Dad liked this lady - he swore she was checking him out LOL

SO SO SO excited to see the 2 Bar 3 is open again! I have seen this location go through several owners in the past 11 years (most not lasting very long - kind of a hard location being out of town) and the current owners have really put a lot of money into fixing it up! Doney Park/Winona locals like having a place like this open when they don't want to drive into town for food. Although I miss the western decor of the old 2 Bar 3, the new decor is pretty cool, the food was delicious and reasonably priced and the service was great! They are in the process of adding an outdoor bar, seating area, dance floor and horse shoe pit. So not only can you get good food, but a nice place to hang out or watch the game. They also have karaoke. Fingers crossed they do well. We will be back for sure! =)

Small locals type place. Restaurant was clean, staff friendly, and good food. Worth checking out.

My boyfriend ordered the hot London Fog and really enjoyed it. I can't remember the exact name of my drink - something like Orange Dream - but it was delicious as well. You can actually taste the tea, and it doesn't taste artificial at all. Super good. There's plenty of seating inside, which makes it a great place to hang out. The only downside is parking - finding a spot in Flagstaff can be tricky, and most of the parking in the area is paid. That said, it wasn't too busy when we went around 8am. Definitely recommend!

Also no (they do have tea lattes) Hot chocolate? Technically yes... but even that comes with Earl Grey tea inside. These folks are deeply, passionately committed to one thing: dried leaves steeped in hot water. And honestly, they do it well. If you're a tea lover, this place is your Disneyland. The selection is impressive, the vibe is relaxed, and the people behind the counter clearly care about what they're doing. There's a real enthusiasm here for the craft of tea, and that kind of passion is always fun to see. That said, my one issue was a pretty important one on a cold Flagstaff day... My tea showed up lukewarm. Now normally I'm a pretty forgiving person... but when it's 40 degrees outside and tea is the entire business model, this feels like a pretty big detail. When tea is the whole menu, temperature isn't a detail... it's the headliner. I like the concept. I respect the passion. It's just a bit limiting for my taste, and the execution missed slightly on the most important note. Three stars. A cool idea... that just needed to be a little hotter.

Here's a picture of my bf, Keith, and me. Keith was the very first person to serve us during our chaotic (but somehow magical) NYE dinner, and we've been back ever since. The food is consistently top-notch. We actually request bar seating because that's where we had our first experience, and it's become part of the tradition. This visit, I ordered the lemon ricotta pasta again, bc it's always delicious. My bf ordered the chicken Alfredo, and it was fantastic as well. I can't speak to what it's like for large groups, but as a couple, we've had nothing but amazing experiences every time we've come here. The food is excellent, the staff is welcoming, and the atmosphere keeps us coming back. 10/10. Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back.

Had to wait 5 mins before someone would even say hello. Would avoid as the pastas were undercooked and lacked salt or any taste. The outdoor ambience seemed better than the indoor.

There is a large screen in front of the counter that used to show the cookies available with names. It has been dark the last few times I have been in there. There was a worker standing with me who probably could have told me but instead she directed me to the order screen and said I had to begin an order for their variety pack. So I did and slowly and painstakingly match the half inch image of each cookie with the one in the display case and then chose the two I wanted. The worker never cracked a smile and I'm sure was annoyed that I was bothering her at all rather than just handling everything from the screen. Even though once my order included two boxes and a container of topping, I had to ask for a bag and they had to track one down. I bagged my own stuff while she held the bag open. There was no smile and no interaction except to explain how I could find the names of the cookies on the screen. There is a kind of self-important vibe in there that is not good and it makes me not want to come back. Bosa Donuts is just a few steps away, has great donuts, is less than half the price and they are not rude.
