Atmosphere 1925's space is gorgeous. A dark interior (including the lighting) accented with gold strikes a balance between elegance and comfort, while modern light fixtures blend smoothly with Roaring Twenties touches. The music fits the theme without overwhelming conversation, making the room feel stylish yet inviting. For a hotel restaurant, it succeeds in creating a destination of its own. Service Service was handled by a team and was steady overall. Glasses stayed full, plates were cleared promptly, and our group's complicated bill split was accommodated with ease. A few missteps--like a server stumbling over menu items such as foie gras--stood out, but these are issues that time and training will resolve. Attentive and flexible, the service supported the experience without intruding on it. Dining Jumbo Lump Crab Cake ($28) A meaty crab cake opened the meal, resting on a bright white anchovy rémoulade. The first bite delivered clean notes of crab before giving way to the sharp, tangy salt of anchovy and a touch of acidity from the sauce, finishing with the faint licorice snap of fennel. It's a triple-C thick crab cake--generous in portion, rich in flavor, and well executed. Butter Poached Beef Carpaccio ($27) A stunning carpaccio. Each bite bursts first with the richness of beef, then eases into the creamy, tangy lift of mustard horseradish from the aioli, before finishing with the briny pop of caviar. Beautifully balanced and full of flavor, this is carpaccio at its best--simplicity elevated to a wonderful level. Lobster Fritto ($29) Each bite of the lobster fritto was dense, lacking the airy texture the dish calls for. The batter flavor overwhelmed the delicate flavor of the lobster instead of highlighting it. The accompanying aioli offered a touch of tang, but overall the dish felt heavy and bland. Black Cod ($34) The cod was cooked well, with clean flavors that paired nicely with the buttery notes of beurre blanc. But the addition of salmon roe created an imbalance. Warmed by the sauce, the roe pushed the dish into overly salty, fishy territory, overwhelming the delicacy of the cod. Wild Mushroom Bolognese ($27) Rigatoni rested on a whipped mascarpone and ricotta cream, but the components never came together cohesively. The whipped mascarpone was heavy in portion yet bland, offering little flavor and muting other flavors on the dish. The bolognese leaned sweet from reduced red wine but lacked depth, and the mushroom element was barely noticeable. Dry Aged Pork Tomahawk ($$$) A standout of the evening, the pork special was cooked to perfection, delivering rich, savory notes balanced by a bright, herbaceous sauce. The polenta was well-seasoned and silky, tying the plate together. It was easily the most cohesive and well-executed dish of the night and should absolutely be a staple on the menu! Cheesecake ($15) The Basque-style cheesecake carried a traditional flavor profile, complemented by a fig-walnut jam and burnt orange sauce. The sauce brought bitter citrus notes balanced by sweet fig and the earthy depth of walnut, making for a bold accompaniment. Unfortunately, the cheesecake itself was frozen in the center, creating an abrupt temperature and texture shift that undercut the dish. Dark Chocolate Torte ($13) The chocolate torte was grainy with an almost metallic note. While the chocolate itself came through, the topping of hazelnuts, coconut, and seeds created an airy, gritty texture that distracted from the base. The anglaise added some creaminess underneath, but overall the dish missed the mark both texturally and in flavor.

I always have low expectations for Valentine's Day, because restaurants are super crowded and restaurants are stretched thin.

Of course, I ordered a sparkling wine and I'm a sparkling wine girlie, so if it's on the menu, I'm getting it every time. The place had a good vibe, nice music, and even some games, which made it fun and relaxed. They did have a couple of private events going on at the same time, but it didn't take away from the experience. We also ordered some food and I got the nuggets with sweet potato fries (because sweet potato fries are always my go-to), and they were so good. Perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. I really wish I would've taken a picture! As I was leaving, I noticed they were setting up for bingo or another event, which made me want to come back even more. Overall, it's a cute, chill spot, and I'll definitely be back.

It was really a neat experience as you enter through the side door and up some stairs that are lined with greenery and lights, it feels like you are somewhere else when you reach the roof. There is a beautiful view of downtown Tulsa from here. It especially looked great at night with all of the lights. I really loved the overall aesthetic of this place. They used a lot of what I'm assuming was an old brick building mixed with reclaimed wood. The rooftop houses several igloos of various sizes. We had 8 people in our smaller sized igloo, and there was plenty of space. There was a small space heater that kept everything plenty warm inside. Our host had ordered two charcuterie boards for us to snack on while we enjoyed drinks and conversation. I enjoyed making a bite with the cracker, cheese, salami and a piece of fruit. I got the Demogorgon Coffee Stout, because I'll admit...I just liked the name, and I enjoy a good dark beer. You could definitely taste the bitter notes of the coffee with the sweet tanginess of cherry and at a 9.4%, it is a good sipping beer. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive even though they had a packed rooftop of patrons. They had a nifty touch light that you tap on to signal the wait staff that you needed something or were ready to order up something. I would very much recommend this place for a memorable get together with family and friends. Make sure you make reservations early, as I hear they can fill up quickly. Well done, Welltown Brewing!

The lack of 5 stars is tied to 3 main factors: 1 - shoving virtue signaling in every corner of the store with pride flags and trans woke reminders does more harm then good. I'm all for love for everyone but why are you singling out trans and gay? It's virtue signaling and it's not needed to run your business. 2 - the $13 cocktail I ordered may have been 2-3 shots worth of liquid, basically it was so tiny and not worth the cost even remotely. 3 - the food is heavily focused on fried food, bread, French fries, i realize it's quick to cook but some healthier options would be nice. In general, I'm a fan of businesses thriving and standing out by shining through their product or service and not by shoving ideologies in peoples faces and virtue signaling. Until that changes, my family and I do not plan to return.

We were sat at a table for two- that was the only thing I didn't love, we played a game that took up a lot of space and between that and the food and drinks we spread to the table beside ours until the place was packed. I get why, they were busy and needed to manage tables. Our server was very attentive- and the service was fast. The drink menu is huge and has a lot of fun themed sections. I appreciated the large section of mock-tails and non alcoholic options. We tried several things and it was all great. Great atmosphere and set up- some of the servers stopped by and chatted about the game we were playing, and we chatted with the other couples playing around us. Super fun vibes, they have a large game library with lots of options, set up to be easy to browse. $7 a person to stay as long as you like is a steal as a way to spend an afternoon.

From a recent visit on Valentine's Day due to a spot having their kitchen close early (my pops was performing across the street so when they were done, we came over here), I'm glad we ended up eating here. We came in, got greeted instantly & even got a table the moment after we got greeted. I find it wild that we usually get seated by the stairs in the middle, not in a bad way, I really like that table & we end up there a majority of the time when it's just us two. I wish I remembered our server's name, she did an excellent job. I went with the Whiskey Burger & it was incredible. The wait on the food didn't take long at all. The whiskey chipotle BBQ sauce stole the show. The burger was perfect. The sweet potato fries went well with the burger, I got honey mustard as my dipping sauce. I was so hungry that I ran through my whole plate in a snap of a finger. I enjoyed that night, no complaints whatsoever. Side Note: The Olympics were going on & Curling was on the television on my right. I actually looked up how the sport takes place & I learned something new that night (outside of the fact that Curling always intrigued me).
