, we opted for tap water. We had already reviewed the online menu so had an idea of what we wanted to try. The hubby ordered the steak tips (medium) with sweet potato fries and tomato and cucumber salad and a seasonal salad side ($4 with an entree), our friend the steak tips (medium rare) with sweet potato fries and Brussels sprouts (a $1 up charge) and the seasonal salad, no feta and me, the jambalaya and a seasonal salad side. The seasonal salads were served first and our friend noticed feta residue on one side of her salad and commented ... "They added feta and scraped it off" :-( We finished our salads, our waiter cleared our salad plates and we waited and waited. He did check on us several times but it took almost 30 minutes for our entrees to arrive. The outdoor seating area was only half full, the indoor area appeared to be less than half full when we arrived...not sure what took so long? Slow kitchen or short staffed? Our entrees finally arrived ... Hubby's steak tips "very good" according to him. Our friend ... Over-cooked but she did not send them back nor say anything to our waiter. There was hardly any pink in the middle of most of the tips. Sweet potato fries ... Excellent, hot and mostly crispy and not oily as reported by most. Brussels sprouts - bitter and needed to be cooked longer. Not a good experience for our friend. My jambalaya ... Rice was undercooked, somewhat crunchy, too much of a heavy tomato paste taste for me but rather spicy. Scarce on shredded chicken and the sausage didn't taste like andouille, more like smoked kielbasa. About 4 shrimp which were cooked perfectly. From arrival to finish ... About 70 minutes and that was even on a slow night. $99 including tip. Nice to try new restaurants but probably wouldn't go out of our way to return. read more

I had heard many things about 110 Grill, and had been wanting to check it out. Went for dinner recently with some friends. Being the season of holiday parties, they were very busy and taking reservations but the host squeezed into a small table near the bar. Our server was kind and attentive. For a drink I had the "PomBerry Sangria" it tasted absolutely amazing, and refreshing. The menu is not too high end but also not your regular sirloin and two sides. I went with the "chimichurri steak" and it was completely different from what I imagined. Over all it was a very tasty meal, however my steak wasn't cooked to the correct temp -- can happen by accident on any given day. Tasty food but bring your wallet! Initially, this was going to be 3 star review at best. This was my first time eating at the 110 Grill. I arrived with my family and we placed our orders within 10 or so minutes of sitting. While we got our appetizer fairly quickly, after waiting nearly 40 minutes from placing our dinner order, we find someone to get our waiter. It turns out, our waiter is no where to be found. Furthermore, our dinner order was never even placed. The manager informed us that this has never happened before and apologized profusely. They took our orders down again and immediately had them made. In the mean time, they showered us with free appetizers. Once our meals arrived, everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Before leaving, the manager checked in with us and made sure we were satisfied, which we were. Had they not gone above and beyond to fix this issue, we would have left disappointed. I can gladly say we'll be back again - but hopefully we'll have a different waiter. read more

We had heard about the 110 Grill on Dining Playbook and saw that one was located nearby in Chelmsford so we decided to give it a try - it was a disappointment. The décor was so-so bland, the staff seemed flustered despite the fact that there were not that many people there on a Saturday afternoon. The drink menu looked good, but the execution of the drink I ordered (110 Empress 75) was lackluster and bland. The bartender didn't seem to have the kind of experience to make any of the drinks on that menu, and wasn't all that friendly - when we got there we were pretty much the only people at the bar and it took a while for him to come over, greet us, and take our order. We didn't order food, based on what we saw going by, which again, seemed blah. Based on what we had seen on TV and the number of locations, we had expected a much more polished and comfortable experience. If you're looking for a good price with good food and good service, go to the 99, if you want something more upscale go to Burtons - this place is neither. read more

Sunday night not too busy place is smaller than I imagined Seated immediately by the hostess Waiter came around and said he'd be right with us sure enough on his way back to kitchen(we sat right by kitchen) he grabbed our drink orders we put the kids order in first pasta with butter and grated Parmesan cheese and side of white rice We were immediately made aware by the waiter that 110 grill is a made from scratch kitchen that can accommodate allergies and what nots We got the buffalo wings came with 3 Julianne's carrot & celery sticks ranch and blue cheese dipping Nice and hot and juicy All though my wife did say first bite in that it tastes like the ones I make at home so I guess it's a good thing? Tastes like real home made buffalo wings not just frozen junk? Last night a friend and I were meeting at the 100 Grill in Chelmsford. Boy was the place a disaster. First the very friendly bartender was in the ladies room, came out of the stall, barely ran her hands under the water (NO SOAP) then went back into the stall to do something and walked out. Gross. Then it took about 30 minutes and 3 servers to bring us two glasses of wine. When they showed up, the glasses were dirty looking. We ordered an app which took a while to come out, but it was fine. Our two meals, one of which was a salad took an hour to come out to our table (served by barely washed bartender girl). The food was fine, nothing special, when we ate. Finally, when we got the bill, it was another 15-20 mins before the server ran the credit card. We were not the only ones. There were many people in the dining room receiving the wrong food, trying to track a server down for a variety of reasons, including at least two bills that were wrong as well. When we left and went to the parking lot, we found pretty much the entire staff, including the servers, kitchen crew, bartender and what likely was the manager all huddled behind the dumpster smoking. They didn't even move when I tried to back my car out. Gross and disappointing all around. Neither of us will ever go there again. read more

We were comfortably seated outside; our waiter was extremely friendly and enthusiastic to be serving us! The food was great, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the service was impressive. We visited the 110 Grill about a year and a half prior and had the same stellar experience. The food and service is consistently great! We definitely look forward to popping in again soon. read more

6 of us went for our Christmas lunch today. We made an online reservation and our table was ready when we arrived. However, we were seated in the bar area and I personally would've preferred the dining room. Our server was friendly, however service was quite slow. It took too long for apps to come out and even longer for our meals afterward. 4 of us got our food first and the 2 others waited another 7-10 mins for theirs. We tried the tater tot and chorizo appetizer, as well as the fried calamari ... both were quite tasty. I had the fish tacos with sweet potato fries and I was very pleased with my lunch. The fish tacos were delicious and very fresh. Everyone was mostly satisfied with their meal, however the slow service definitely put a damper on things. Hopefully the kitchen is able to figure out what's causing the delays. For the prices they charge, things should be coming out a little bit quicker. read more
