Service remains good. Crowded for a Friday. Don't get the ceviche. Bland. They need to bring back the shishido peppers!

Mac and Mac & Cheese was amazing. You could really taste the Smokey flavor

Food was pretty good but service was a little slow. The ambiance was very nice with the wood fire grill and the speakeasy leather tones.

This place looks great and the drink prices aren't too bad buuutt $42 8oz skirt steak. $26 burger. Poor people be warned they don't want you here. lol jk jk it is pretty though. Bartender Nicole was awesome. Try her drink the Coal Miners Daughter. Will be back just for the bar, but that burger price is almost offensive.

The ambiance was exceptionally pleasant, and our server was exceptionally courteous and attentive. The culinary offerings were exceptional, with my personal favorites being the Salmon, Mac and Cheese, and Cheddar Biscuits.

    Lovely interior space.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful lunch at the Little West Tavern! We knew it was going to be great when we called ahead to make sure they were open for the Fourth of July and Erica answered the phone and was absolutely tickled to know we were on our way from a protest to have lunch. When we arrived, she had already told our waitress, Nichole, and she welcomed us like we were lifelong friends! The recommendation she made, the avocado and shrimp salad, was perfect on a hot summer day. We added the scrumptious macaroni and cheese because we wanted some comfort food, and it was phenomenal! The atmosphere of this cute little restaurant and bar was warm and inviting, and we will absolutely be back. And for the record, Nichole was one of the best servers I've ever had, and I can only hope everybody that goes gets a chance to enjoy her warmth, humor, and graciousness!

Service was fantastic & fast! Food was very good. Loved the fact that it was warm enough to have the "garage door" style door/windows open.

Beautiful restaurant located across the street from Cosi. Limited street parking, but parking garage options near. Restaurant is connected to Junto hotel with separate entrance. Food, service and atmosphere were 10/10. Ordered the salmon plank salmon, asparagus, eggplant fries and pineapple upside down bread pudding. Everything was delicious. Can't wait to return for an evening out.

Little West Tavern is a MUST try! It's located right outside COSI and is the perfect dinner spot. My fiancé and I noticed the open bar outside and had to grab a seat. We got a seat right at the bar our server greeted immediately. Karen was a phenomenal waitress and gave us all the details! Happy hour is every single day of the week Monday through Friday from 4 to 6 PM. We we're also told that happy hour runs all day Sunday, but only at the bar. (Menu is shown) . The food came out super quick and was very very delicious. The portion sizes were priced appropriately and so were the drinks. I got myself a Tavern old-fashioned and my fisnce got the firing squad. Not only are they a bar, but it is connected to the hotel (the Junto) and the rooftop bar (brass eye). Literally the perfect spot for downtown date nights & going out of town adventures.

I have been here a few times with colleagues, and we always have a great experience. The service is great - management does a round to make sure everyone is doing well & the service is as expected. You can see the chef cooking open fire, the portions are good sizes, and there are options for various diets. I had the rotisserie chicken this time, and it was cooked perfectly. It was a lot of food for me at the time, so I took some home & they made great leftovers. The biscuits are also a must! It's pretty dark and moody/woodsy ambiance.

Such a great spot! Prices are pretty high, but you get what you pay for. Service was amazing. The western vibe was cozy and warm. Everyone in our party loved their food. After we left, I did catch that the Riesling was priced at $14 on the menu, but we were charged $20 for it.

Food was good but kind of pricey for what you got. Drink selection was decent. Restaurant and hotel had a warm, friendly feel.

I was a bit worried as it looks more like a night club from the outside, but the food was fantastic! We ordered the popcorn chicken, the Shanghai noon burger, mama Chien's dumplings, drunken noodles, a cobra old fashion and a local beer (paper cloud?). The chicken had some unique seasoning and the drunken noodles were phenomenal; the noodles were giant and cooked perfectly and the dish has some unique touches like pea pods that you don't usually find. You order at the bar, but even with that the service was great! A server brought out an herb for us to try that is in many of their dishes. They checked in on us several times and even refilled water, which you get yourself at the back. The customer base was very diverse. I'm guessing the place may turn more club-like later at night, but for dinner it's a perfect family restaurant.

I've been here for drinks and bites - and they have that distinction of being unique AND good. It's eclectic and Asian fusion, so if you don't like Asian flavors - you may not find something on the menu to suit your basic tastes. Plan accordingly - the food is good, the bartenders are awesome, but getting a seat can be all about timing!

Their visual chart is a…read moregodsend for cocktail explorers, and all of the drinks came out delicious and exactly as described. It's so creative, and the drinks are really the stellar stand out here. However, the atmosphere of those drinks is what gives me pause when thinking about coming back. The limited table situation, tiny cramped space, and loud music means that it doesn't feel particularly relaxing. People are constantly brushing up against you (even at 5PM), and holding a conversation at a normal distance is nearly impossible. NOTE: This place is covered in dust. No shade to the ownership as it doesn't appear to be anywhere near food prep areas (it's on the decor, on/around shelving, all over the faux plants, etc.), but if you're someone who's sensitive to dust, this is probably not a good fit. PROS: -I loooooooove how they've done their drink menu. As someone who is still exploring the potential of cocktails, their nerdy "chart" that places all of their drinks on a sweet/bitter and alcohol-forward/approachable visual chart is SUCH a help. As such, everything I ordered was absolutely amazing for me. I knew exactly what to expect from a drink because of its position on the chart, and it delivered. -Their drinks are really unique. Aqua faba? Fat washed alcohols? Lollipops or toasted marshmallows as garnishes? Super cool. Don't let some of the weirder descriptions creep you out of trying them. -All of their drinks were delicious. Everything I ordered was exactly as described. I often go places where the taste is barely related to its namesake, but they were entirely on-point here. CONS: -I'm not sure if someone called off that night as other reviewers are in love with the service, but our service was really really slow. No real rapport with the staff; just stating the name of a drink as they rushed past and then they were off to try to clean a table or take someone else's order. The drinks they made were great, but this isn't somewhere we'd go if we were in a hurry. -The pictures do not accurately convey how small this place is. Like, it's small. I'd guess less than 1000 square feet. My apartment is bigger by a lot. This isn't necessarily an issue, but it means people pile up quickly as they wait for seating (there's like 4/5 tables and then bar seating). The human walkways are small enough that the bartenders and other guests will brush against you a lot - even while seated. -I get the vibe they were going for here, but with the smaller space, I think a lot of the potential decor options had to "go" in order to fit more humans. It's giving me hardcore The Hearth Room (in Cincinnati) vibes, and I think it could honestly pull it off if it simply had more space. The "relaxed, sophisticated bourbon bar" doesn't quite come through as well when things are so focused on simply fitting in more bodies. -It's loud AF. Like, really, really loud. Between all the people and the blasting pop music, it required leaning into someone's ear in order to speak at normal volumes. We'd regularly have to pause the conversation if something in the music was building to a drop. This is not a place I'd take someone I wasn't very very comfortable with because it really requires being in someone's space to talk. -There's a single all-gender toilet here for everyone in the establishment. It's basically a revolving door of people in and out of it. The door auto-closes, however, so it's really difficult to figure out if it's open or not. There was usually a queue of people waiting in front of the door.
