They attempted to fix the mistake and still managed to leave a bad impression. Smh. I emailed the manager back letting him know I had surgery and was unable to go to the restaurant physically to pick up the gift card, if he could please mail it and provided my information. The email went unanswered and have not received anything. And i really don't need anything. My friend and I visited your restaurant, 110 Grill and Bar, in Leominster, on September 11th. After another set of friends told us that we MUST go. After some shopping, and ready for a nice lunch and a cocktail, we arrived at your reataurant, famished and thirsty, and ready to try your amazing food, as we were told. As we walked toward the hostess stand, to be seated, we were acknowledge by a young lady, who looked to be quite bothered we entered your restaurant. I, myself said hello, and I got a yup hi how many. At that moment, that should been a tall tale sign to turn and run. But, being understanding and having young adult daughters, I just swept it off my shoulders. We were seated, and was browsing through your menu, and browsed some more, and decided what we wanted. Again we waited quite along time for our waitress to even aknowledge us. Once she did, it took her another half hour to even get our drinks from the bar. We finally ordered our food. While waiting for our food, we couldnt find our waitress at all to get a second drink. Now I know this was a mistake. After waiting quite awhile, our food came out. Great... we now can eat. My cheeseburger, oh how I couldn't wait to sink my teeth into a hot cheeseburger, but instead I got a cold overcooked burger, with a side of hair, which I KNOW was not asked for. I, looked at my friend and said nope done. I asked to speak to a manager, and not 1 came over after waiting. We left our money for our bill and walked out. Once I was in my car, i could not stop throwing up, MY biggest pet peeve, and it also attacks my OCD, is finding hair in my food. So, I will NEVER be back into any of your restaurants, I will NEVER recommend any of your restaurants. Thats pretty sad, since I know ALOT of people. Dont even want a reply. We have been to many 110 Grill locations. This was our first visit to this one. Food was fine. Nothing special. Steak on my salad was just okay. Thought the interior was a bit tired. Not super clean, either. Waiter was nice enough but disappeared for awhile, right when we were ready for the check. Don't love that he and the person delivering the food smelled of cigarette smoke. after making reservations for 6:00 well In advance we arrived at the restaurant. We had to wait for a table to open up. (not a problem) Took about 15 minutes. We were told an outdoor table had opened up. Mind you it was a bit chilly and we had 3 young kids with us. One being a 1 year old. We accepted the outdoors table as the kids were hungry and waited for about 30 minutes. We never were acknowledged. Not even to tell us a server would be with us shortly. After about 40 minutes and our kids complaining about how cold they were we got up and left. i know times are tough but we would have been very understanding if we just were acknowledged. never had an experiance like that in any restaurant. will not be back again. We never get a chance to go out as a family and have dinner as schedules are very busy. So disappointing for all of us. read more

Took my granddaughters for lunch, one of them had a birthday. I spoke to waitress relative birthday presentation, which I will be more than happy to pay for. Well the 110 Grill does not sing Happy Birthday. They will, however, stick a candle into the dessert you order. Really, can they spare it? I used to be a frequent customer, but the menu is inconsistent and changes. Some specialties, i.e. beet salad I used to look forward to, along with other items, has been dropped. The ambience is nice, nice restaurant, outside dining area is very nice as well. The service was nothing special. We hardly sat down and waitress wanted our order. On the flip side, our dirty dishes sat without being cleared! Expensive, food nothing special, I don't really want to ding the service because on previous visits, it was outstanding. I have been to this location on many occasions. Sometimes 4 star worthy, how ever my last few visits have not been pleasant. Being a veteran we went for Veterans Day, we showed up at 12:00 noon and was seated immediately out side. The waitress limped to our table and had taken our drink order. No alcoholic beverages were ordered. She returned quickly with the ice tea and 2 waters. We had my grandson with us as well. 2 month old CJ. Then she returned and took our order. It wasn't complicated at all. Fried pickles Mac and cheese, Brussels sprouts, squash soup and a chicken sandwich. And put in a order of lemon donut things for desert. Well 50 minutes later the lemon donut things come out and we asked the food runner about our food. 30 minutes later our food shows up cold all of it very cold. The presentation of the food was 4 star and that's all I got to say about that. The service and our waitress was absolutely horrendous and rude. Even when it started to rain and we were out side with a new born she was a no show. If this had been my first time here I would never go back. But seeing I have had good hot food from them in the past I give them 3 stars. Oh and we didn't get out of there until 2:25 so 2 hours and 25 minutes the 3 stars is a gift. read more

