I have been here a few times... service was always slow... which, is a good thing if you expect it. This is not fast food. Sit down, take in the beautiful atmosphere, sit by the outside fire pit if you can. The dining room is split into four areas. "Main" dining area when you first walk in with the reception area, tables, and bar. The second room with tables, a back private room, and a row of high seats facing the kitchen (counter-style). Heard some good things about 110 so my wife, daughter and I went this past Sunday night. Was greeted right away at sat immediately ( we would have liked to sit outside but it was full ). My wife got a cocktail ( I can't remember what it was called ) and said it was very good. They have a lot of beers on tap which pleased me! I had the Salmon, Cajun style and it was very tasty! My daughter got a chicken dish that she enjoyed and my wife got the fish and chips and finished the whole thing, which she almost never does! Serving sizes were very good! Three of us went there for lunch today and were so happy we did. First time going and my husband had the fish and chips which were so good and fresh, he loved it - I had the 110 chicken parmesan which came with a salad, the chicken had mozzarella cheese melted on it along with some tiny tomatoes and the salad was greens with a great dressing and tomatoes, loved it - our friend had the salad wedge along with grilled shrimp which she loved. The atmosphere is very nice and the menu has great choices. I was there on a Monday night, sat at the bar, so not busy, not many customers. I got the salmon and boyfriend got the tenderloin stroganoff. Both were just ok, both would've been tastier if made at home, it wasn't anything special. In addition to the food not being great, the bartender (we sat at the bar) was not attentive. What I didn't like in particular about the service, was the fact that my bf was addressed and asked if he wanted another drink, he was served. I had an empty glass and was ignored, not asked. My bf received his drink and the waiter had to be found so I could order another. The hostess, bartenders, and servers were friendly and professional, but the food is just mediocre, and took forever. We also witnessed what appeared to be "Management", publicly criticizing a staff member, while they spent most of the night glued to their cell phone vs helping their staff. Came in to try it out since the building was so inviting.. Upon entering it's like an Burtons competitor. Smelled fresh and was very clean. Menu choices didn't do much for us so we just ordered a drink at the bar. There was about a dozen or so people in the restaurant . The bartender was less than enthusiastic with no recommendations or even a smile. We ordered a mojito and unfortunately were highly disappointed. Very disappointed, I have been wanting to try this restaurant since it opened. Its Saturday night getting out of work early which is quite surprising with us all being servers so we decided we would take a stroll there in the snow because we were so excited to try the new restaurant..with being a server I didn't wanna just show up it was 9:45 when I called they told me on the phone they were closing at 11:00, get there instantly tell us that they are closed at 10:10 because of the "weather" we live in New England! tonight was not a storm! when I left my place of work it wasn't packed but yes it was steady. Also when they said they were closed I stood there for a slight second so the manager near me could hear me say "well I called ahead so this wouldn't happen" the manager or host I dont know who it was because my back was turned say "they didn't call nobody called" I am honestly offended and will not return ! Vegan Friendly! At a quick glance the menu doesn't have much for vegans; there are a couple choices for vegetarians. However, upon ordering a vegetarian dish, the waitress (Mariah- who was fantastic!) informed me that they do accommodate vegans! I was so thrilled to hear this as several restaurants refuse to deviate from their menu at all. The chef Joe was phenomenal and made a delicious meal for me, rice tacos with the best seasonings and spices, topped with lettuce and avocado with a side tomato and cucumber vinaigrette salad. By far one of the best experiences- the food came out fast and the service was fantastic. It was so refreshing to know that they were friendly and willing to accommodate! read more

