Our bartender Jay was amazing. Its been a few weeks since our visit but unforgetable. We ordered our food in shifts and created accompanying drinks. Everything was delicious! My girlfriend has an alergy to walnuts and they accomadated us even though we were sharing the salad. We devoured the onion strings and the artichoke dip was nice and chuncky. Strawberry walnut salad was great but the walnuts were not candied. Tuna was good but I probably wont order it again, too many other amazing choices. A Sunday afternoon waste. Food was not worth coming here. I had to order carefully since I have a serious dairy protein allergy. The service was fantastic. They were careful and helpful. The manager brought my meal back to the kitchen as the bread was burnt (should never have come to me that way, but the serving staff was still excellent in handling it.) One of my favorite restaurants! It is so nice to have an affordable upscale restaurant in the area. I have been many time since they opened and the food is fabulous and quality great. My favorote thing so far is the pork tenderloin. The wait staff is nice and it is fun to witness the open kitchen concept. You can see how clean and well cared for everything is. We've been here a lot, it's one of our favorite local restaurants. Even at peak times, it's quiet enough for conversation, which sets it apart from some other trendy spots. The booths are best. Linda, our server for our last visit, was cheerful and attentive. If the 110 has a weakness, it's the bar. Don't order a Negroni, (they don't have Campari) and even a dark and stormy strains their repertoire. I'll save five stars for exceptional meals in Portland or Portsmouth. First time in the restaurant. 2:15 on a Sunday. No one at the bar. We ordered soup and Burgers. Drank most of the larg draft when the bartender said our burgers would be right out. I asked about the soup? She made up some lame excuse about her boss in the kitchen. The couple next to us arrive after and received their meal before us. The soup finally arrive. Then at the same time the burgers. I commented that the food would be cold before we finished the soup. I apologize she said. Not good enough. Take them back and keep them warm. Finally got to the burgers. They heated up the fries and onion stings. Very disappointed. I had high hopes for this place. If we go back it will not be to sit at the bar. The tomato soup was great. EXCEPTIONAL service! Our waitress, Gillian, was smiling and friendly which made us feel right at home. I have a gluten allergy and they catered to my every need, something they are known for, but with the knowledge of the wait staff I felt extra comfortable ordering foods I generally would shy away from (even when labelled gluten free elsewhere). Between the two of us we ordered GF fried pickles, GF wings, GF fish and chips and the fish tacos, needless to say we had a lot of leftovers. Also, I spilled an entire beer on accident and no one made me feel uncomfortable about it, if anything they offered support and made me feel like it happens all the time, which isn't in their job description I'm sure. This was a business trip to Rochester, NH. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel across the street. The 110 Grill Restaurant was recommended by my hotel. I love the location, atmosphere and the food was amazing. The butternut squash soup was smooth, light and flavorful. I ordered the Tuscan salmon which cooked to perfection over a bed of white beans with andouille and argula. I always order this dish at Cat Cora's in the Detroit airport. It's better than Cat Cora's. Judy, my waitress was as great as the meal. I tried other restaurants near the hotel. This the best restaurant that I've eaten at while in town. read more