My wife and I ate at the bar last night. In a word, the food and drink was horrible. Drinks: Me- Demon mule. Non distinguishable sweet nothing. Wife: Ordered Vodka Dry SLIGHTLY dirty Martini. It was primarily olive water. App: Me: Bowl of Chili, same quality as Dinty More. Sour cream on top was well passed sour. Wife: Fried Calamari- This was 75% cold fried batter on tid bits of squid. MAIN COURSE: Me: 110 Tuna and avocado. This was a spoonful of rise with a sesame drizzle. Atop of that was two pieces of avocado, atop of that was cold tasteless tough tuna, atop of that was slimy tasteless swirl of cucumber. I managed to choke down a couple of bites, just enough to make me sick all night. Wife: Salad with grilled shrimp. She specifically asked for the shrimp to be grill. (110 GRILL!) The shrimp was simply thawed out and old. She had to spit out three of them. Gross food, made me sick for $100. I gave one star bc the bartenders while quite busy are personable and the local crowd is fun. Otherwise just horrible. read more

I'll start with the not so great. We waited almost 35 minutes (which was to be expected) and the entire time we were eating the manager was eyeballing our table very obviously looking to flip our table for someone else as soon as he could. It actually became so obvious that as we were wrapping up he was right by our table and I jokingly said 'don't worry we're almost finished'. As for dinner, Jeremy was a fantastic waiter and very knowledgeable about drinks and the menu. My wife got the bbq pulled pork Mac and cheese, my son pasta with red sauce and I got swordfish with Brussels sprouts and jasmine rice. I will say for $24 the piece of swordfish was pretty small. It seemed like 1/2 of an actual piece. It was all very good though and we would go back again! I know. I know. It's a chain. It was also convenient and I was really looking for some French onion soup. Nice big bar, the bartender was quick and friendly, the soups was better than I was hoping for and the kale Brussels salad (hold the goat cheese) was also very good. There were way more things I would have rather had on the menu, so I'd definitely come back when I'm eating meat. They also have a specific vegetarian section with probably 6 choices. read more

By urban ultra - foodie standards, probably a three. However, by suburban standards, a totally reasonable neighborhood bar and grill. Meals are standard Americana: salads, pasta, burgers, grilled steaks of large predatory fish and land mammals, sundry fried things. Perhaps an upscale Friday's. They are properly executed. It gets decent points for bar program, especially beer, which tries to showcase local brew. Prices are in line with that slightly up market but casual target. So why a star off? Because they commit one of my cardinal restaurant sins: adding sugar to *bleep*ing everything. Wedge salad? Sprinkled with balsamic for added sugar. Calamari? Sweet chili sauce. Steak tips? Sweet teriyaki. Salmon? Sugared barbecue sauce. You get my point. There is a theory of the middle American palate that argues for this, but we are not in middle America. We're all fat enough, don't make it worse! read more

A follow up: After a recent email from the manager we returned. We tried a new appetizer with the tater tots-spicy with the chirizo, but yummy! And the peach sangria (tho 30 bucks) was amazing and I hope to get it again. He loved his burger and fries. I got my ususal pulled pork sandwich with the awesome fries. My only meh was that the email I showed the server before the meal, appeared to be an issue. We were ready to pay in full and just go. The manager made it even more awkward. Hope to return again and try some more things on the awesome outside area. PS the fries are the bomb here. :) read more

The poutine tatter tots where the highlight of the whole meal! If you here solely for them as an appetizer you would not be disappointed! The pulled pork Mac n cheese lacked flavor, the Mac n cheese was sooo bland. The pulled pork was delicious so it balanced out but it was mediocre at best. My husband got the chimichurri steak and fries and the sauce was delicious. That meal was much more flavorful. The strawberry punch was absolutely delicious. We had been to the 110 in Berlin when we found out the Leominster store was opening. Being from Westminster, that was great for us. The food is fantastic and almost everything can be made gluten free (my wife has celiac). Hopefully when you get there Christine is bartending. She is funny, knowledgeable, and very attentive. We recently moved and this one became the closest to our house. 110 has always been an amazing place for people with gluten allergies. The gluten-free menu is unbelievable! First time coming here for my birthday and we had the best server in North America named DJ. He knew the menu, made fantastic recommendations, and even put in a special request at the bar for one of my favorite drinks that wasn't on the menu. DJ checked up on us the perfect amount of times, ensures the food was cooked to perfect, and OMG the hospitality and charm...DJ really made us feel like we were at Maestros or Ocean Prime.