Reservation for 15 on Saturday Night, it almost screams a problem. Difficulty getting server to recognize separate tabs, parents of the BD girl paid for first round to assist him with math. Appetizers-chowders did not get crackers, no one had water unless they requested and that arrived after the entrée. Alcohol was a problem...long wait, not served efficiently. If the owner only knew the $$ he was losing! When I went to the bathroom our waiter was texting on his phone re personal time while working so that his table was thirsty, waiting to order and disgusted. Now the food here is boring on any given day, we have been three prior to tonight with work or friends who have invited us. They can at least do a burger. okay..they still got this wrong. People got well done who wanted rare, or medium when wanted well done. Food arrived after a very long time, 4 people had eaten and having coffee and others waiting to for meals. A full wine removed from Mother of BD girl because she ad gotten up to take pictures. it was replaced but only after I asked and the waiter made me feel like a rapist!!! The one person who got fish N chips was so thirsty for water or beer of any fluids he could not eat. We even had our hands in the air trying to flag down the waiter for fluids again if he had not been so busy testing his friends he might have seen us. This meal was packed up to take home although I did warn the recipient that it was not fresh fish. Fresh fish does not stink, this fish stunk horribly . A sign that this restaurant does not prepare all fresh food. No dessert was ever ordered because they never offered it. 15 people waiting to have BD dessert. The first time I came to this restaurant was when it first opened this past fall and I have to say I was impressed at both the atmosphere and food. The place was packed and they had live music in the lounge. I have enjoyed a couple other visits since then but tonight was an experience that I feel needs to be shared because this place sincerely needs a reality check. My boyfriend and I at first walk in and ask if there was any outdoor seating. The clueless hostess then says "unfortunately there is no seating on the deck it's very busy tonight." I then say "is there a wait, could we sit at the bar and put our name down?" and she says " sure, it's probably about 20 minutes, it's 7:50 now, why don't you come and Check around 8:15 At this point I'm just looking at her. Finally she says "or ill come find you." So we go and sit at the bar. First impressions of the bartender, terrible. He is twitching by the service bar like a mad man freaking out because he just got more customers. Dude, do you not want money? Mind you, the bar is virtually empty. I could count 7 people including ourselves. He comes over, drops a drink menu and walks away. No hello, no casual conversation that you would normally have to build that rapport that most bartenders do because it's part of their job. We look for a few minutes and finally he comes over to say "drinks guys?" "Yes I'll have a...." "Id's guys" so I give him my id and as he is looking at my boyfriends and my ids, my boyfriend asks if they have avion tequila. Right away he says "nope" and doesn't give him any other options. He was very snappy and honestly made us feel like we were a burden being there. We order a couple mojitos and honesty They were pretty good. Throughout the time we had them he never asked how we were or how we were doing. Soon another three people came in and sat at the bar and he proceeded to look at them from around the corner of the service bar and throw a tantrum because God forbid he got more business. They waited so long with no service that they got up and left. Why don't you just light your money on fire? At this point it's been about half an hour and my boyfriend had finished his drink. I asked him to go ask the hostess if anything had opened up outside while I finished my drink because honestly she could care less to let us know otherwise. He asks her if anything has opened up and she says " looks like they are camping out there tonight sorry." So he respectfully understands and comes back to which I had finished my drink. We both go and peek outside to see at least two tables that had been cleared. We ordered two beers and walked out to seat ourselves since the hostess was too oblivious to figure it out herself. We walk outside, so frustrated at this point that we sit at an open table. At no point are we approached by a server to see how we were doing or whether or not we wanted another beer. We finished the beer and left around the back. To top it off, the manager had been walking around the whole night and did not once check up on us as customers. We honestly felt like third class citizens. This is the worst service I have ever experience in my life. I honestly feel like this place will or should soon be closed down in the near future unless they get their act together. I went to 110 Grill with my mom and brother. We just happened to drive by it and decided to give it a shot. The inside is really nice, like for anniversary date night or proposal night. I felt under-dressed in my shorts and tank top. It definitely has an upscale vibe. And an upscale price to go with it. We started with the tater tot poutine, which was delicious. I wish it had come with more cheese sauce (served on the side). I don't mind paying $20-25 a plate for incredible food. But the entrees were far from incredible. I don't think the cooks know what seasonings are. I order the grilled swordfish. It came with two swordfish steaks, just piled on top of each other. By the time I got my plate, the top steak was cold. There was no seasoning, at all. I never add salt to cooked food, but I had to this time. The steak was also quite over cooked - it had that sticky feeling while I chewed like when chicken is overdone. The bottom steak was still warm, overcooked as well, and grossly