The prices are too high for the quality, the quantity, and the service. It's to the point that I honestly would recommend a chain restaurant instead. We arrived with reservations at 5pm as a party of six. We were seated almost immediately on the patio. The appetizers were decent. The spinach flatbread tasted like the spinach pizza at Papa John's but was a fraction the size for the same price. The dip was hard to eat due to the inane decision to put it in a bread bowl with an opening that wasn't large enough for the chips. The chips also were piled too high and fell onto the table multiple times before we finished the appetizers. The strangest thing about the dip was that it was served with cucumber, a flavor combination that I do not wish to experience again. One person in our group ordered a chocolate martini but sent it back because the liquor was too strong for everyone in the group (including one guy that thought he simply couldn't taste alcohol because of the potency he can drink without tasting it) and it was replaced by a fruit and rum mix that tastes decent at first but has an odd after taste and if it isn't stirred separates into the alcohol and a sickening (as in, almost vomit inducing) syrup. Then we waited another 20 minutes for our dinner. During that time my grandfather finished his drink (which was just a coke) and asked for a refill. This refill would not arrive until we got the dessert menu despite the rest of us getting drink refills in the interim. When our meals arrived "lack luster" would not begin to describe them. None of the portions were appropriate for the price. Most notably would be the 5 steak tips, a few fork fulls of mashed potato, and 4 pieces of broccoli for $19. This would be forgivable if it were any better than other restaurants but the only thing that stood out about the food was that most of it was bland or not prepared properly! The Caesar salad had too much dressing, the fish and chips had dried out, the steak tips tasted like someone had poured maple syrup on them (and were almost well done despite being ordered medium), the shrimp scampi was worse than Olive Garden's, and the pesto pasta managed to use the only pesto I've ever tasted that had no flavor. I'm serious, I've had alfredo sauce that tasted more like pesto than this! The sides ranged from "it's just broccoli" to "the mashed potato are almost good" but never managed to be more than filler to make the meal look bigger. After we had finished we sat for about 15 minutes for the waitress to come back. At that point a couple people were dead set on desert and so we waited for a desert menu. We ended up getting two sundaes about 15 minutes later... It wasn't worth it. The "Oreo" sundae was probably the best thing we had all night (not that that's saying much) but was just two scoops of vanilla ice cream on a well made brownie with half an Oreo crumbled on top. The peanut butter sundae is (say it with me, it's the running theme of this restaurant) not worth the price. It costs as much as the Oreo sundae but is only one scoop and seems to be half as much brownie. To make it worse it's served in a martini glass and started spilling out from the moment it arrived. We then needed to wait almost 30 minutes to get the check and the waitress couldn't even wait 20 seconds to take it with her. We ended up leaving at 8 (three hours after we were seated) and a couple of us were still hungry despite meals being more expensive than average for the area! Literally, the only point that is good without needing to have a big "but" stuck after it is that they deal well with allergies and we had no issues after telling them. To summarize: 110 Grill is too expensive, has sub-par food with tiny portions, and their service is so slow you end up wondering if it would have been faster to try to cook six different dinners at home. read more

I was visiting NH and found the 110 Grill's website which intrigued my appetite. The restaurant seemed updated and clean. I appreciated the server asking if any one of my group had any food allergies (which I appreciated), but unfortunately, I was attempting a dinner with friends and my 9 year old disabled son who is also fighting cancer. I ordered 4 or 5 appetizers for the table, our entrees, and drinks right away - stressing the urgency of my son's sprite but the half hour it took to have our drinks delivered was too long and my son was starting to get over stimulated which led to the most important part of our dining experience. The service is hands down too slow especially considering this bar does not make shots period (I know, crazy...) and the 2 sips I was able to get from my beer after waiting so long for it apparently scared the manager and was basically refused another drink even though my nerves of entertaining my hungry son for so long would have greatly appreciated some soothing and my guests then overheard the staff talking about how they were going to call the police on us. Why? I personally have no idea, but it was enough to set off all of my guests and our extensive, purposely over ordered food ended up in "to go" bags, impossible to eat as I came to find my medium rare steak tips turned out to be well done and basically ok if you are into well done meat that is hard with no flavor. The appetizers were good, but each one distinctly different, seemed to all embrace the same seasonings which in turn made them all taste very much the same. My excitement for this restaurant turned into disgust very quickly and my overall experience an expensive bad decision. They very clearly do not like disabled and/or special needs children (not sure how they feel about adults) and the staff was un-coordinated, confused and poorly managed. The manager that was on duty is clearly in the wrong line of work and cost the 110 Grill restaurant not only my respect and ANY future business, but at least another couple of hundred dollars in sales from my table alone. The 2 stars I gave them should be considered generous and given only for the menu itself, it's creativity and potential. To me, a restaurant/bar is not only about the food and drinks alone, it should also involve great service and an overall feeling of well being and the 110 Grill is a LONG way away from getting their act together. A shame and not worth the personal damage that is incurred while patronizing this place. read more

