This is a solid win for a warm bowl of soup. Both the veggie and beef broth taste similar with the veggie having a bit more of a mushroom essence than the beef. The wide and thin noodz are both great options though I generally opt for the wide because they are more substantial. The ingredients are good but not extraordinary. The service is fast and the place is big and clean and rarely full. I come here often because I know what to expect. It's like the chipotle of pho. This place is good, but they are really under staffed. I came in one night, and it took me about 15 minutes to place an order because the cashier was solo also handling food pick up orders and making drinks. She was sweet and kind, so I understand how it feels to do ten things at once. After ordering, it took another 30 minutes to get my meal, which was a bowl pho, no sides. I love the fact that the menu is simple, and it breaks up the parts of pho to make it customizable, but I honestly believe this place has room for improvement, especially if the pick per bowl is expensive. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had my food delivered and had barely 1/2 inch of broth. I called the restaurant and the manager was rude and dismissive. Watching larger parties that ordered after us get their food isn pleasant. Surprised my wife didn't throw a fit as she is 35 weeks pregnant. Short staffed and kitchen management needs some work. I was hoping that the pho it self would make up for the wait, and it didn't. I really wanted to like this place as it's one of they very few pho restaurants open during the later evening in the area. I'm a little addicted to I,2,3, Pho. Ever since I discovered a couple months ago that I could have pho delivered to my apartment (thanks yelp delivery) this spot is part of my regular rotation. The pho is excellent. I get the chicken pho or tofu with mushrooms. Both are yummy! They have generous portions and are delivered in a to-go basket/cup thing that ensures nothing is soggy. Stop here to get a bite after our Covid vaccine. It's not super authentic Vietnamese food, but it's definitely interesting. We ordered the pho, bao buns, summer roll and vermicelli roll. The bao bun and vermicelli roll were very different from what we usually eat. They both offer lemon grass pork and chicken. We got the lemon grass. All had lots of meat and vegetables. Honestly I've eaten pho around the world and this is by FAR the saltiest broth I've ever had. I had to add some of my water just to eat it. The actual chicken in the pho was like dry rubber. I like this place! What I like about it: The pho tasted authentic & delicious, the price was very reasonable and what I like the most was they do give you a good amount of meat & noodles. The unique thing about this place is when you order "phở", you pick the type of noodles: thin or wide, then three choices of meat or other items like tofu, vegetable, etc...and lastly your choice of broth: beef or vegetable.
