I paid $90 + $10 for tip for nail service at this shop very recently. One of my nails was broken at the nail base; so, repair was very much needed. The repair was extremely faulty; plus, my pinky finger on my right hand was miss-filed almost damaging the nail. When I began complaining, the technician started speaking heatedly to her coworker in their language (the shop is Chinese operated) until her coworker took over. The faulty repair was glossed over, and I prevented the new technician from committing any further damage to my pinky finger. Later in the week, I discovered the pointer finger on my left hand was broken down to the base of the nail on its side. I phoned the shop to ask at what time they opened the following day. I was told 9:30 AM. When I arrived at 9:30 AM, I soon discovered I had been lied to because the shop was full. I waited as client after client - and by the way, all the clients were white and I am black - were catered to. This went on for quite some time until I asked the first technician who previously worked on me when my turn would come. I was curtly informed when the second technician who previously worked on me was ready, I would be next! Once my turn finally came, the technician and I argued about the repair issue for the broken left pointer finger along with replacement of the faulty repair of the first broken nail. As the only black client in the shop, I felt extremely uncomfortable; yet, I stood my ground to advocate on my on behalf. Needless to say, I will never return to this shop again nor will I ever recommend their services to anyone black who expects fair treatment at this shop. read more

This place is not kid friendly at all. I took my 6yr old Granddaughter to get her nails/toes painted. She decided she wanted to get a pedicure like her Grandma. Never going back! Took my daughter for acrylic nails and had the worst experience. As you can see by the pics, they cut her sooo bad she was in pain even the day after. Went back and asked for a refund which they profusely refused. Asked them to take the nails off and they barbarically cut them off/peeled off. My daughter cringed/twitched in pain every time the tech remove a nail. Also, when I got my pedi, the floor was wet and dirty, thankfully I noticed and didn't slip. One more thing, they talked my daughter into a design on her nails. They never told her it would cost extra. Tell me, does the picture look like a heart? She gave me powder color I thought it was regular acrylic powder, and then I asked for square nails and she gave me coffin nail shape and all my nails she then caught her mistake and asked me if I liked coffin shape I told her no I asked for square, she then decided to take them off by cutting them and in the process she was hurting me and rushing for no reason ' she then cut my real pinky nail and started to argue with me and asked me to leave and charged me for cleaning my cuticles. My sibling got their full set acrylics & my mom got a no chip pedi. But yeah, everyone was so kind, everything was clean (new sets of everything for cleaning up nails) and they took their time and were very meticulous. This place did a lovely job with my toes that i haven't gotten done in who knows how long. This is not the first time they did a wonderful job. I always do that classic and it feels like a deluxe. First off because of a broken toe wasn't able to get a pedi in over 2 months. I get very rough heels also. Selection of colors slim Massage Chair didn't work. The girl didn't use the big scrapper thing to get the dead skin off then when I asked for it barely even touched my skin. When asked to do it more she did then in the next foot barely touched it again. Foot massage lasted a minute. I was fine at this point and asked for the manager and bc i only got half a pedi thought I would only half to pay half he was still was gonna have me pay the full amount even after explaining the horrible experience. It's a bit of hit or miss with the walk-ins, either you get in right away or wait a half hour but never longer than an hour. Color selection is okay, I always do no chip and I adore the thermo-chromatic color (color changing from temperature), but they don't have many colors and did not offer me to see them warm or even know on the bottle which was which color. When you sit down they offer you water which is nice, but sometimes their work stations are dirty. Some nail techs will have small conversations with you but the last woman I had didn't say really anything to me which I thought was odd. Didn't ask for a nail shape but ‍. She told me to come in to get my nails done and after sitting there waiting for her for 35 minutes she looks at me and tells me she can't take me because another woman walked in who had an appointment. DO NOT COME HERE. I came to get dip on my nails and I was placed with someone named Kelly. They had me walk out with my nails looking like a mess and so much dip and nail glue stuck under my nails. I kindly asked multiple times if they can clean and fix it and they kept saying it was normal and it would go away after a few washes. If you get your nails done often you would know that nail glue and dried nail powder doesn't go away with soap and water. Lucy was no help either when she took over for kelly. They get upset when you ask them to fix any of their work as if you're not paying them to do so. I was nice and respectful the whole but never coming here again. They had audacity so even charge me for this along with my pedicure on my card. I shouldn't have had to pay for this nor should i have been disregarded and pretty much rushed to just pay and leave. Very dissatisfied in the response from Tony..(owner)I called him because I went to the location on Wednesday for a pedicure, and dip service. My daughter received a manicure and pedicure. My total was $75, plus $5 tip. I can't understand why the next day our polish is chipping. His response to me was..."we can't fix all of them...on a couple". Customer service is nice. I had an older lady that did a pedicure and acrylic full set on me and it was absolutely horrible. When doing my finger nails, she cut my cuticle four times on separate fingers and kept filing it down and it kept bleeding then she put nail polish on it and made it burn. She didn't wipe off the excess polish from my skin but just left it. Toenails were absolutely awful. So much paint left on the skin. Never going to her again, every other employee seemed very nice and did their job well. Not worth $50. read more

I was there for 3 hours the nail tech didn't even do my nails like I asked, she cut me twice, burned one of my fingers with the machine and didn't even apologize. Made an appointment for two. When we got there they started both our pedicures but only had one girl available so they did one at a time then started the first manicure we cancelled the second. Although masked are mandatory there was a man sitting in the waiting area no mask, the woman he was waiting for had her mask down around her neck with no regard for the patron sitting next to her or the person doing her pedicure.
