So my husband I met up with some friends here tonight and had a miserable experience. Pros: appetizers came fast and were delicious. Called ahead for seating got right in. Cons (prepare yourself): our server seemed like she d idnt want to be there and we soon learned why. After our appetizers we orders our meals. There were 4 of us and we ordered nothing crazy. While we were waiting out drinks (soda and water) got low. Out server never offered, we had to ask. When she came over to refill my friends glass, I asked her to top mine off. She gave me a look and told me to 'take a big sip first' confused, I did so. Time went on and we started to heasr those around us to get restless. There were several noises of broken glass and we thought that the kitchen was having a tough night. 1.5 hours after we finished our appetizers the manager started making rounds. No one was getting their food. She told us they just lost a cook and the kitchen was behind. Our server never came out in that 1.5 hours to offer an explanation mind you. We heard her tell another table 'what do you want me to say?' Another customer with small children went up to her to find out what was going on. We finally got our food but half of us couldn't eat it. My husband's steak was still mooing and for 22 dollars only got 4-5 steak tips. My chicken was cold. My friend's also had food that was overcooked or under done. The poor customers next to waited just as long for their salads. We did get comped after numerous talks with the manager, who pleaded that it wasn't the servers fault that our food was terrible. We understood it was a kitchen problem but she never checked in with us and avoided us like a plague. The only time she came out after our food came was to ask us if we 'ever worked at a resteraunt' and 'it's not my fault. In conclusion, this is our second time going to 110. Two different locations, same slow and miserable service and undercooked food. We will not be going back. read more

This "restaurant" is basically a bar with a small dining area tucked in the back. Have been to other 110 Grill locations in the area and had generally positive experiences; food was good and ambiance was nice. Made a reservation for 7 of us to celebrate my son's and daughter's birthdays. Got seated in the bar area with the Patriots game playing with the volume up. Would have been great if we were there to see the football game but not so great to celebrate a special occasion. Food was mediocre at best. Restaurant management should consider closing down this aging location so it doesn't continue to drag down its overall brand and reputation. read more

Went to the one in Stratham NH. I have no idea why they keep opening these places. Other than the beer being cold I can't think of one positive thing to say about the food and this place. Nachos= chicken was like mush and had the weirdest bbq sauce and no cheese. Just canned queso. Calamari = undercooked and rubbery. Uneaten and when brought to the attention of our server she said "yeah, that happens sometimes ". Still charged for. Statler chicken= undercooked, looked like boiled chicken and accompanying risotto was cold and hard. Cooks whooping it up loudly in the open kitchen should be more concerned about the slop they send out to guests. So many other better places read more

I gotta say, I've given this restaurant chain several chances. Each meal as bad the previous one. I just moved to the area of this unit and I wanted it to be good so so bad. The service however, is always too notch. The host stand always seems overwhelmed, never very friendly nonetheless but once seated, the servers make up for where the others lack. Bartenders are friendly, which in my way, always makes up for what the food lacks. The wings, I consider myself a connoisseur, are 7/10 usually. I try them each place and each time they're underwhelming...burnt or flavorless. How do you make buffalo wings tasteless??!! Last visit the shrimp scampi had no flavor whatsoever. It's garlic butter and lemon juice??!! I added so much salt and pepper and cheese to try and make it somewhat good. I'll go back, but won't have any food. They've lost me on this. read more

Last week I made an online reservation here via Yelp/Open Table. When I arrived on time the hostess asked if a high top table next to the bar was OK. Because I expected the other couple to talk about some sensitive topic, I asked if we could sit in the main room. I could see 1 booth available. She said that would be a 45 minute wait. Even though I made a reservation and was on time! But then the real pain happened when she sat 3 tables after us in the main room. When I asked why not us, she said those people made reservations for that room. What a bunch of crap. The service was good but the food was only average. My daughter and I have been to the 110 Grill in Chelmsford many times. Today we tried two new entrees and were pleasantly surprised. The fig and goat cheese flatbread was wonderful, and even better it came already sliced into bite sized sections. The cheeseburger tasted just like it came off an outdoor grill. Allergy Friendly. I have a ton of food allergies. There are a lot of places that claim to accommodate food allergies, but take it from me, there are NOT a lot who actually do it right. 110 does it right. There are a handful of restaurants that I trust and 110 is definitely in top few. I've never had an issue here. They have a separate gluten free menu that is packed full of great options. They also accommodate soy and dairy allergies. This is one of maybe like 5 places where I can actually order FRIES and without any negative reaction. I like this place. The 110 Grill is a very comfortable place to spend a lot of money and get very little food. The staff is lovely and that's the only great thing that I can say about it. Yesterday I ordered their feature steak salad for lunch. I requested the steak for medium rare and when it arrived I found a tea cup portion of greens with two tomatoes chopped with two sliced onions and four tiny pieces of well done steak. Each one was so small that you didn't even need a knife to cut it. This wouldn't be so bad if the bill for the steak salad wasn't $18.50. We had a private party here at the 110 grill. The function room was nice and the food was delicious. But what really stuck out to me was in the service quality provided by Tio. She was very knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly had some formal training because she executed all of the classic techniques. We had such a positive experience because she was attentive to our needs and desires. I also thought the food was very good. The steak tips were perfectly cooked and seasoned well. I could've eaten the whole pan of those! We also had a tasty chicken dish that worked perfectly with the rest of the meal. Tonight I treated my family to dinner at the 110 Grill. I thought "no better time to use the ole Christmas Gift Card"... for starters went with the fried pickles!!!! (Amazing!!!). For dinner I had the Short Rib Risotto!! (It's so good it's the only thing I've ever tried on the dinner menu!!!). For dessert was the amazing Oreo Brownie Sunday!!! Our waitress was fantastic!! There were 4 different empty tables outside, she said she couldn't put an extra seat on any those tables. 110 Grill is definitely not a scratch kitchen as advertised. There were many things that couldn't be made for us, even a simple request as broccoli without butter and that was really disappointing. In terms of being allergy friendly we found the results to be mixed. My sister has a lot of allergies and she was hoping being a scratch kitchen she would have many options, she requested to know about the possibility of modifying 3 meals and of these three they could only accommodate one. However the staff was very knowledgable about what they had in their kitchen, cross contamination and what they could do. They took the time to talk with us and made us feel confident that what they would give her would be safe to eat. When our meals came they all were very tasty, the chefs plate and spinach and artichoke dip were especially delightful, I highly recommend those dishes, while they say they are starters they are plenty big for a meal. The service was a bit slow but friendly and it ended up being a pretty good meal. read more

My husband and I regularly visit and are always happy with the food and service. His favorite is the Tai sesame salmon which is always cooked perfectly and every bite delicious, highly recommend. I had the French onion soup which was very good and Cesar salad with grilled chicken. Been wanting to try this place for awhile but always a wait. I heard great thing about the 110 Grill. After doing some Christmas shopping my friend and I stopped here for a late lunch. The place is very nice inside and I waitress was very attentive. The menu was not my liking . We started out with Caesar salad which was very good. Entrées seemed overpriced and not very tasty. I ordered the scallops in butternut squash risotto. Well it was more like soup and I had to ask for a spoon to eat it. I was expecting sea scallops but got a small bay scallops. This is my fault though I did not ask what kind of scallops they were. But this just was very mushy felt like I was eating baby food. My friend has a chicken sandwich that was just a plain.
