I guess I would just say it would be nice if someone lets the customers know when they are seated. But when I left last time I was told that it's best to make an appt in advance to not have to wait so I did this go round. I personally asked for Holly when I called and had a 5p appt for today that I made last week. I had to wait half an hour because every tech was busy but Holly apologized for the inconvenience.
