Thursday morning walk & noticed the artwork as I passed by. The space is huge with beautiful artwork. The food & drink menu was pretty big. I got the Dubai chocolatte and Ybor fajitas. I would like to say first off that my food was freakin delicious BUT it was actually a quesadilla . Regardless , I will be coming back . The service was great & the prices were decent !

Tried the vegan burrito on this trip to 1920 Ybor City. The service was immaculate and the ambiance is just so peaceful and artsy. The vegan burrito itself was a success accompanied by a pumpkin spice latte w/ brown butter cold foam really made this visit worth the time and money!

This was an amazing space for a Gasparilla Afterparty event. 1920 is an indoors/outdoors event space decorated in chandeliers and artwork. It's vibrant and colorful, and will keep you warm with heat lamps on a chilly evening. Bartenders kept us hydrated for dancing by mixing up delish cocktails. We arrived early enough to snap some photos before it was too crowded.

Unique venue in Tampa located on 7th Ave. Amazing coffee shop and cocktail hangout spot by day, and an incredible event space by night

Everywhere is close to the stage. Additionally: there were multiple bars open which meant you never had to wait for a beer. Negatives: The beer selection sucked. Mostly bland Dad-beer. The promotion of this event was poor. There were 2 openers that I had no idea about from the venue website.

People are nice, bottle girls are great but i've gotten three sections here now and the pricing is always incredibly inconsistent. this last time i've went wasn't as good as my first two. not only was i asked to tip the check in woman when i put down a deposit for the section, i had the bottle girl tell me that what i tipped her wasn't enough which is insane at a club. so you wanted me to tip on entry fee AND what i tipped you in my section wasn't enough? mind you bottles are at least $200 and i was told there was a $350 minimum mid way thru the club. which the minimum is fine but you didn't tell me that at the door, and i would have gotten something more expensive if that was the case. and while management was her excuse that's absolutely insane to me and will probably detour me from ever spending that much money there again, if that i might not go back.

Our waitress, who was friendly and clearly trying her best, appeared to be doing everything -- taking orders, serving tables, and possibly even cooking. It wasn't her fault, but it made the entire service feel slow and chaotic. Despite the place being nearly empty, it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get our food. That kind of delay would be hard to overlook even during a rush -- let alone a slow morning. Several menu items were already "out" which was confusing and disappointing for a small menu. It felt like they were unprepared to open for the day.

The venue seems to book a few acts a week. You can go online, purchase tickets, and pick your actual seat - they sell seats by the table. We were at Table 20 for The Verve Pipe, and it was a four-top, in the 3rd row of tables, on the side, with an excellent view of the stage. Sadly, they do NOT offer their fabulous cocktails upstairs here, even though there is a bar. If you want to drink something stellar, you will need to walk yourself back down the two flights of stairs, and get it yourself. Instead, they have instructions on each table of how to order a standard cocktail on-line; you choose your basic booze, then your basic mixer, and a cocktail server will bring it out to you and take your credit card. Efficient, but very boring. The venue is small, but the sound was good, with the exception of the two magpies behind me screaming and nattering the whole time. Why go to a concert if you're just going to talk through the entire thing? But I digress.... This is a wonderful venue to go see some surprisingly good artists, and I highly recommend a visit.

I've had many Cubans throughout the Tampa Bay area, and I can honestly say this was the best I've ever had. The quality was exceptional -- the meats were incredibly fresh, and the balance of juicy pickles and tangy mustard elevated every bite. Beyond the food, the atmosphere impressed me as well. It's a cool, spacious venue with a long bar and a welcoming staff that made the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend it and plan to return. I'm still impressed by how outstanding that sandwich was.

Howeverrrrr..... I may slightly resemble Uncle Fester, but that does NOT give a server an excuse to not approach me at all. From the moment I sat down, I waited a while until I kindly asked for a menu. The barmaid gave it to me, without saying anything else. Then I had to notify her that I was ready to order, after waiting a few minutes. After I told her I wanted the Cuban sandwich, she said "okay" and walked away. She brought the plate to me, and set it in front of me without saying anything. Nor did she swing by, to ask how my food was. The guy with the dark haired bowl-cut was the ONLY one who asked how my food was, and he wasn't even my waiter! I was too kind to give her a tip anyway. Some people jussssst do not belong in customer service, if they lack communication skills or common sense. I didn't feel comfortable with staying there, after the cold reception from the barmaid, and left.