We went on Thursday night. We were promptly sat by the very attentive hostess. We sat and a server came over, took our drink order and then our app order. We said we were going to wait to order until we got our app. We received our nachos (which were absolutely delicious) from a food runner. We ate and the manager checked in very shortly after receiving our appetizer. We finished our nachos and drinks and waited for her to come by to take our dinner order. 35 minutes went by and she still never came over although she had time to drink aromas Joes, talk to the other waitresses, go out back and looked at our table more than once. We hadn't seen her since she took our order for nachos. Our plates were stacked for some time before we asked the hostess to see the manager. After the hostess went to get the manager the waitress ran over to ask us if we needed anything. We said we waited too long and would like to just pay. She slammed the plates around and walked away. Another waitress dropped our check and many other waitresses rolled their eyes when walking by after our waitress told them what was happening. The manager came by offered to by us dinner and move our section. We said no because we had already waitress a long time, frustration had set in and were just ready to get out of there. He instead took our payment, ran it and brought over a free appetizer card and asked us to come back so he can make sure we have the best service. We were very disappointed and frustrated. We have tried going a couple times and it's never been amazing but this time was awful. read more

What a wonderful meal we had. Steak,shrimp and fish and chips- bread was delicious and can't forget our Caesar salad with homemade dressing. We listened to a wonderful band while we dined. We had Jess P as our waitress who we will request in future. She is knowledgeable, fun and mostly has perfect timing and table side manner. The food is good enough but the atmosphere leaves much to be desired. We have eaten here twice and the music was BLARING (seriously blaring) both times. It was so loud, I couldn't hear my family at the table and we struggled to have a conversation without raising our voices. The waitstaff is okay, albeit a bit young and inexperienced. The salads, sandwiches and entrees have been good. I would recommend passing on the flatbread and desserts - very bland. If you decide to try this place, I might advise getting a table outside on the patio where it might not be so loud. read more

All of our entrees were delicious. I had the turkey burger which was moist and full of flavor. I have the fortune to live a few minutes drive away from the new 110 Grill in Rochester, NH. On a recent Saturday outing, my adult daughter and I stopped in for a weekend treat lunch. She ordered the Asian Calamari and a bread bowl of tomato soup, and I had the Mediterranean Wrap and a cup of tomato soup. Our server was an attentive and cheerful gal named Korah. The tomato soup was a home-made, slightly sweet concoction which warmed us up perfectly on the cold November day. My daughter, however, was not a big fan of the bread bowl. Instead of being crusty, the bread bowl was just plain tough, as if it had started as a regular soft over-sized dinner roll that had then been microwaved or something to make it hard. The Asian Calamari was VERY good, and it was served with a sweet and spicy sauce that was perfect with the lightly breaded and fried calamari morsels. My wrap was fresh and delicious. I enjoyed the nan bread instead of the usual flat bread that wraps are usually made of. I really love that the choice of sides includes vegetables, and the Brussel sprouts that I chose were most satisfying. Once again, a real treat from 110 Grill! read more

Was in Tuesday night with my husband and two kids. Our waitress Judith was very friendly to my kids. I have a son who is special needs and she made him feel part of the group by talking to him directly. Then food was delicious. Ordered the spinach dip bread for an app is one of the best we have ever had. I ordered takeout from the 110 grill last night. I ordered two orders of gluten-free fish and chips as I have a severe gluten allergy. The restaurant was very busy when we went to pick it up but they still have the food ready very quickly. After I got home I noticed that they were the food wasn't marked gluten-free and so we called and asked if it was gluten-free for sure and the manager I spoke to on the phone offered me two brand new orders of fish and chips and to fully refund my card. When I came back to pick up the second order she also offered me a $40 gift card which which is above and beyond customer service. The food is also amazing. read more