overcharred. It was bitter and disgusting, and I couldn't have more than one bite. I got the sweet fries and asparagus as well. The asparagus was yummy, but again, the sweet fries had no seasoning. It's like all they did was cut the sweet potatoes and fry them, nothing in between. My mother said her steak tips were also under seasoned. Even the mixed drinks were overpriced and underflavored. Our server was unfriendly. When she cleared our plates, she asked if I wanted my food boxed up, and when I said it were rather unpleasant and I didn't like it, she had my entire entree taken off the tab, which I appreciated. Though, when she asked if we would like dessert or coffee and we declined, I noticed she rolled her eyes as she turned away. I understand she was bummed and thinking that her tip would be tiny, but that's just rude and immature. (FYI, given our experience, she got a very nice tip, since most of it wasn't her fault.) This was my first time coming to the 110 Grill but it will not be my last. The food is all made fresh every day. Soup of the day was tomato soup and it was amazing. I had it with a side of grilled cheese which was also amazing. I had lunch with six my colleagues and everybody at the table with silent until they were done. As we all know this is a sign of great food. The only thing everybody could talk about when they were done was what they had eaten and what they wanted to try next time they came. This place was recommended to me via a co worker who said for the food "if it looks good, it's probably good" so that being said the food was ok. The layout of the restaurant was really nice and upscale yet comfortable and inviting even to families with young kids. They have an open concept layout but it gradually does separate the bar lounge area from the main dining area. The place was super hard to find... It really was both me and the people I were meeting got lost and they were there first however I was the first to be like hmm maybe it's at the furthest end of the plaza parking lot. And yes it was. But it's very hidden. The Android and google GPS will leave you at chikfila or the grocery store. The menu is very limited like it's honestly quite small and most of the items I feel as if a chef picked their favorites. Or the generic favorites. There is nothing special or signature dishes that you can get there that aren't seen at other restaurants. The waitstaff was really friendly and they are super accommodating for allergic customers. They ask you all your allergies if a person at the table has food allergies and then the chef delivers your food to the table. For everyone and it's clearly labeled for no cross contamination. I ordered the ahi tuna and avacados with rice. I am kinda allergic to ginger so I asked if they could bring a regular soya sauce out and not the ginger soy blend. I was kinda like really.. This part isn't a big deal but I just found it amusing.. They made sure to be spot on about my other allergies and removed the ingredients from the dish I was allergic to but they brought the ginger soy with the dish... Again it's not a big deal whatsoever. I just find it amusing. My parents also big foodies found their dishes very mediocre for a upscale restaurant as well.. Nothing really wowed me about this place except for the layout. Also another amusing thing I found was a business man and his family at the table next to us pulled a head waiter aside and proceeded to tell him that he was a regular and he wanted to let them know that lately the food wasn't up to par and they can do better.. For the price I'm not to sure I want to come back to this place. I want to find a dish that stands out not your average upscale restaurant dish that's just playing it safe and I expect every restaurant to own something that is uniquely theirs. read more

Love coming here on Fridays with my husband and being greeted, as we grab a seat at the bar, by our favorite bartender, Josh Downing. He is always so pleasant and attentive to everyone of his customers but also just as pleasant and helpful to all of his coworkers. We were in town for the day for a college athletic event; picked 110 Grill off a list of restaurants close by the college. The five of us couldn't have been more pleased with out meal. The clam chowder was great! The grilled cheese was delightful and I was so happy Tim, our waiter, quietly talked me into getting grilled salmon on my caprese salad. My cousin loved his Bloody Mary's. I visited 110 Grill with a group of people recently and the one good thing I can comment on was our waiter. He was pleasant and professional. I ordered a burger with an extra charge for onions and mushrooms. The burger seemed pre-formed and previously frozen. The extra charge for the mushrooms and onions was not worth it because there were barely any on the burger. Brussel sprouts were over salted, but tasted okay. Our drink had to be sent back, it tasted off and of stale sour mix. I let others taste it to make sure it wasn't me, and they thought it was horrible as well. I would not return simply because the quality of the food and drink does not match the Boston style price tag. I was hoping for more. read more
